I have lived at Elan Keller for 2 years, and decided not to renew my lease. When I first moved in everyone was so friendly, and welcoming. Some neighbors I’ve met I’m still friends with til this day. A lot of good perks for the area.In my first year here, it seemed they could never keep a leasing agent. Each time I went into the office it was always someone new. They would never answer the phone, and were rude when they did. The property and the amenities were rarely maintained. Buildings on the inside were dirty from bugs, birds, weather, and people’s trash spillage on the concert. No one would pick up after their dogs, pool furniture continuously broken. The courtesy officer never coming to assist with complaints. If he did respond it would be hours later, or tell you to call the police. It was all very frustrating to live here.Towards the middle to end of my second year of living here. I believe they brought in Andrea Gallegos. Things then started to change. The property was getting regularly maintained. The grass being cut, building cleanings, pool being cleaned more, consistent valet trash pick ups, etc. Once she arrived I truly stopped complaining to myself and friends that this place was a mess. She might not have been the only person to turn this place around, but for me it seemed like she the main factor. When I would go to the office I would get 2 different answers on a question. Which was frustrating as well. I went to ask her my same questions, and she was very polite along with informative. Ms. Gallegos definitely knows her stuff and cares about her residents. Now my only continuous issue is parking, but a few steps never hurt anyone.Overall, the property and its management team I feel have come along way. I would recommend to live here.Pros: close grocery store options, restaurants/bars, walking trails, coffee shops, etc.Cons: Thin walls, loud neighbors, pet droppings on property, no parking, and right gate continuously broken.

I’m a resident, trust me its an amazing place to live. Everything you need is around you under a mile, from walmart, sam’s club, autozone and car washes, urgent care, public fields for various sports to happening bars and amazing restaurants. There is Chipotle, Starbucks, Taco Bell, Wendy’s, McDonald’s and anything else you can probably imagine. The staff is amazing, really sweet and amazing. The maintenance staff is very responsive and will go above and beyond to help you. Especially Josh, the maintenance supervisor comes in and gives his time and listens to every concern you might have. Gated community with crazy amenities including meeting rooms, fully equipped gym and well maintained pool. I signed the lease moving from Michigan and didn’t regret not seeing the property in person. Almost forgot, Covered Parking, Garages and Tesla Chargers 👌.

We’ve lived here for 6 months and we’ve had a great experience so far. We have had a couple of issues with some neighbors but Andrea has been so swift in her response both times. Property is kept pretty clean and weekly food trucks have been so fun. Great value for the rent!

My husband and I moved in here a few months ago and it has been nothing but amazing! Anjannette has been extremely helpful and so kind! We love the amenities and the area. They have fun events all the time and food trucks. Huge thank you for making this such a great area!

I recently moved out of Elan Keller Ranch due to moving to a different area. I want to say that my experience living here was amazing! The leasing staff is friendly and always ready to answer any questions I had! Maintenance is very quick to respond to service requests. The maintenance staff is very knowledgeable and respectful of property. The gym is pretty big and there are plenty of machines available to use. The pool is always clean and tidy. The apartment itself was very nice and the move-in process was easy. The only con is parking. There isn’t enough parking at night which means you might have to end up walking far to your apartment. Overall my experience was great! I highly recommend living at Elan Keller Ranch.

I was here for a 12 month lease and I really enjoyed it! I never had any issues. The leasing office is always quick to respond with any questions or concerns. The only thing I don’t like is the parking situation depending on what building you’re in, sometimes you will have to park a little far away from your building. Also, the area is great. But living across the train tracks isn’t the best since the train crosses very often and you may be sitting there for 10+ mins. Other than that, it’s a great place to be!

Living in this community has been a positive experience. The staff from the new Property Manager to maintenance have been fantastic. My concerns have been addressed within the same day. With Lauren as the new property manager I can see a great chance of improvement in the property. The new team members are friendly, polite and professional. When I call or stop by the office I am always greeted by my name and all staff have been very helpful with any of my needs. The property overall is always kept clean.

We moved into our apartment in May, 2021. Since that time weve had interactions with all the staff, both current and previous. All interactions have been positive and informative. We especially appreciate Joshua, who is in charge of apartment maintenance. He is responsive, knowledgeable, resourceful, innovative and did I mention friendly!This is only the second apartment complex we have lived in after almost 60 years of marriage. We were not quite sure what to expect, but so far, we have been more than pleased and are enjoying life here at Elan Keller Ranch.

This is my first time living in an apartment community in over thirty years; I just love it and one of the main reasons is the professional staff managing the property. The entire team is all terrific and go through such efforts to make one feel cared for; they address me by my name with a friendly greeting when we run into each other. The maintenance staff is also so friendly and so quick to respond to any request. I also want to say that the creativity to come-up with entertainment for the residents is incredible. I would highly recommend this apartment community to anyone moving to Keller.

This place is amazing, you would think it is brand new but it is 2 years old now. The front staff is very polite and welcoming and helps with any problems that come up. Maintenance is the best I have had at any apartment we have lived at. Their prices are great for the area within KISD and is minutes from anything you need. Highly recommend checking them out!

I am a resident and I have nothing but great things to say about my living experience here at Elan Keller Ranch. The property is very beautiful, amenities are top notch, most importantly the office staff is very kind and accommodating. My wife and I had a concern so we met with the new manager Lauren, she quickly addressed my concerns, immediately followed up with an email and phone call of the action she took and gave me a solution. I am beyond impressed with the level of professionalism she provided to us, we will definitely be renewing our lease. I would recommend this place to anyone if you are looking for a management team who truly cares about the residents!

