    I absolutely love living here! My partner and I have been here for almost 9 months. This hidden gem in Houston is beautifully maintained, and the property management team is always helpful, responsive, and kind. They go the extra mile by hosting resident events, showing how much they truly care and staying on top of communication. The amenities are top-notch—I especially love the gym, spin studio, club room, and rooftop with stunning views of Houston. Plus, the proximity to Memorial Park is perfect—we walk there almost every day. I can’t say enough good things about this place and the amazing team behind it!

    I recently renewed my lease at Elan Memorial Park, and I couldnt be happier! From the moment I moved in, the experience has been exceptional. The community is vibrant and all the communial areas are well-maintained.The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive, always going above and beyond to ensure residents feel valued. When I first toured with Mo Mahmood, I knew this would be the place for me because of his attentiveness and how much he made me feel at home.The location is perfect, with easy access to shopping, dining, and beautiful parks.Living here has truly exceeded my expectations, and I’m excited to continue my journey at Elan Memorial Park.     I’ve lived here for about a year and it’s been an amazing experience. I chose this complex because it’s so close to memorial park, and there’s also a coffee shop and other stores close by. The property itself is clean, well maintained and pretty quiet. Grateful for the whole leasing team here as well, they’re stellar!

    I am an international student at Rice. Elan is one of the best I ever visited. It is cozy and good location. I would like to recommend it to my friends who are also looking for a new department. And Mo, the leasing consultant, is so supportive!!! He has plentiful experience in the apartment leasing area and is always ready to help! The best thing is that he helped me to get everything done within one and half days, so that I didn’t have to live in the hotel for more days!

    We absolutely love Elan! The amenities are top-notch, especially the pool and fitness center, which make it feel like a resort.     Im writing this just after moving in so take everything with a grain of salt, but Im loving this place. Management so far has been incredible. Mo and Phylena - the managers I talked to - were very polite, helpful, and friendly along the way. I had lots of questions and they had lots of answers. A few hiccups but in general a very stress free move in, and a very nice area and amenities.

    Such a beautiful building of apartments. One of the things I love about it, is the proximity to Memorial Park and its sorroundings, less than 5 minutes. Coffee shops, restaurants at walkable distance. The staff is amazing and they really take the time to answer your questions! 100% recommended.

    Out of all the apartments Ive lived, this one is hands down the best. For starters, its in a great location, pretty well centralized to many cool spots. Memorial Park is closeby, along with plenty of places to eat.Focusing on the apartment itself, they have a really cool sky lounge with a great view facing east (towards downtown). The maintenance staff here do a great job, with quick responses. The pool and grills are cleaned regularly, which you dont realize is a perk until you dont have it. Management handles business efficiently and with a smile. If youre looking for a cool place to live, definitely check this place out. I highly doubt youll be disappointed.

    I absolutely love living at Elan Memorial Park! The staff here is truly exceptional - they always go above and beyond with a smile. Katie and Mo are incredible; theyre friendly, approachable, helpful and genuinely care about the residents. Whether its about packages, assistance, maintenance, building questions or anything in general theyre just a call, email or visit away.The maintenance team is hands down the best ever. Paco, Fernando, and Gigi are like family; they take pride in their work and ensure that any maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently. They always get it right the first time! It is always a pleasure speaking to them.The apartment complex itself is impeccably maintained - its clean, organized, and always smells great. The amenities like the gyms, pool, rooftop, and clubroom are consistently well-kept. The rooftop view of the skyline is simply breathtaking, and having the garage on the same floor as my apartment adds an extra layer of convenience and security.Other great catches: Just a 5 minute run to Memorial Park and easy access to the bars on Washington Ave, if thats part of your interests. The neighborhood has always felt safe and it is central to all of Houston, about 25 min to IAH, 20 min to Hobby, 15 minutes to the Galleria, 7-10 min to downtown (of course thats with no traffic).Ive been living here for two years now, and have really enjoyed my experience so far. Elan Memorial Park has truly become home for me, thanks to the wonderful staff and excellent facility. Highly recommend!

