    My husband and I have lived here for just over 2 months and we love it! The people and employees are super friendly and there is always something fun to do in Waterside: delicious restaurants with gorgeous outdoor seating, live music on Fridays, fun runs, apartment events, etc. There is a great mix of people: young professionals, families with children, college students and empty nesters. The Trinity River access right behind the buildings is awesome! It is only about a 10 min bike ride or 20-25 min walk to Clearfork, which has a small but mighty farmers market every Saturday with some truly great local businesses and products. If you really like biking, it is only about an hour ride to the food truck park on University and some other restaurants if you are a slow cruiser like me. The apartment amenities are super clean and there are a lot of them. You can always find a quiet spot to read/work or a place to hangout and meet people. However management, a dog park would be awesome ;-)Here is a more thorough review if you are interested:Cost: 8/10This apartment is definitely competitive in the luxury apartment category. I dont feel that they are overpriced compared to similar apartments in Fort Worth. There are definitely cheaper places to live in Fort Worth. However, will they be a newly constructed building in an awesome location right off of the Trinity River within walking distance to groceries and great food? Probably not.Location: 9/10Love it here! Right of Trinity Trails. Easy access to Chisholm. Walking distance to Whole Foods, some great restaurants, hair salon, nail salon and more. There is a fantastic yoga studio right down the road. The shared spaces are gorgeous and the community does a great job of hosting events and live music.Safety: 10/10I have never felt unsafe, even when taking my dogs out late at night or early in the morning. Also, we were recently informed that we now have courtesy officers on site.Inside the Apartment 8/10:Beautiful and built solid. There were a couple of messy spots when I first moved in where I feel that the crew got a little sloppy and rushed, however a little cleaning and a visit from maintenance fixed everything right up. Honestly, I have lived in newly built apartments before and think that this just comes with the territory. The layout in my apartment is very functional and well thought out. I adore the large kitchen island! I have personally never had any problems with noise. I live below someone and have never heard them. They are either super quiet or the floors are pretty solid. My building seems quiet and laid back most of the time. I cant speak for the other building, which has the pool. My only disappointments are my water pressure can be a bit wonky at times in my unit (it really isnt that bad, just a personal pet peeve of mine) and there is not a water/ice dispenser on the fridge.Apartment Employees: 10/10Everyone has been super professional and nice. I have noticed some negative reviews about maintenance barging into apartments and I think that is a silly complaint. Texas Law requires 2 dead bolts on all apartments, one of which is key less. If you are home, no one can barge in if you lock the top lock. All my service requests have been met promptly and the guy was super professional and quick. The cleaning crew is awesome! All of the shared spaces and hallways are immaculate.Parking: 6/10There is not free covered parking for the second building, which is the main reason I give this a lower rating. However, I have never seen the lot completely full. Waterside has tons of parking for guests, even during peak hours. I have had company over several times, and no one has had trouble parking. The parking gate is a little annoying at first, because it does swing in towards the car. However it took me no time to figure out where to stop (There is a line on the ground and a warning sign. You just pull slightly past the warning sign). The gate definitely takes wayyyy less than a minute to open.Overall, I love it here :-)

    The Waterside team is fantastic!!! The location is great, and it is so convenient as it is right next to Whole Foods. My apartment is so spacious and roomy with a gorgeous view! I love it here

    As of now the apartments have hired a new Maintenance Staff which have been outstanding! Prior to this we probably would have given a rating of 2 or 3 stars. We had an outstanding Maintenance Supervisor when we first moved here in 2018, but he left and maintenance became an issue. We originally lived in a one bedroom but in February 2020 we moved into a 2 bedroom. Prior to us living in the 2 bedroom apartment there had been a fire in the kitchen. We had some issues with items that should have been taken care of such as mismatched flooring with matte pieces intertwined with shiny pieces which is unsightly and hard to clean. The shiny part has some stains that even after cleaning are still noticeable. Apartment should have been restored to what it was before fire. Appliances were replaced except for the fridge which has some dents. The kitchen backsplash was smoked stained and looked dirty. Due to COVID finally after 6 months our new Maintenance crew came and repaired the backsplash with new grout and they did an awesome job. Looks beautiful now!! David (Supv) and crew have been one of the best maintenance crews weve had and we lived in another complex prior to Rivervue. We do love living here as this is the best location for shopping, restaurants, near hospitals, and right on the Trinity River with beautiful views!

    As of January 2024, I was one of the longest residents -- if not, the longest resident -- at Eastbank (formerly RiverVue), residing there for nearly seven years. There is a reason why I was there for that long, and I can attest to the exceptional living experience I had each year. Although I recognize that each reviewer is entitled to their own experience (and sadly Google Reviews is only used to express grievances rather than praise when praise is indeed deserved), I can share my own perspective, and I can say that I had one of the best living experiences here. The level of customer service I received from Catherine F-C, Samantha H., and other managers was exceptional. Anytime I had an issue, which was rare and very minor (i.e., changing AC filters, fixing a small plumbing issue), they were promptly and professionally addressed, and the issue was immediately resolved within a day or two. They respected my requests to come in at designated times and were very courteous. To address some of the other reviews below: I have never in 7 years seen any rodents, water leakage (even after the Big Freeze in 2022), mold, or anything that others in the other posts have written. I have never experienced or witnessed any break-ins, drug paraphernalia, or illegal activities at the apartment complex. I can assure you that this apartment complex is safe, and management does an exceptional job ensuring everyones safety and well-being. Gym amenities are state of the art, and the resident perks are generous! The move-out process couldnt have been easier; I never had any issue with move-out hidden fees. Tenants who did receive fees more than likely drove large nails into their walls or did not read their contract. It is not managements fault for a tenants negligence. I applaud Catherine and Samantha for going above and beyond, making me feel valued and heard during the very stressful moving-out process. Eastbank is in a stellar location: minutes from Whole Foods, a stones throw from literally everything (Costco, Sams, BestBuy, etc.). I highly recommend Eastbank at Waterside, and do take a moment to chat with the amazing front staff, Assistant and Property Managers. They represent the best of Greystar, and I would live here in a heartbeat again! Thank you for an amazing near seven-years, Eastbank. I sincerely appreciate your hospitality and making this place what I called home for so long!