Andrea G is amaaaaazing. As a first time buyer, everytime I come in she’s so friendly, patient, and helps out. She’s really attentive and listens. I apologize every 5 minutes LOL and she continues to reassure and help me throughout the process. She’s handled all of my concerns, responds to emails in a timely manner, and always seems to be catching me up to speed.She really is top notch!

I have nothing but good things to say about this complex, especially the management. Anj and Amber are always attentive and prompt to answering any questions or concerns! They were always easy to reach by phone or email and work orders were always address and resolved in a timely manner. It’s in a convenient location and the apartments are gorgeous! 10/10 would recommend living here!!!!

Highly recommend! This place is amazing! Our apartment is beautiful, clean, and modern. We love it! The Elan team made our transition smooth. The property manger is very professional and communicative, and helpful. Anjanette was excellent! She answered all of our questions and made us feel at home. First impressions are everything! The apartments and Team blew me away! I’m very satisfied with choosing Elan Keller Ranch as Our Home!

I could rave about this complex all day. I’m a resident at the Elan Keller Ranch community and I’ve had such a positive experience. The grounds are well kept, amenities galore, and the staff is always so friendly.I recently transferred into a larger unit and Anj, the assistant manager, made it such an easy process and was available for any questions or concerns I had.Anytime I’ve submitted a request for maintenance, Josh and his team are quick to come out and address/fix any issues. If I could give this property 100/10, I would.

Super amazing and beautiful property. I went and toured there. Beautiful place just not quite the right for for me. However, Paige, a manager there, spent upwards of 45 minutes looking at other properties that could be possibilities and was an amazing help. She educated me on different managements and how that effects the apartments and a bunch of other stuff as well. So kind and extremely insightful and helpful. Based off of her alone I would 100% recommend at least looking at the property!There were even other tenants that came in and had questions she assisted them swiftly and in such a professional way. Extremely impressed in her professionalism and kindness. Whatever she makes, she deserves a raise!

When I had an idea of where I wanted to be, I thought about a big kitchen, a big bathroom and a wonderful patio to put lights on and decorate. I didn’t think I would get much more than that. My name is Elena! I’ve been here almost a year and about to renew. I really love our community here. It’s quiet but yet you know everyone and since moving here, I’ve made several friends. Several friends, that we have nights together where we just celebrate being us girls. The community is great and the location is right in the middle of everything you need or just something fun to do. The school district is KISD, so if you have a child and looking for a wonderful school district, you can’t go wrong. I wish I could upload pictures but it won’t let me, but you can come see for yourself. Especially at night, it’s beautiful! So many people have their patios lit up. If you just want to go work out, there is an amazing gym. It’s coming up on summer, so the pool is already open and just so pretty outside. The staff is amazing. The one time I’ve needed a work order, Josh came out and he was so helpful. Thank you, Josh! Thank you Sheridan for always being so warm and helpful and you’re always a warm light when anyone approaches you. Lauren, thank you for being such a wonderful manager and being there to love and support our community. I see how hard you work and it never stops because you are that determined. If you are looking for a place to live, come to Elan Keller Ranch! Come swim! Come have cook outs and enjoy the smoke pit that’s lit up at night. Enjoy the privacy of being in a gym with no judgment. Enjoy just being around people just like you, wanting to be in a quiet environment but smiling at you neighbor and knowing that you all support one another. That’s where I live and I’m very proud! Words can’t describe how great this apartment complex is. This location is in one of the safest areas in the metroplex, it is new, and from the first phone call I made to the staff to schedule a tour I knew we would be welcomed and have an awesome experience based off their customer service alone. The customer service was absolutely incredible. The staff, specifically Victoria, Paige, Justin, and Sheridan went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and safe. They expedited our application so we could move in within less than 24hrs of submitting our application and taking the tour of the gorgeous facility. The amenities and the apartment community is absolutely immaculate, as well. The community is fenced in with a dog park, walking trail, big and convenient fitness center, and a really nice club house. The Ranch hosts regular get-togethers for the residents to include events such as wine night, pool parties, and fun scavenger hunts. It is only day 2 of our time at the Ranch but we can already tell this will not just be a place to live, but an awesome community and home!

I have never ever moved into such a clean and well kept apartment. The ladies in the front office assured that our application process and move in was as quick and as smooth as possible. I absolutely LOVE it here. WELL worth the price you pay to live here. The community is beautiful and it’s located in the perfect spot. Everything is perfect I love it!!!!

If you are needing a new place to live, move here. we love it here so far. For beings on the first floor, I can barely hear my neighbors. The amenities are great and very useful. wifi that is already installed is great and we use it a lot. Ask for Cailee in the office, she is super friendly and has answers to any question you have.

Our experiences with Elan Keller Ranch and its staff have been wonderful from the beginning! Moving from overseas can be incredibly challenging, but Justin and team facilitated the leasing and move in process in a way that made it simple, providing alternative means of communication, a virtual tour, and help with our move in needs, adapting to our family’s unique circumstances and needs. We were able to complete everything in the leasing process from another country so that when we arrived we were ready to move in. Every experience we have had further confirms that we have made the right decision in choosing Elan Keller Ranch as our first family home in the United States! We are excited to meet our neighbors and participate in all of the community activities!

The most warm and welcoming environment in Roanoke. I am so impressed with everything about this community, most importantly the management and staff. They are kind, responsive, knowlegeable, helpful, hardworking, and committed to highest quality standards. The grounds are impeccably maintained and the buildings are well constructed and maintained. The lcoation is close to shopping and transportation.
