    Beautiful complex and apartment units. Modern design, spacious, clean, well priced. Great amenities. Best fitness center Ive ever seen in my life at an apt complex. If youre interested ask for Kaylyn. She is outstanding in her knowledge of the complex, policies and everything you need to know, very professional and friendly, and tends to any questions or concerns super quickly. Dead bugs and small debris can linger in the hallways for awhile, thats my only negative, but the complex still gets a 9/10 overall for aesthetics.

    My experience has been a 100/10 I rented this apartment from other state , I was nervous about it but Banesa was so nice and helpful in this process and I’m so glad I trusted her because I am loving these apartment complex , clean , safe, very well maintained I do recommend it 🩷

    This place is wonderful! The maintenance staff always complete work orders in a timely manner also the leasing staff has excellent customer service skills!     I love this place, always clean and great stuff. They always help me with anything I need. Ms Britney is an amazing manager. In a few words this is a great place to call home. And we are so close to the stores, airports, Houston, schools… is just perfect. Also Jaheim is a worker from Elevate. He is amazing, always happy to help and do his work extremely excellent. So glad to have him in this apartments. God bless you Jaheim.

    Going on 3yrs living here. Great staff and amenities. Quiet neighbors, very clean, maintenance responds same day. I especially love the activities and events year round for residents. Right at 45 and 99, only a few mins from Hardy Toll if you’re a commuter. Competitively priced compared to similar units in the same zip.

    Ive lived here for 3 years & dont plan on going anywhere! I love my apartment & how spacious it is. The location is amazing & only 2-5 minutes from grocery stores & 10 minutes for all your shopping needs! I travel a lot & IAH is only 13 minutes away with tolls & 25 minutes without tolls. Downtown Houston is only 20 min down on 45 interstate! I recommend this community to anyone that is looking to move to Houston!

    I want to acknowledge the excellent professional and human being that Jaheim is. He is part of the maintenance team. He is a guy who has the gift of serving people. Today he helped me in a difficult situation with my car and he didnt care that I was outside of his work schedule. I hope that when reviewing the comments page, the people in charge inform their bosses and that they can congratulate him and motivate him to continue giving 100% in what he does.     We love living here! The community is beautiful and we appreciate the quick response from maintenance. We love the office team, especially Brittany! She’s kind, courteous and professional. Thank you for all that you do! We will definitely renew our lease when it comes time.

    I highly recommend living at Elevate Spring Crossing. I visited many sites before choosing to live at Elevate. Initially I chose elevate because of the convenience of all the nearby grocery and restaurant options on spring Stuebner and 2920. But after being here for over 1 year I plan to stay for 1 main reason… the staff. They are too kind and genuinely nice people. You can ask them for almost anything and they will always try to help out. Added plus is all the fun activities they set up for the community. Thanks you Elevate for making it easy on me!

    Ever since Jenny and Brittney have taken over management, the place has been so much more organized and more of a Joy. The community events have been extremely fun, they’re always so involved, and address issues in a professional/timely manner. The complaints we’ve have (that are controllable) have been addressed and they’re always open ears. They always take time out to check in and get to know each resident they come into contact with! You ladies are doing AMAZING and are so appreciated!Banessa in the front office is alwayssss amazing and all around welcoming with her contagious smile and positive energy! She’s super knowledgeable, and isn’t afraid to tell you “I’m not sure, let me reach out and find an answer for you”. Ask any resident you see, they’ll tell you how much they love her!Brett, Jose and Oscar on the maintenance team are amazing as well! They work hard around the clock and make it a point to make sure your concerns are addressed. Although they’re hard working, they are some of the nicest and funniest group of men! I’ve lived in many apartments and can honestly say these men deserve so much praise.Thank you all for being such a great team!(the main con is some residents who do not respect and understand they live around others, and that the trash they drop affects everyone else too. Trash your home not the parking lot or hallways 🤮.) Shout out to the maintenance team for doing their best to keep it clean!

