Ms.Alonda Atwood has helped me many times to find a place to call home. One thing I love about her is that she will not just place you anywhere. You do not have to worry once you connect with her because she truly cares about you and your family. she keeps you on your budget,find specials,very knowledgeable in renting and will be your voice for you. Very flexible and always pick up and will return calls within a couple of hours not the next day unless its late after hrs. It was one occasion she responded after hours for me. I just trust and love this young lady because she is concerned about where you live. Thanks for caring for me and staying right there until I signed my lease to call home. Mrs. Alonda Atwoods was absolutely phenomenal to work with. From the moment I reached out to her, she has been very responsive. She messaged me back within minutes and we got on the phone and spoke about all the details desired in a new place. She asked alot of questions which I loved because I could tell she cared about what we wanted. Within an hour, she sent a list. And from there we made alot of adjustments based on that list. She also was welcoming to me bring ideas to her to add to the list after hours and even though I didnt expect her to respond, she still was responsive. She checked prices, specials, and made the appointments. The added bonus is that she accompanied us to the locations and was organized, prepared, and asked the leasing agent all the relevant questions so we can just focus on the viewing.It was an amazing experience to be able to work with Alonda and not hav to worry about where we were in the process because she keep us informed. All within a week, we selected a new place to call home. And thanks to Alondas flexibility and openess, it ended up being one of the location I brought to her!
