Amazing Experience!!I absolutely loved Eden At Sunterra! After touring multiple communities Eden definitely stood out! Kristen was very welcoming and helpful throughout the tour and application process. She made everything easy and simple! Highly recommend!

This band new built community is hands down a 5 star especially for people moving from out of state. It’s just as advertised amazing, welcoming, beautiful homes with amazing finishes, manicured lawns, water views, a safe neighborhood and convenient bus routes to school. Excellent place to start a family and raise children. So many things near by to do. The staff here is amazing Emily is so friendly and bubbly and always willing to help. Landry is so awesome always perky and always stylish, super informative if she doesn’t already have the answer for you she definitely is going to get it and do whatever she can help. Kristin the manager is amazing hardly seen but always felt as she ensures excellence and fine tuning around the entire property. Kristin is going to make sure whatever your issue is it’s resolved, prioritized and pushed through if it was above her scope. When you add to this dynamic to the amazing and prompt maintenance staff lead by Sherman this property has a dream team that will make anyone’s living experience a dream come true. We’ve had an amazing experience with the staff at Eden at Sunterra. From the moment we stepped into the office, Emily was incredibly helpful. She took the time to show us a house that matched the floor plan we were looking for, even though it was still under construction. She guided us through the tour and really helped us visualize what our new home would look like.Afterward, we went back to the office, where Emily explained everything about the project and helped us choose the perfect house based on the location we wanted. Since then, every time weve called, Emily has been so patient and courteous, answering all of our questions with a smile.Landry, the assistant manager, has also been fantastic—always helpful and professional with any lease-related questions we’ve had. We are so happy and excited to be moving into this community and starting a more peaceful journey here. The staff has made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Full disclosure: I typed an entire review and accidentally hit the wrong button and lost it! 😆 For me to retype all of this should let you know that this is a well earned 5 star review.I visited Eden on this past Sunday and am set to move in December. I was taken aback by Emilys professionalism and genuine sincerity. Emily was one of the kindest leasing agents that Ive come across in a while. She answered every single question that I asked and shared some information that I didnt even ask about. I had the opportunity to witness Emily interact with other residents that stopped by the office. They love her! They stayed a little while to just chat with her and they appeared confident that Emily would handle whatever issues they were having. Emily is a true asset to the community and her knowledge and ability to effectively communicate warrants her moving upward in her profession. I just knew that Eden was to be my next home before I left the leasing office. Emily sent the application to me while I was there and I completed the entire process that day and got approved on the following day. Emily stayed in communication with me to make me aware of each step of the process. She continued to reassure me that she is here to help me if the need arises. EMILY, YOU TRULY ROCK!!! 😍😍😍Greatest experience with property managers, EVER!! These ladies are exceptional!! Very patient and kind, with my million questions 🤪Loved the homes and the upgrades throughout! Those front doors ♥️♥️♥️! The location is amazing and so peaceful! Neighborhoods are gorgeous! This will definitely fill up fast!!

I’m not sure what the people who gave 1 star reviews experienced. I will say that their reviews all came within a short period of time and some didn’t even offer any feedback. As for my experience, it was nothing but professional and informative. The associates answered all my questions and even asked me about things I didn’t think about when looking at properties. For something that I would have thought would take a short time, it seemed like I knew them all their lives. They made me feel at home and welcomed from the time I arrived to the time I left. They never pressured me into making a decision but helped me to make a more informative decision. One young lady stood out, Landry Collins. She was well versed and knowledgeable about the property. If she didn’t have an answer, she would get the answer for me. I’m pretty sure I have found my next home cause that’s how they made me feel. Thank you.

I must say my experience here was nothing short of amazing and that includes the staff members as well! They were very pleasant and helpful.