    Just moved in and I love the apartment! The space is just right for my boyfriend and I. Loving the view as well, I don’t think that will ever get old!!! The neighborhood around us is super nice for walks which is a plus and the neighbors I’ve met so far are super nice and friendly!!! Overall a great start to the new apartment!

    We moved in for about a few months now. So far we love it. Our room is giving very homely vibes. My boyfriend would spend lots of his time being home and cleaning up when he has never done it before in the past.lol Katie and Mo are our favorite people from the office. They are always nice and quick responses. They keep us updated during the storm. We went out of power for so many days but I know it’s not their fault. If You feel like the floor or ceiling is thin but I don’t think is that bad because every apartments have that problem and maybe our neighbors are so nice and respectful. The sky lounge here has an amazing view! We had such a great time up there during 4th of July with our friends and other residents watching fireworks and doing karaoke. thank you Elan for such an amazing place!

    My wife and I love living here at Elan. WeMoved into this apartment community spring of 2023 and decided to live here another year. I would highly recommend living here. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. For example Today Desire helped me out with a package that contained my medicine that I need to stay healthy, by placing the package in my apartment as I would not be home until the leasing office closed. Moe does this for me sometimes as well. As someone who commutes and travels a lot I would not be able to work as long without the help of the staff at this community. 5 stars!

    We haven’t moved in yet, but we’ve toured multiple times and will be moving next month. The office has been so helpful and patient each time we’ve gone to look at different units and I can tell the place is well taken care of. Plus, you can’t beat the location so close to Memorial Park. Can’t wait to move in!

    Ive lived at Elan Memorial for the past 3+ years, and can I just say how amazing Elan is? The management and leasing office are staffed of some of the KINDEST and helpful people ever! Whenever Ive had an issue, theyve been so great about getting Paco and the other maintenance teams out.Now granted, there are normal annoying things: the freight elevator going out frequently, loud neighbors, etc. but most of the time its other residents not being great not the office. The area is sometimes annoying to live in and having to go through Washington clubs on a Thursday/Friday or Saturday night, but you can take a little longer route going on the highway.The building is a little older than a lot of newer places in the area, and the units are older and little darker(material wise, like cabinets, lights), but honestly it never bothered me. Security is amazing and very helpful, especially at the parking garage when I use to come home late during grad school.All to say, Ive had an amazing few years here and Im sad to leave! If youre looking for a great place in Rice Military- Elan is it!

    Absolutely loved my time here at Elan Memorial. Amazing downtown views, tall ceilings, large utility rooms, and massive u-shaped kitchen. Frequented the gym often and appreciated the daily cleaning. Maintenance staff and security are so kind and welcoming, always said hello to me every time. Great location and walk ability to bars and restaurants. Front office staff was always helpful and diligent. Wonderful experience, would recommend.

    Lived here for a year and loved it! They recently did some upgrades as well that turned out great. The pool area is what attracted us, but the sky lounge is what we really enjoyed. They have grills around the pool and up at the sky lounge, they recently got pelotons and have a printer downstairs you can use which really came in handy. Everyone in the front office, maintenance and security was very professional and always a pleasure to chat with. If it wasn’t for us growing our family then we would have most likely stayed another year, but we needed the additional bedrooms. Bittersweet leaving today, but thanks to everyone at EMP for making it a memorable year.

    The leasing staff and the maintenance crew are both solid aspects to this complex. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about them. The move in process was made easy. All of the staff was always incredibly nice. They went above and beyond at all times. My packages were always safe. Work order repairs were completed perfectly and within the same day or first thing the next day. The amenities were all well-maintained. The security team always made me feel safe. The location is close to a lot of great places, as well. I definitely recommend Elan Memorial Park!

