The apartment was in excellent condition upon move-in, and I immediately felt at home. This is honestly the best apartment I’ve ever lived in! The interiors are super nice, and the clubhouse is so cozy. But the real highlight is the staff—Bailee and Andrea are the kindest, most helpful, and absolutely amazing people I’ve ever met. They make living here such a great experience. I totally recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic home!

We have been staying here for almost two years and decided to keep staying for many reasons. The location is perfect for us. Manor is one of the best streets with good restaurants and nice atmosphere. The community here is also very friendly and gives us the sense of belonging. The maintenance team is quite effective. We are happy with this place in general!

Lived in this apartment complex for 2.5 years and would have stayed longer if not for purchasing a home. Location is amazing, walking distances to so many lunch restaurants and only 14 mins to the airport. Facilities continually get minor updates, new thermostat and AC in the hallway of the second building. Several monthly events, free food and cards around the holidays (saved my butt a couple times). Impactful staff, maintenance crew does an amazing job seeing you that day or the next day based on the work order and Andrea and Bailee couldn’t have made complex feel more like a home. They grabbed large packages of mine, helped with service requests, and always had a smile when I grabbed free coffee in the lobby. Going to miss the people the most and cannot recommend this place more!

Andre came in to help with some maintenance tickets for low water pressure I put in a couple days ago. Within ten minutes, he replaced my kitchen faucet, bathroom faucet, and replaced my shower head. Immediately my water pressure improved. I appreciate the promptness and how informative he was about the issues!

Living at Elan East is great, but having Andrea as the Assistant Community Manager is like finding the last piece of pizza in the fridge when you thought it was gone. She’s always there, ready to help, whether its a package that mysteriously disappeared or finding that ever-elusive best deal on re-signing your lease (trust me, she’s got the magic touch!).Andrea isn’t just about business, though. She’s friendly, fun, and might just be the most entertaining person you’ll chat with all week. Need to know where the best tacos are? She’s got you. Want to swap funny stories about the resident pool squirrel? She’s your girl.In short, if Andrea were a cocktail, she’d be a perfect mix of professionalism and a splash of fun. Cheers to her for making Elan East feel like home! 🍕🎉My only grievance on why its 4 starts instead of 5 is the clubhouse isnt open late enough to be practical during the week or on the weekends. A real missed opportunity here with an easy fix.

I recently started my lease with Elan East, the process is straightforward. In fact, when I first contacted the Elan East leasing team, it was Bradley who made the first contact. We started with a few conversations which I could not follow with since my last semester at UT was very busy. Once I was over with that we pick up from where we left it and Bradley helped me out. An appreciation to Andrea too, who helped me in the last couple of steps to complete my lease.The apartment is beautiful, well distributed, spacious and located in a good area with access to local coffee shops, restaurants and so on.

I lived at Elan for almost 5 years and it was a wonderful experience. Hands down the best apartment experience I’ve ever had. All the staff are so nice and they’re always doing events and things for the residents. Maintenance is so quick and efficient. I rarely needed something fixed but they always took care of it right away. Everything about this place, including the amazing location makes it the perfect place to live.

So I’ve been living here for 2 months and have really been loving it. The leasing team was very helpful while I was in the process of moving across the country to Austin. I was able to get furniture inside my unit even before I arrived. They also left my keys in an Amazon secured box on the day that I arrived late at night to make sure I could get into my unit. The staff you are super friendly and have given me food/ activity recommendations since I’m still pretty new to the area. Most parking is free in the large parking lot. Shared amenities are clean, the pool is cleaned regularly. AND they throw events for us to socialize, most recently a prom-themed event. They also given out free donuts, breakfast tacos, and coffee. Overall, I feel like a made the right call leasing a unit here even though I had never visited this specific building. The people who live here are also pretty friendly. This neighborhood in general feels pretty safe. And there’s a pizza place across the street from here 😋

I love living here so far. They always have treat for my dog and there’s lots of sidewalks for walks!Free coffee is great and the maintenance man is very nice. The gym could use more equipment- but for that to be my only complaint is saying Something.The apartment itself has lots of space and light and is very secure. There are lots of fun restaurants and bars nearby in walking distance. The kitchen island is great but the closets are a little small.Overall my favorite apartment yet as a 21 yr old.

I can only write praise for the Elan East apartments. In the office, you have Naudia and Bianca, who are both incredibly friendly and professional. They always think of cute, fun events to host, and I enjoy every interaction we have — no need to avoid the leasing office if you live here.The apartment grounds are always clean and maintained well, and on the rare occasion I have a maintenance issue, its typically resolved the same day!! The service cant beat that.The entire Elan East team is fantastic, I have tried many times, but I cant imagine living at any other apartment complex in Austin. I highly highly recommend living here!

Elan East is amazing! The space, the amenities, and the community are all top-notch. Naudia, Bianca, and Lisa are all wicked cool, you really couldn’t ask for a more friendly and helpful front office staff. On top of that, every maintenance and custodial staff member I’ve interacted with has been incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartment itself is fantastic too - the space is a great fit for me, the amenities are all clean and easy to access, and all of my neighbors are awesome. On top of all this, the neighborhood has quick access to lots of different restaurants, parks, and other fun sites. Can’t recommend enough!

