    Absolutely love it here at Embassy house. Ashley has always been amazing. Always addresses any concerns and pretty quickly. Maintenance are friendly and knowledgeable. They really seem to care about their tenants. Yes when I moved in, there were roaches however, this is Corpus Christi. There are roaches anywhere you go no matter how clean you are. As soon as I informed them about the issue, they were on it and their pest control had got it taken care of. Neighbors are super friendly. And it really does feel like a comfortable environment for the most part. Obviously the apartment isn’t perfect. nowhere you go will be. but for the price, it’s definitely worth it. i’m happy to call this place home 🏠

    Met with Ashley, property management and have nothing but nice things to say about her& the Embassy House community. The office staff is always very friendly and greets you with a smile when you walk into the office. I love that they always keep the grounds clean. Love my apartment!Recommend to all my family and friends!!

    I am so happy with my apartment. I can say that my experience upon moving in a year ago was horrible, but there is a new manager, Ashley .. who has made sure everything I needed was taken care of. It only takes reaching out and communicating to her. She is such a nice person. I spoke with Nate as well and he has made sure all of my service requests were fixed in a timely manner. So happy now.

    I currently live in the facility and any problems I have are addressed in timely manner. The maintenance men are very polite, respectful and fixed the problem quickly. They are very helpful and knowledgeable related to their job duties. Thank you guys for addressing my C&A issues. One brought me a portable ac during thanksgiving day and the other came and fixed. The owner is upgrading their apartments.

    We moved in recently and the place is wonderful. The staff was very helpful and patient with me while I was trying to select the perfect apartment for my family. Very kind representatives, easy to contact for help and quick responses.

    I currently live at this nice and beautiful apartments I should recommend y’all new residence that are looking for new apartments come on by and talk to Sara and Stephanie. The maintenance are so respectful and kind. All the neighbors are respectful and nice. We have to lovely pools and a dog park. Dogs are welcome.

    I just want to say I been living in this apartments for 3 years, the manager is Philipe, Sarah is the receptionist & the maintenance men are so awesome!! They came right away whenever I needed them. Thank you to Philipe for always helping me, and always making sure any issues I had in the apartment was taken care of right away! These apartments are a great place to live, and the staff is so friendly!! Highly recommend living here!

    Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Embassy House Apartments. Should I ever have to move back to apartment living this apartment complex would be my first choice. Stephanie and Sara are a delight, I’m sure anyone seeking a nice place to live will be totally satisfied. Thank you Stephanie and Sara!

    These apartment are the best place to live the office people are so nice they get things done right away. My husband and I lived there almost a year and we love it here. Sarah the leasing lady will always help you out when you need something she is the person to talk to. The leasing lady is super friendly and is very nice to all here residents.

    Have been here at Embassy House for four years. The maintenance department is very helpful and useful, especially Miguel. The office staff is also helpful, especially Ashley.

    I had been looking at several properties and had been given the run around which was pretty frustrating. I so happened to pass by here and decided to stop in just to inquire about availability and was automatically greeted and given all the info I needed. Sara was such a huge help, super sweet, and the next thing you know within a few days Im signing my lease!!!She really helped me out of a bind and I am really grateful for people who genuinely care about helping their tenants out.

    My son moved here and everything was quick and easy for the move in. The property grounds look really clean. Definitely a nice place for him. This is his first apartment and would definitely recommend!

    My family and I are very excited to rent here. They are affordable, spacious and clean. Plus, the lady in the office is friendly, sweet and very helpful and the manager was nice aswell. I would definitely recommend these apts. They go out of their way to help you and take their time to listen to your request to find the apt that suits your family best!! ❤

    I have nothing bad to say about these guys. Worked with me every step of the way even down to cutting the lease early. They’re not the nicest apartments in the world that’s for sure, but they’re homey and lovable, and these guys will work with you for sure.

    Great place to stay at. Right in the middle of everything real close to the mall. Havent had any issues with anything here. Great place for my family and looking forward for more memories here. Sara has helped us with having a happy living experience here and couldnt thank her enough we appreciate it

    My experience at the Embassy House Apartments was close to ideal thanks to the customer service provided. One worker made all skeptics and doubts vanish as they were able to help walk us through the whole application process and focused on our ability to become renter. Sara, showed the value and service that can be provided here and I would say it deserves 5 stars.

    Sarah at the office is amazing! proffersional, presentable and always on point. Thank you and your boss man in the back for attending me with a great vibe. The apts are on point. i love my Fireplace and Wooden vinyl Floor. the AC is coldeer then alaska. Lovely. the stove works amazing. I highly recommend here