    We LOVE Elan Memorial Park! We just hit our two years here and are so happy to have made the decision to live here. The office staff is so kind, friendly and helpful. The maintenace staff are also wonderful and friendly people and always do their best to fix things asap.The apartments themselves are spacious and beautiful. I would agree that noise from other units/outside can be annoying at times...but thats just apartment life! We havent had any real issues with noise, just can occasionally hear neighbors which happens in any apartment complex.The people that live here are so friendly which is a huge bonus! We have had nothing but the best experience since weve lived here and my husband and I agree that this is the best apartment we have both lived in (and we both have lived in several over the years)!

    Ive enjoyed living at Elan Memorial Park for the past two years. The location has the best proximity to nightlife and the best park in Houston.The staff is incredibly warm and friendly. Paije is always helpful with questions we have and goes above and beyond for our requests. We are lucky to have her and the rest of the team to make our living space special.

    Im so sad to be leaving Elan. If I didnt have to move for work I would never leave! I love the apartment complex but my favorite part was the staff in the leasing office. Ive never lived somewhere that the office was so attentive. Ill miss yall!

    My husband and I lived here for 1 year (2016-2017 when the facility was brand new) on the 2nd floor with our puppy and we all loved it. We have lived in 3 apartment complexes and this was by far the best. We in never had any negative experiences with the staff. The only reason we moved out is because we got a house close to work. If we had to go back to apartments, this place is definitely the gold standard. We had our 1 year anniversary party in the Sky Lounge and that was great. We loved the package concierge and the gyms. We love our house, but we do still miss this place.

    Lexi was the rep that helped us find the perfect apartment! She was quick to reply to all of our emails and even gave us a scent plug in to help with the fresh paint smell when we moved in. The place is great, the amenities are pretty legit... I mean the gym! Best gym at an apartment Ive ever seen, and Ive lived in a LOT of apartments. The rooftop deck and lounge has some awesome views and plenty of room for a get together (you can also rent it for private parties). And youre in walking distance to tons of bars and restaurants. Very happy we found this place and that Lexi help make the transition so smooth!

    I moved in 2 weeks ago and have been very satisfied with my experience living in Elan. Sade, Julie, Lexi, and Hunter in the leasing office have all been extremely welcoming and helpful when Ive had questions about setting up my utilities, receiving packages, etc. My apartment is GORGEOUS, and the maintenance request I filed was completed in 2 days. The pool is well kept, and I like the peace that you can find at the sky lounge. I used the sky lounge grills last week and the grilled chicken turned out amazing. If it is in your price range and close-ish to your workplace (i10 is only a hop skip and a jump away!), I highly recommend you lease at Elan Memorial Park.

    You won’t regret moving to this gorgeous complex! Perfect location, amazing amenities, and just overall a great place to live.The leasing and maintenance staff are great and very helpful throughout the move in process. Street noise can be a bit loud if your apt faces Westcott (Cohn st would be quieter and more residential), but that’s a very small con among so many pros.

    I had wonderful experience with everyone who works there. Great service. The apartment building is very beautiful and modern. The facilities are very well organized. The location is awesome close to everywhere around Houston. Many restaurants, coffee shops, bars around. This has been the best living experience so far. Thank you to all staff who are working there.     My fiancee and I moved down to Houston from Indiana with everything in a Uhaul and nowhere to live. It was incredibly stressful but luckily we found Elan Memorial and immediately fell in love. Hunter, Jamie and the entire crew in the front office were great during the tour and leasing phase.We have been in the apartment a couple months now and we could not be happier. Apartment is surprisingly quiet and the amenities are second to none. Great community for a young professional.Look things happen... and when they do..you want to know you are going to be taken care of. I had a maintenance issue in my apartment and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was accommodated. A perfect world does not exist so you want to live somewhere with strong management and EM has it.I proudly give Elan Memorial 5 stars.Corwin Meyer

    Front office staff has been great to work with. They’re very responsive and attentive. The amenities here are also very nice and well kept! The location is very convenient. It’s close to I-10 and the 610. The Washington bars are nearby but also far enough so that you don’t hear any of the noise from the bars/people on busy nights.