Elan East is the best apartment I have ever lived. The office and maintenance staff are helpful, friendly and go above and beyond. They show with their actions that they truly care about us residents. It also has the best community I have ever experienced. Residents are very friendly and quick to help one another. Multiple events a month help us establish relationships. They even put effort into socially distant virtual events. It feels like home and not just another apartment. This is the longest I’ve ever stayed at any apartment, and it is because of the community and office/maintenance staff!!!

Beautiful well maintained complex, nicely laid out units, TONS of open parking (you never have to worry about guests), great location, and most importantly a truly caring and helpful staff. Happily just renewed for another year and hope to be here for awhile!

I moved to Elan East in July of 2017, the staff that worked with me were exceptional. They worked with my schedule and made arrangements for me to view the apartment in a timely manner. The staff are extremely helpful, maintenance is friendly and courteous and comes within a timely manner. I have loved living here and appreciate how welcoming the staff made me feel. I dont live in the main building and there is always ample parking which is extremely important to me.

Elan East is the best place to live! I’m about to sign my third lease here. What I initially loved about the complex were the amenities - the pool, clubhouse, and fitness center exceed expectations. I love the upscale interiors! The color scheme, large island, and backsplash make my apartment feel luxurious. Plus having in unit laundry is key!!The staff are so friendly and kind! Naudia is the best she always has a smile on her face and is willing to answer questions or help you out in a pinch. Lisa replies to emails so quickly - her professionalism is great! Bianca is incredibly kind and always willing to say hi. The team makes the energy in the office so welcoming when you stop by. The maintenance and housekeeping staff are the best of the best. Our maintenance requests are completed the next day even on the weekends!!The community is another wonderful thing here. The team hosts community events regularly throughout the month and brings in food trucks and treats for us all the time. They even organized virtual events during COVID! Everyone I’ve met at the complex is incredibly nice and there are dogs galore here - a dream for my pup!!

I have nothing but good things to say about the Elan East staff and community. After having some horrendous experiences at other apartment complexs in Austin, I am always surprised by how responsive and accommodating the staff at Elan has been. During COVID the team went above and beyond to make the time a little easier for residences, by helping to purchase home gym equipment to bringing in free treats or coffee every week. They never cease to make every resident feel important. I love the location of the apartments and the amenities here from the pool to the apartment gym and the apartment finishes. Even when I told the management team I didnt think I could renew they did their best to try to find an apartment that would fit in my budget. They truly care about their community and it shows!

This is my first time living in an apartment community in over thirty years; I just love it and one of the main reasons is the professional staff managing the property. Bianca, Naudia, Lisa, are all terrific and go through such efforts to make one feel cared for; my name is not an easy one to remember, and yet they address me by my name with a friendly greeting when we run into each other. The maintenance staff is also so friendly and so quick to respond to any request; I have never had to wait more than an hour or two whenever I submitted a maintenance request; I also want to say that the creativity to come-up with entertainment for the residents is unbelievable. It feels like a private country club. Every other day it seems like these amazing ladies have come-up with a new treat or new event for the community. I would highly recommend this apartment community to anyone moving to Austin.

Of all the building managements Ive engaged with over the years, the Elan East team has definitely been my favorite. Maintenance requests were always handled in a timely manner, facilities were well maintained and probably most importantly, even when dumb policies had me frustrated, the staff were always genuinely kind and treated me like a fellow human, going out of their way to help me out. Having moved to a different management company in a different city, I appreciate this team even more now.

Update:I’ve lived here 3 years now and dang, not much more you could ask for. No thin walls, lots of events for the residents put on by the office, maintenance is literally there within a day to fix things usually, basically no reason not to like it.My honest review:This apartment is great, the basics are what you expect. maintenance usually takes less than 48 hours to fix any issues, and the front staff is awesome. No “thin wall” problems either. The only reason for the 4 star is sometimes the “extras” need a little more attention. These are things that are by no means necessary to live here, but are offered as bonuses so having them in working order more often would be great. Things like the broken towel fridge, treadmills out of order and sometimes the dog cleanup stations can be a little unwieldy. Other than that, no complaints. Staff is always very responsive and nice!

I have had an amazing experience living at Elan East. My commute to work (downtown) takes anywhere from 12-20 minutes, depending on traffic. Access to 35 and Airport make getting anywhere a breeze. The neighborhood is awesome, safe, and vibrant. The location is just great.My apartment was just as described and looked exactly like the unit I was shown. The cabinets, plumbing, and appliances are in great shape and the unit was so clean when I moved in. The maintenance staff is very responsive and so darn nice. A wine bottle fell off the top of my fridge when I shut the door, shattering the glass stove top, and the maintenance team called me back within 30 minutes. This was after 10pm on a weeknight and they had the courtesy to call me back for a non-emergent issue - And they didnt even laugh at my carelessness/helplessness!! When my smoke detector battery went out and I couldnt fix it, they came and replaced it for me, again within 30 minutes. Pest control comes regularly, and the one time I saw a cockroach, they had a guy come spray my apartment two days later. And that was just one time.I have nothing but compliments to give for the effort by the management team. They go the extra mile for their residents - organizing community events, having voter registration drives, listening to our requests, printing off my concert tickets, and just about anything else. They have this new online community portal that allows residents to communicate with each other. Really handy. You can submit requests, pay online, and do a bunch of other stuff. Again, they do everything they can to simplify the rental process.Elan East is just great. Its safe, convenient, CLEAN, and youll love it!

