I’ve lived at the Elan Harvest Green for One year. So far so good. Staff have been great and courteous, specially Anthony. Anthony has been great assistance and always returns my calls. I was glad to hear that he was still available when i needed assistance when it was time to renew my lease.The building is always clean and there is enough parking spaces available.

I cant say enough about how great it has been living here. The management staff is probably the best I have worked with. I have lived in a lot of apartments. Elan is clean and quiet. Maintenance requests are answered within a day. The aparments have everything you need, really nice appliances. Highly suggest Elan

I have lived at Elan Harvest Green for 1.5 years. It is one of the best. Quiet, clean, very nice apartments with fantastic appliances. But most of all the management team, all of them are so helpful and bend over backwards to help you. Highly recommend Elan.

Toured the apartment with Anthony Galloway today. Anthony was very helpful throughout the process so much so that we felt confident to go ahead with the leasing application process same day. I have been living at Elan for almost 1 year. Like any apartments you run into minor problems with appliances etc., but I can not express the great maintenance staff that they have! They are truly professional, punctual and hard working employees (which honestly is very hard to find these days). I have worked with Luis and Edgar-. both outstanding. Words are not enough to thank them for all the help they have provided in not only helping with my requests but also in keeping the property clean and safe. As far as the internet I work from home and have never had an disruptions, besides a 1-2 power outages due to the weather or once due to a maintenance improvement, but the staff have been great in notifying residents well in advance. There is a new site manager as well who has made so many outstanding improvements to the property. I recently transferred to a larger apartment and once moving in the windows were not cleaned to my liking and as soon as I mentioned it to the manager she was on top if and got her staff to come immediately for window cleaning and power wash. They are truly amazing! Highly recommend this place. Great people to work with. Life isnt always perfect, but they try their utmost to make it. Thanks

Living here at Elan Harvest Green has been a great experience. Every time a work order been submitted it has been taken care of at a timely manner. I lived here for a year between 2023 and 2024 as the first tenant, and everything went well. I did need to request maintenance a few times, which I assume is typical for new construction. The office team was incredibly helpful and amazing throughout my stay.

I have been living in Elan Harvest for a year now and I love my apartment. I can honestly say that it is the nicest apartment I have ever lived in. The internet was a bit spotty at the beginning of this calendar year, but they have addressed this issue, and I havent had any problems as of this summer. In terms of staff, I nothing but positive reviews. The property manager, Alethia, has been wonderful. From the very first time she showed me around she made me feel welcomed and she is very helpful. She is committed to providing great customer service.

I took a tour here in March with Anthony. He was and has been very responsive to my questions. When I toured here I got a good feeling seeing the property. It’s very pretty and VERY clean which is a huge plus. Harvest Green seems like a growing community and has some cool amenities nearby.The professionalism from Anthony also puts my mind at ease about renting here. Too many times in the past I have gotten leasing agents that could just care less. Im look forward to moving here soon!

I moved in Sep 2023 and love it for the most part. Like all the other reviews mentioned internet is a big issue, if you work from home and rely on the internet heavily i would suggest another location, unless they somehow drop the internet contract and allow residents to bring in their own (the internet fee is added on top of the rent). I sometimes have to use my phones hotspot just to get stuff done quickly to not drive into my office. Internet wise just not great, work from home is a success 75% of the time.Maintenance i think is great, they come and do your tickets pretty quickly. The workers onsite not just the office are friendly and respectful. They try to keep the community clean, I see them blowing on the door steps every Month or so and power wash every couple of months. BUT some of the residents dont do much to keep up with the communitys cleanliness, some dog owners dont pick up after their dogs. There are trash valet rules, i have no issue with my neighbors but i have seen other buildings that do not respect the trash guidelines and it does look a little messy at times, again this is a resident issue and management does send out reminders and warnings. Pro Tip, i stay in one of the farther buildings from the trash, sucks if its not trash pick up day but the compactor is constantly breaking down (again residents not following rules), so i think if you can choose get an apartment farther from the trash.Amenities, the pool area is always clean not sure about the grill im not a big fan about using communal grills but i do see a lot of residents using it. The gym is always clean as well, machines are never out of service, it is not too big as typical for a residential community so it does get a little busy in the mornings/evening.There is a lot of parking available in the guest areas - against the fences - but the best spots in front of units do tend to fill up fast. There is paid parking and i usually dont have issues with others respecting my space but there are complaints from others that ppl still park in their paid parking spots. There is no towing so there is nothing that can be done other than telling management and hoping they know whose car it is. Management sends reminders about respecting parking but this again falls on the residents not respecting policies.Safety wise, i love the area shopping is not even 5 mins away + fast food and other restaurants. Big dog community so theres always a dog around but have never had any issue with any of them. It feels very safe, its always quiet at night time, i can come out and do late night walk with dogs without any worries.Upstairs Neighbors - I was lucky the first few months not having anyone above me, but someone has moved in. Im not sure if the flooring is the issue but i do hear my neighbor walking whenever they are home. To me it sounds like they are stomping/heavy walking, but i take that as usual upstairs neighbor activity. I do not hear my neighbor across from me or the one next to me, unless they are drilling something into the wall. If you do not like hearing upstairs neighbors get a unit on the 3rd floor.

5 stars all around! I recently moved to the area and researched a lot of properties, Elan at Harvest Green was the absolute best property hands down! The apartments are brand new, clean, and modern. The amenities are well taken care of, the building is secure, and it is conveniently located next to shopping centers and restaurants. With all of that being said, the reason why I ultimately made my decision to move here was the staff at Elan. The entire staff is kind and welcoming from start to finish, they are also very responsive. My leasing agent Amanda is the absolute best, she let me view the apartment 2x in one day, allowed me to use her phone when my phone died, and even gave me the cutest welcome gift! She also helped me with my packages! Little touches like this really go a long way and made me feel at home instantly! So thankful that I found this property and glad to call it home! 🤍

My husband and I l love living here. The apartment is beautiful and the management is great. Amra is the BEST! She was very helpful when we were trying to move and made the move smooth and easy. We love the manager Tonya, she is one of the best apartment managers I have encountered. She addresses any issues or concerns we have. I wanted to wait a year from living here to give an honest review and we love it here so much we are renewing our lease. The only downside is the internet. We have to opt in for the internet the apartment provides and the connection is HORRIBLE. We have had a lot of issues with it. My husband and I work from home and it has been affecting our jobs a lot lately. We call the internet company and the leasing office at least once a week about completely loosing connection or the internet going in and out. I really hope they either switch companies or give us the freedom to choose our own company. The internet is the only reason I am giving the apartment 4 stars.

These apartments give very much townhome feel! Our tour with Amanda was beyond exceptional. They were all very welcoming at the leasing office which is such a breath of fresh air!Amanda answered all of our questions (which were many) with no hesitation.The whole tour was an experience. I never thought I would be living in an apartment community again but the staff, especially Amra, has been absolutely the most delightful people to deal with. Its been 6 months and they have been great.

Property has all the newest amenities you could want from a community. Great pool to lounge at with 2 grills, a large tv, and wifi throughout. The area is up and coming with all sorts of shops and restaurants to choose from with easy access to Katy and Sugarland.