    My experience at Elan Memorial Park has been great so far. The leasing-office team is very responsive. From the time I request information about the apartments to now they have treated me with respect and addressed all my questions. The complex y well maintained and modern. There is easy access to all areas of the complex from my apartment, i.e. The parking garage, the street, the mailroom, the leasing office, etc. The location is also great.

    This complex is impeccably maintained in a fantastic location. The staff is extremely friendly (specifically Malia, Alexis and Sade.) Most importantly, they get things done extremely fast when there is an issue. This is not a crazy, loud post college frat building like so many properties in the area are. The building is filled with nice professionals who enjoy having fun at times, but also enjoy peace and quiet at night. I truly feel like I am living at a 5 star hotel.

Not only that, but the office staff was so knowledgeable and helpful. They made my move in super easy! The maintenance staff is also amazing! They fixed my maintenance request almost immediately.     I hate writing reviews but after reading reviews of other apartments I realized how important it is for customers & business owners. Elan Memorial Park is a place I call home. The staff is amazing. Ive never had an issue with the complex or apt in 10 months Ive lived here. Ive searched for other apartments closer to work but I cant find another Elan Memorial Park.

    I don’t live here, but I had mail mistakenly delivered here. The staff that helped me retrieve my mail was SO kind and professional. They were busy and under no obligation to help a lady who lives across the street, but these ladies deserve credit for being such kind and wonderful representatives of this complex.

    I rented an apartment from this community and my experience while living there was wonderful. Property is very clean, amenities are very nice and security was 24 hours. I felt very safe as they had security officers driving around the night and at times they would double up when extra security was needed. Criminal activity is unavoidable but the management definitely took proper actions.My only surprise after moving out, they claimed that I damaged theglass stovetop and received a $500 invoice because it needed to be replace. When I asked for more information and pictures they said the damages were due to surface scratches. However, after doing research on the type of ceramic glass stove this property uses in their units and speaking to multiple appliances vendors, my surface scratches are definitely fair wear and tear from cooking. It can be prevented or minimized depending on care of the plate and appropriate pans etc. but still almost impossible to avoid. When i moved in, I was never given proper cleaning instructions after each use to ensure permanent damage didnt take place. These so called scratches were not due to my negligence, carelessness or abuse. The receivables specialist at Greaystar handling my account even said that she didnt agree with the type of glass stove top they use for rental properties.Just want to give future tenants a heads up and advise to inspect apartment thoroughly specially the glass stove tops as soon as you move in and report/ take pictures of any scratches on the stovetop big or small. My stove was not brand new when I moved in and scratches will only get worse with time and unless you dont intend to cook on it ever then i dont see how scratches due to pot/pan placement is avoidable. I have never found a ceramic cooktop that hasnt been scratched . I thought that scratching on a cooktop specially glass would be fair wear and tear.

    The staff goes above and beyond to meet the residents needs. The cleaning staff arrives at 6:30 am to make sure that the property is clean and up to par as each resident starts their day. There is constant maintenance and upkeep in the building to keep it looking beautiful and new.

    Gorgeous complex inside and out! Great area to be in with all that surrounds it (restaurants, bars, etc). Their sky lounge is to die for!!! So classy and has an amazing view of downtown Houston!! Definitely recommend this place, the staff is also amazing!

    Absolutely Gorgeous complex Inside and out, it’s absolutely unlike any other place in Houston. Spacious and Beautiful floor plans with great amenities such as they’re COFEE SHOP, NAIL SALON, RESTAURANT, &&hello YOGA studio ALL ONSITE. The staff is always great. Luc-Yvette and Jayni are super helpful, attentive and complete rockstarts at what they do. Plus I couldnt ask for a better location near all the great food and shopping Houston has to offer. So definitely make the right move and come home to Elan Memorial Park!! ♥️♥️♥️