What I wasn’t expecting was how helpful and welcoming the office staff ( Naudia/Bailee/Lisa) would be! My favorite part of living here is definitely the weekly resident events they throw for the complex that have been a great way to meet my neighbors and make a group of apartment friends!!

I have lived in this apartment complex for 6 months. The facilities are always well maintained. Communal areas are accessible. I have had no major issues and any mundane problems are addressed by the staff in a timely manner. I dont hear my neighbors. There is a useful community portal online that allows for communication and bill pay. This is the best apartment I have lived in. Though the argument can be made it is expensive, from my research, the rent is average for this close to Austin and all the amenities offered.

My entire move-in process with Elan East has been seamless. Having not being from the area and moving from out of state, Naudia made the virtual tour as seamless as possible, answering all of my questions and showing us everything this amazing complex has to offer. This apartment is located close to pretty much everything youd want to do in Austin. theres easily 15 restaurants/cafés all within walking distance as well as a brewery & cidery! Not only has Naudia been amazing but the entire leasing/office staff has been amazing. Lisa & Bianca are so willing to help with anything you need. They truly take care of their tenants and try to make it as fun and relaxing of a living environment as possible. Every month there are tons of activities & free goodies for us all to enjoy. I couldnt have asked for a better place to call home. :)

There was a reply within a few hours of what could have been approved upon. This complex has phenomenal amenities, is in an incredible location, and has a welcoming staff. My boyfriend just moved in to a studio, and I would give Elan East nothing but 5 stars.

We have lived in Elan East for the past three years. It is in a great location, right on Manor Rd and an easy walking distance to Ingredients, Haymaker, Unit D, El Chilito, and Salty Sow. The amenities, gym, pool and work space are all great and well maintained. Any small maintenance issues weve had, from fixing a disposal to the ice maker, are always fixed within the day. The management is available and always greets you with a smile. The bus stop right outside the building make it a super easy to get to downtown or UT. We live in a two bedroom and love the open floor plan and big windows. We will be sad to leave.

Upon my initial inquiry I did not have the best experience, however after leaving a review, Lori, the manager responded promptly and completely turned a negative experience into an exceptional one. My boyfriend and I toured the complex today and it was stunning and Shane was amazing very helpful and knowledgeable and we enjoyed our time on the tour to view the amenities and space. Although we have not signed a lease, with their service alone we would be happy to call this place home.

Ive only lived here a month, but so far so good. Lets start with the pros. Elan East is walking distance to neighborhood coffee shops, sugar mamas bake shop with a close HEB/Fiesta nearby. Its also less than 10 minutes to downtown. Mercedes and Matthew have been very helpful each time I ran into them in the leasing office or through phone. The club house (?) has good strong coffee and though I havent tried out the pool yet, Im looking forward to it when it gets unbearably hot. Most (except two) of my requests have been taken care of. Valet trash is really valet trash... not like where you still have to take it to the trash close by. And its usually safe unless my fob key doesnt work and I cant get in (though this has been resolved). The complex seems really great at communication/newsletters.The only con I have is that my oven temperature isnt correct. Its ridiculous that it takes more than an hour to preheat to what should be the correct temperature based on my oven thermometer. It goes up to 300 just fine, but anything higher than that takes 30 minutes - two hours. I spose with winter coming soon, Ill use my oven as a heater since Ill be baking some holiday treats anyway. Thats sort of a pro? Except in the summer, itll be hot and my electricity bill will skyrocket.

Stellar staff; I adore Shane and Bianca. They are hard working and make it their mission to have happy residents. Great amenities; I love the clubroom (Skee-Ball anyone?!) and the pool! Have a maintenance request? Jose and Michael are on it FAST! Location is also spot on. There is SO much to walk to... Haymaker, Patrizis, 8 Track, Techo, El Chile, Schoolhouse Pub, Sugar Mamas and lots more. All around... AWESOME!

I would highly recommend Elan East! The leasing team was very helpful during the application and move in process and made everything easy on my end. Great communication all around. The apartments are very nice with great amenities as well.

I love the staff! Jason, Cara, Matthew, Lori, and the rest of the staff are all amazing. The ease of moving in, the leasing process, to the amenties like skeeball and foosball are great. I hope that I live here for years to come!

This has been the best apartment Ive lived in... EVER. Its clean, the staff are friendly from leasing to the handyguys. Its in a great location. And Ive never lost a package / had loud inconsiderate neighbors. Win Win Win.
