I’ve been living at Elan Med Center since January 2024, and I have to say it’s a phenomenal place to call home! As someone who recently graduated, I was initially nervous about transitioning into a new environment, but the Elan team made both my family and me feel incredibly welcome. The amenities are top-notch, and the monthly events organized by the staff truly add a fun and community-oriented vibe. I’ve been living at the Elan for the last two months and it’s been great! The moving in process and signing the lease was a super easy process thanks to Karsyn the leasing agent, she really helped with everything I needed to get done to move in super quick and efficiently. She is my go to for everything here still !Maintenance response quickly too once you put in a work order in, I had one minor thing needing fixing a week or two after I moved in and it was fixed the next day.The Elan is also super dog friendly , the dog park is great for playing fetch with and the surrounding neighborhoods give a lot of space for walks or if you like to go for runs.The apartments themselves have a really great amount of storage and are over all gorgeous!

I have lived here for over six years and this place has completely changed for the better under new management and Karsyn at the front desk is a tremendous part of that. She goes out of her way to smile, be kind and is always extremely helpful. She’s the best.Mary is the hardest working person and always so kind to everyone around her. She makes sure that our complex is always clean and wonderful. I have never been at another place that has someone as valuable as this. He took his time giving me a tour of the complex, as well as a tour of the individual unit I was interested in. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the property and took time to answer all of my questions in detail, and he was very patient with me as I mulled over my options. I was so impressed by the apartment complex that I ended up signing a lease that day! Since then, Zachs prompt responses to my emails further showcase his dedication to customer service.The apartment complex itself is fantastic, with modern units and beautiful renovated amenities. The location is ideal for anyone working within the Medical Center. Many residents of Elan Med Center are healthcare workers, and the apartment complex is quiet, which was very important to me. The surrounding neighborhood feels safe and is within walking distance from Hermann Park.I highly recommend Elan Med Center for anyone looking for a new place to call home in Houston. Elan is a very good place to live. We have been here for more than two years. The location is great if your activities are related to the medical center. Having Hermann Park so close is another highlight.The management is dedicated to keeping things updated, and they even added some beautiful new decorations. The team also organizes events for the community. The latest update is a super convenient new marketplace for residents. They have also shown interest in discussing improvement opportunities with residents, which is very valuable. They also keep the community updated on any news related to the building or neighborhood.Maintenance requests to the apartments are solved very quickly, which gives us a sense of security and comfort. We also value that it is a safe place and a nice community.

I recently moved to Elan, and the staff here has been very kind, supportive, and responsive! In particular, Zach has helped me from the beginning with the application and the moving-in process. He has made me feel welcome and addressed all of my questions. Oscar has also helped me multiple times with any maintenance issues I encountered in a very responsive and thoughtful way. Other staff I met, including Karsyn, Nick, and Mary, have all been very friendly and welcoming!

Overall, living at Elan has been an excellent experience, and I am very happy with my decision.

My husband and I have lived here for almost 2.5 years and have enjoyed our stay. The amenities are always managed and kept well and all of the staff are friendly and do an amazing job. EMC is a high-end, spacious property with great amenities, perfect for those working at the Texas Medical Center. It attracts a diverse group of researchers, nurses, residents, fellows, and students. What makes EMC stand out are the social events like celebrations, food gatherings, pool parties, and donation drives.Shoutout to Bilal S., the new experienced maintenance team leader, for quickly and efficiently handling all requests. This is the view from my apt in the evenings at Elan. this place has everything from a butler on call, yoga classes, dog parks. The staff could not be any nicer. although we are only here for a few short mos for a job, this place feels like home, and I wish we could stay.

Oscar arrived at my apartment very quickly after we contacted the office and he was very proficient and he did a great job and I am very satisfied. On 6/18/2024 I was leaving my apartment when I noticed one of the hallway lights was out. When I arrived at my vehicle, in the garage, I saw Nicholas and made him aware of the problem. Upon my return, approximately 45 minutes later, I found Nicholas replacing the light that was out in front of my apt. and although this was not a very serious situation my wife and I would like to thank Nicholas for his quick response and a job well done.