    Moved out about a month ago, since everything is completed I feel ok leaving full a review- pro/consCons: (since that’s what everyone wants to see first)- they definitely use a predatory towing company and the rules for parking are constantly changing & up to the towing company’s discretion. I once watched 3 tow trucks pull into the parking lot to tow vehicles on a rather peaceful week night.- the pool is 50/50 shot of being open. It’s one of the nicest amenities but you never know when it’s opened or closed.- there is a lot of crime and little action done about it, especially for a luxury apartment complex. In my 1.5 year there- man held at gunpoint in apartment, attempted break in to my apartment, murder in my building, multiple break ins, police at the apartments for calls often, a 50+ car meet at midnight w/ a huge pool party, and tons of car tires stolen. The lack of security is a little alarming considering the crime rate there and proximity to 45 & grand parkway.- leasing office lost my $400 pet deposit then forced me repay it. Somehow they accidentally put it on as a rent credit instead of pet deposit but that still costed me in the back end.Pros:- my 2 bed/2 bath unit was absolutely beautiful and spacious. The biggest one I had toured in Houston.- the neighbors above and below me were very kind. Other than the crime there were no disturbances in the complex.- move out was pretty painless. They did the walk through with us so I knew all the charges I was expecting and nothing was crazy.- location is amazing. I would have renewed just for location if I didn’t have to move.- although not cheap, my rate was more then reasonable for the size apartment with granite, stainless steel, and luxury amenities.

    I’ve been living on this property since 2017 . The new management company has made major improvements and changes to the property for the better. Security on site, landscaping is elegant and maintenance repairs are done immediately. Brittany Edge, the assistant manager has made accommodations for me when requested and goes out of her way to assure tenants are happy. Baneza Zarate my leasing consultant, assured that everything was in place and prepared for my unit transfer. It’s a safe place in Spring to call home. Thank you !!!

    Maintenance is amazing; very professional, efficient, and quick to respond. I like the new app residents can use to easily access contact with leasing or maintenance. I do wish the pool didn’t close so early. I will say I did find living here nicer/easier when it was Arium Spring Crossing. It felt more homey, less temporary renter.

    I’ve been at this complex for about 2 and a half years. I haven’t had any issues other then appliances, or minor issues around my unit that are also fixed in a timely manner once requested.Maintenance also responds promptly and they keep the property clean.I use to cringe at the parking on the street in front of the property but signs have been placed along the street and it looks a lot better without all of the vehicles and 18 wheelers parked out front.The front office brings food trucks to the complex every so often which i think is convenient at times.The pool area is nice and the apartments are pretty quietThe courtesy officer responds promptly to calls and the ladies in the front office also are very nice.Good and bad comes with every apartment.These apartments are on the good side of the spectrum. Overall i like it here and i don’t plan on moving until I’m ready for a house.As long as you aren’t keeping trash out, walking dogs without a leash, basically following house/property rules you shouldn’t have any issues here.

    This is such a nice place. Im new to the area but my search started on the right foot when I visited and was treated so great when I first walked in and was greeted by Erikas happy face and friendly voice. I got to meet Jenny too, shes the manager. Erika invited me to have a seat and offered me some snacks, and then Jenny went out of her way to make me a coffee when I said I was not a morning person hahaa. Im very impressed with the apartments, they are very nice but these ladies need to be in every apartment office! It was so clean outside too, im very impressed. Thank you!

    Great apartment complex to live in. This is my first year staying here, and I am hoping to stay for the next couple as well. Its a safe place to live, there are cameras all over the parking lot and it is in a somewhat secluded area. The units are beautiful and spacious too. The property management has been nothing but pleasant to work with, and maintenance is incredibly responsive. Thank you for all you do for us!!

    I really do like this apartment complex, moving in was a smooth transition with the application process. I have speakers built into my living room wall which are pretty neat and the property is well kept. Their Courtesy officer and maintenance response time are quick. Parking is almost at capacity and there are always cars parked on the street directly in front of the complex which i don’t find appealing. The front office won’t bother you i only speak to them if i need anything.The residents here are friendly and quiet.There are a few police officers that stay here which i like as well.

    My recent experience with Loni at Arium Spring Crossing was amazing! She made the process with moving in to my new unit so easy. She was very responsive in a timely manner to all my needs and concerns. I have no complaints here. I am loving the property and everything has been good so far. Maintenance keeps the property very clean from what I’ve been observing and the finishes in the units are really nice!

    Arium Spring Crossing apartment homes is a great place to live. My experience living here for over two years has been nothing but positive. The residence is quiet, grounds kept clean, maintenance done within 24 hours of requests, great amenities, frequent socials, and the staffs is some of the best I have ever encountered. They go above and beyond to keep the property in top shape. They are very warm, friendly, courteous and professional, especially Rachel the property manager, you couldnt ask for a nicer person with a more caring heart. She always greets you with a smile and a great big hug. Im so happy to be a part of this community.

