Nice apartments, very clean and spacious would Highly recommend them the lady that helped us and gave us a tour was very kind and respectful. I believe her name was KAYLA. Don’t remember her last name, but she was very kind.

The only reason I give it a five star is because of Kayla, she’s awesome 👏🏼 the only person that reports the problems with the apartment. I have been telling the office manager about the problem with the apartment and he still hasn’t answered me back. I can’t wait for my 12 month lease to end.

Amazing staff and very helpful, Kayla handled my move in smoothly. Javier as well answered any question or doughts I had of the apartment complex. I was able to move in on the exact day I was wanting to move in so thank you and the maintenance was very quick into fixing any issues we had in the apt the 1st day

Went for a walk through of one of the units with my parents and was helped by one of the managers there named Kayla. She was extremely kind and helpful with giving us all the information we needed although we went with a different property she was very helpful and would highly recommend due to the kind staff member

Been here few years and have not been bad. Great place and the people at office are great and ready to help with any issues. Every now and then theres those that party late into the night with loud music, but hey that may be you one day if you are ever celebrating and having a good time. So its not an issue plus it rarely happens. Last year the pool access has been better as well. I also have read that that the man named Javier is bias and so forth. I dont go into the office as much bit but when I have , he has always been nice and understanding. Even when I had to go through some issues with my own son having gotten into trouble by mixing with the wrong groups of kids, they could have easily treated us with dirty looks or maybe been bias, but they didnt. Everyone in that office has shown professionalism. Also I have been in places where a client goes in thinking since he is a client he can go in with an attitude and expect for employees to fall into their demand. I hope and pretty sure these people at our office dont put up with people that cant respect them or talk to them decently. Its like the saying kinda off, dont forget the hand that feeds you. This place is great if you are a person who wants its privacy, security, and easy going staff and home.

This is the very first apartment Ive ever been approved with with not so good credit. The landlord goes out of his way to support the renters helping them keep their place during hard times. Its a great price to rent here and its peaceful.

This is the first apartment we got together as a family starting out. We got the two bedroom and i absolutely love it here staff is amazing, sweet, nice, helpful, courteous, kind...omg i can go on! Lol the atmosphere and environment are very pleasant and we plan to renew again this coming new year! Would highly recommend!!😄😄😄

My family and I have always been very comfortable. My little one enjoys the pool and gardens. The atmosphere is always very peaceful...