I love living here. The staff is incredible to start with. They are so helpful and kind. They remember your name and plan events and things for residents which is so much fun. The area is quiet and peaceful, which is phenomenal for walking dogs and sleeping (especially if you work in the medical center). The amenities and grounds are always clean and well kept. You can tell that Elan keeps its residents in mind with everything they do. My favorite aspect is that when you’re in your apartment, you can’t hear anyone else. Even if the person who lives upstairs or next to me played the drums, I wouldn’t know.I toured a lot of apartments before I chose Elan and they are by FAR the most dog friendly. There are always free treats and bags to pick up after your dog available in the lobby. There are also two dog parks that are HUGE. If you’re looking for an apartment that is dog friendly, quiet, in a great location and with the best staff, I highly recommend Elan.

This is an amazing property.I have been living here for almost 2 years now. It is a little more expensive than the rest of the market but it’s a very good place to live specially if you work at the medical center.I’ll highlight some of the Pros and Cons.Pros:- Incredible staff. This makes a huge difference when you need help from the leasing office specially after a long stressful day. They are very responsive to any issues and are very fast to fix any issues in the apartments.- Facilities are fenomenal with very good spaces for working out, very nice pet parks, very nice pool with bbq area, rooms for studying and game rooms. They have a tanning room that I do not use but if you are into this they have one.- Very comfortable parking spaces.- I once had a problem with one of the staff members and the manager was very responsive and this staff member ended up moving to another property.- Quiet neighborhood at walking distance to Hermann park.Cons:- Prices are a little high for the market.- Residents don’t follow rules on trash pickup times and this makes the corridors smell bad at times it shouldn’t.In summary I think it’s a very good and comfortable option to live at.

We were refered to EMC by friends from work. We were interested to rent a 1st floor apartment, but they did not have any available (they were all occupied, and the tenants that live there dont seem the let those go very easily). Still, I have to say that Jessika gave us an excellent costumer service and offered us various available apartments in other floors. With no doubt, if they had had a first floor apartment available, we would have taken it in a heart beat. Their costumer service is phenomenal, their property is one of the best in the area and the people that have been there for various years seem to love it, and not leave.

I dont live here but everytime i visit here its pleasant. the lobby feels so nice with cold air and it smells clean. there is always visitor parking which makes it easier if you are dropping by quick. all the hallways are concrete which also is clean. it smells like the air is ventilating good.took one star off because this is the slowest elevator ive experienced in my life lol.

I am an MDA patient and we selected the Elan Med Center Luxury Apartments because of its proximity to MD Anderson (less than 1/2 mile) and just blocks from Hermann Park. My husband and I are well pleased with the appointments and especially the attentive service. Whenever we have a request, it is met promptly. I highly recommend Elan Med Center.On nice days (not too hot) we can comfortably walk to MDA and not have to deal with parking - another plus!

This Place is A Great Place To Stay I Would Recommend This Place To Anyone Looking For A Nice Affordable Upscale Living The Staff Is Very Professional And Friendly The Property Management Is Exceptional The Best I’ve Encountered Thus Far Since My Relocation To The Houston Medical Center Area I Was Impressed From The Time Me And Family Toured The Property With The Distinguish Young Man At The Front Desk To The Follow Up Leading To The Move In And Offered The Same Impeccable Service When Moving Off The Property If I’m Ever In The Houston Market I Would Definitely Revisit This Property And The Maintenance Personnel Was Courteous And On Time With Addressing My Household Need As They Rarely Accrued Thanks Elan Med Center Staff For The Great Service Rendered To Me And My Family.

Fun and Luxurious, with plenty of things to do. I enjoy the pool (even now in October), and playing billiards in the game room. Great place to cook out with your friends too