    Moving in was overall a great experience. The staff that works in the front leasing office is amazing, and they will help you get started and answer any questions you might have in a short period of time. They were able to work with me and solve a lot of the issues and concerns I had about first moving here. Now that Im situated here and have been here for a couple of weeks, I can honestly say that Arium Spring Crossing is amazing and the employees are great! Also, if you need someone to help you getting started, talk to Zachary in the front leasing office. He is truly helpful and will guide you in the right way with anything you might need. Highly recommend!

    Ive been living here 2 years soon beginning my 3rd. With all the new properties being build around us it is tempting to want to leave, but the great customer service provided by Rachel & staff has kept us here. Ever since we toured the property Rachel has been so attentive & helpful. Maintenance issues in my apartment get taken care of the same day! The property is ALWAYS clean & events are always fun! We are so happy with our decision to have chosen the Arium as our home for the past 2 years. Thank you Rachel for making this experience GREAT!!! Looking forward to another year with you & the team!

    I live here for 2 years and I feel at home. The staff in the front office are super nice and make you feel welcome. There are some issues such as parking and people not pick up behind there self at the pool but that to be expected at any apartment complex. Overall I love it here and would recommend it to my friends.

    I just signed my third lease with Arium Spring Crossing! I am very happy here. My experiences with both the leasing office team and the maintenance team have been responsive and positive. Rachel is a wonderful manager and truly cares about the property and the residents who live here. Hector is so sweet and helpful. Any issues or complaints have been dealt with in a timely and professional manner. I would recommend this complex to someone without hesitation.

    My friend and I were doing some apartment shopping around town, and let me tell you what happened here. Amanda the front desk leasing agent was nothing short of AMAZING‼️‼️ She took her time with us , was patient, and told us everything we needed to know. She took her time explaining and showing us different floor plans. I came from over 2 hours to view these apartments and left fully satisfied! If a member of management is reading this, please give her a raise!!!! Out of 6 complexes we visited and the customer service ratings we received. Here with Amanda was #1!!

    Alexan Spring Crossing is a great luxury community. The amenities are great. The management staff is Awesome Rachel is a very nice lady whom is very helpful and always concern about the residents. Whenever you go into the office Keisha the assistance manager is very professional and willing to offer any assistance. The maintenance staff is professional and takes care of any problems reported with an hour of being reported. Rachel always comes up with ideas in getting the community together. I feel that I made a good choice in renewing my lease at Alexan Spring. Rachel you and your staff is very professional and Im glad to know you all. Brenda

    I absolutely love my new apartment! The inside is gorgeous and the lay out is perfect. Everything fits in it just right. The amenities of the complex are very nice and you can tell everything is maintained. The leasing office staff has been very helpful with all my questions and needs.     I moved here in September of 2020 after searching for a great place to start my life away from home. I came across this place that was close life’s but also had pretty much every amenity as well as good location near everything I would need! They are always so good about responding to my requests and have the sweetest staff and personnel on duty all the time!     Everything has exceeded our expectations of choosing this apartment. Nothing has been a problem and the ladies at the front desk really do an amazing job. I highly recommend at least coming in a talking with them and getting to see the facility.It’s always stressful trying to choose an apartment, especially when your not from the area at all. They have made it a great experience honestly and I know they will accommodate all others as well.The only thing that I would say is the application process is just a tad stressful ( for me at least ). But I know for a fact the ladies at the front desk will help you in every way they can.

    We are fairly new to the community here at Arium but so far we have had no issues and it has been a pleasant place to live. The apartment complex, the apartment, pool and amenities are all very nice.Edit - 6 months later and we now have an ongoing issue that probably wont get resolved and we feel like we have been made the bad guy. This is the first apartment complex out of four that weve lived at where weve ever had a problem but in saying that, there is good and bad at every complex, so to each their own.

    I just moved into this apartment about a month ago and I can only say good things about it. It was a hectic move with COVID going on, but the people in the office made it easy. Aryana was the one who helped me throughout my leasing process and she is extremely kind, knowledgable, and helpful. If I had a question, she always answered it patiently and quickly. Ruth was also kind and helpful- although I did not work directly with her. Move in was very smooth and I love my apartment. It is clean and modern. When I had an issue with it, maintenance was fast to respond. There are always people managing the grounds and the valet trash is a nice amenity. Seriously so grateful that I chose this place!

    Out of the other 7 apartment complexes I visited, this was the top dog of them all. This complex is absolutely beautiful, I love the amenities and the community is A1 too. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Keisha who was so real and warm hearted and ultimately helped lock down my decision to lease here. I highly recommend this complex to those who want a luxury apartment for a great price.

    My friend and I had been apartment hunting all day! ARIUM was our last stop! We walked in and were blown away by the ambiance in the leasing office! (And it smelled GREAT!) Teonna was eager to show us the property and really sold me on “built in Bluetooth speakers” lol! She was very informative on everything the property offered and worked hard to get me approved as soon as possible! Oh and did I mention the awesome snacks! The property is very clean and the amenities will win you over!

    What’s not to love about Arium spring crossing it’s conveniently located just minutes away from lots of great shopping and dining options! In an ever growing area just off I-45 and 2920. This complex offers tons of amenities for every lifestyle, from an crystal clear pool, studio style fitness center & who doesn’t love the pop up food trucks. Let’s get to the apartment homes themselves, very spacious floor plans with every upgrade imaginable from full sized stainless steel appliances to full tile showers!. We love being able to call Arium Spring home and we love the attentiveness from the maintenance specialists all the way to the care from the front office team.

    Great staff and complex. I love the amenities and the location of the apartments. Access to the freeway and toll roads. I gave 4 stars for the extremely thin walls. You can literally hear EVERYTHING. I should have opted for a 3rd floor apartment instead of the 2nd floor.

    Beautiful NEW LUXURY apartments. Apartments are super spacious with great amenities. They are also kept clean and quite. Love, Love greystar mangment; The staff is always amazing and attentive. Plus being off of 45 your in reach of some of the best food and all shopping Houston has to offer. Angela is a rockstar and together with the other ladies you have an amazing team to lean on they make you feel like your speaking more with friends than leasing staff.

    Racheal has been amazing, being understanding as I recover from a 2000 mile move followed by an unexpected 2 weeks off at Xmas which sent me into financial panic. Repair requests are timely and done right. Community is clean and quiet for the most part. Barring some obnoxious new neighbors. Paying rent if kind of a hassled either pay by card and pay a substantial charge or go to the store stand in line and pay by whip but not that big of deal

    I have had the privilege of working with the staff and maintenance team at Arium closely recently with my move into the apartment homes. It has been a joy. Not only is the staff helpful, and courteous, but very polite. I think there is one person that has stood out more than any other, and her name is Mara Napier. I have nicknamed her, My Savior, as she has been so incredibly attentive with my apartment, and has gone over and above to help me with my questions, requests, and paperwork.     They are new (summer 2016), which means they are very responsive and attentive to needs. I wanted to complain about the nonflexible showerheads, but they fixed it for all the units before I needed to.I do want to warn people that they should live on the 3rd floor. I trusted them when they said it was soundproof. I havent heard anything from the hallway or my neighbors, but I do hear garages opening and the elephant living above me. The other day, I woke up to some very clear sounds from his TV. Thank goodness this elephant doesnt usually watch TV.Also, this complex isnt recognized by the US Postal Services system yet, so even now (mid-Aug 2016) I need to manually call financial companies and tell them to override their validation system to force in my new address. The trick for Amazon is to make it your billing address BEFORE making it your shipping address.Acordingly, there are neither pokestops nor pokemon in sight. Ever.The amenities are classic.The package concierge is an awesome touch (but kind of terrifyingly loud whenever it opens).The electronic keys have me kind of paranoid that theyll die and Ill get locked out but they assure me that the lock blinks before it dies.Trash pickup is very prompt. This guy usually comes to my building between 8 and 8:45 so I learned pretty quickly that 8pm is not a suggestion. There have been times (multiple) when I look down the hall and seen that weve all missed him.The color scheme is awesome. Black cabinets, grey floors, and dark purple shades.The lighting is mostly pretty bright except the bedroom, which unfortunately uses weird bulbs.The drawers and cabinets are not wide at all and are all the same width. Do not buy kitchen storage solutions until you move in, because most probably wont fit.Great value for the money. I have no regrets.

    I really enjoyed this community. The Property is very pretty and the office staff is very welcoming and were able to answer all of my question which was not the case at other places i toured! i have since emailed with them a few times and they are vey responsive which I love. I cant wait to sign with them once my current leas is up in the spring !!

    First let me say the property is FAB ! Also, what puts the icing on the cake was the leasing professionals, Chassity, was great she was nice she helped me figure out what would work best for me and even took the time out to talk to me every five minutes I called LOL. Heather, was also pleasant to speak with. If your looking for luxury ,but not a butt kicking price than this should be the place you call home. I have not moved in yet ! But can not wait until I do so, Angela was also helpful and even sat and chatted with me briefly. Chassity, Angela, Heather ,you ladies rock XOXO

    Just beautiful. I dont live here but I have a family member that does. This complex has plenty of parking. Outstanding gym. Huge pool with covered grills and tvs. Beautiful interior apartments.