    I love the apartments, after a lot of searching I think I found what I was looking for in Eastbank, the area, the proximity to everything, the amenities and general condition of the complex are aspects that I really liked. Despite not being recently built apartments, they have features and details that even new apartments do not have. Finally, grateful to the staff for their good attention and pleasant treatment.

    Been staying here for 3-4 months and first impressions are great!Location is this place’s biggest perk. Building B with the personal garages is the way to go.Everything is super clean, office staff are very nice and accommodating.Only possible issues/things that I don’t love are the Fetch delivery system, and the MyQ Community App you need to use to access every door/amenity (kinda wish I had a fob or something in addition to the app).But all in all it’s an amazing property. In my 7 years of apartment renting it’s so far my favorite!

    I have been a resident since 2019. The location and the mix of people who live here are delightful. As an older retiree, I enjoy having conveniences within walking distance and feel quite safe. Apartment living has been an adjustment with pluses that far outweigh the minuses. The staff is helpful and responsive. I’m staying!

    Moved in last month and truly love this complex. It might be my favorite place Ive lived. You cannot beat the price for what youre getting. The location is prime, love the fact that you can walk to restaurants and Whole Foods. Realized last night that Taco Diner closed down, I was bummed about that! Love being so close to the Trinity, my pup loves being walked there. The staff has been wonderful, Colette was great in helping me get setup. The management team really does take pride in the complex. There will be a day next week when the water will be off for a period of time during the day, and I received an email AND a phone call 4 days prior to the occurrence, which I feel is excellent communication. Earlier this month they even had a full week of Tenant Appreciation and did some really cool things for us! The complex is SUPER safe and secure, and I love the fact that the front doors are located inside with only fob access. I live in Building A which has a garage for parking, and the gates have not been broken since Ive been here. I feel very safe living here.RiverVue participates in package delivery through Fetch - and I was hesitant about this, but actually love it. Just download the app and its super simple.The water pressure can be an issue at times, which they seem to be addressing. And yes, some people do not pick up after their pets, but thats not managements fault. Tenants are not the only ones using the pet area - people from the entire area walk dogs there. Living on the first floor I was worried about the noise, but I have maybe heard my neighbor upstairs two times thus far, and my neighbor next to me has a child and I dont hear anything.My apartment is huge, came with updated appliances and plenty of cabinet space, and I feel like I got a smoking deal. I love living here!

    I just moved in last month but I’ve loved living here so far. The staff were very helpful and kind when leasing and moving in. I’ve had one maintenance issue since moving in and it was resolved the next day. The apartment itself is nice, modern and spacious - great kitchen, balcony, tub, and closet space. The complex also has nice amenities. And of course the location is perfect - I love living by the Trinity trails and in walking distance from shops and Whole Foods. You’re also a quick drive away from TCU, Sundance Square, the downtown area, and more.A few other things. The walls are pretty thin but I find that to be true of most apartment complexes. Also people don’t always pick up after their pets and there have been accidents in the halls but the staff has been good about reminding residents to keep things clean. Lastly and probably my biggest ‘woe’ is the outdated washer and dryer. They are very old and small and it’s been frustrating doing laundry at times. I was honestly quiet surprised considering how nice all the other appliances are in apartment (maybe they’ll update them in the future?).As I said though, we are overall very happy with our choice! I will definitely update as I’ve lived here longer but would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking!

    I love living here, even if its just part time. Everything is very convenient, restaurants, grocery store, workout room, pool, party rooms, hair salons and more! Its such a nice getaway. The residents are quiet and respectful and feel safe where ever I go. Love being so close to the Trinity River trails too.

    My experience here has been very good so far. I love the location, easy access to the CTP, Hulen are, 7th street area, major highways. Love the convenience of walking over to Whole Foods and the restaurant options right here. The trinity trail is right out the door for a nice walk or bike ride. It’s a nice apartment. Alexis Martin has been extremely helpful with our move in process. I’ve had colleagues come over and they really enjoyed the atmosphere… so much so that they are now booking rooms at the Residents Inn across the street when they are in town. As I said, everything is right here. Thank you Alexis!

    I can literally spend an hour talking about how amazing RiverVue is, so I am going to keep it at 500 words. I am shocked to see one-star reviews on here, which makes me think that the tenants were not in communication or did not make an effort to talk with one of the extremely professional, courteous, and efficient managers/leasing specialists. I highly recommend Kim who went above and beyond ensuring that every thing was perfect. RiverVues location is unbeatable: a one minute walk to Whole Foods and a variety of delicious restaurants nearby for which residents receive various kinds of discounts/specials. Also, the mattress store is a three minute walk away, which made purchasing bedding a breeze. The gym is fully equipped (with weights that go up to 65 and not 50!), and the pool is gorgeous. My unit blew me away: everything is meticulously detailed, extremely quiet, pet-friendly, water pressure is just right, and I have had no issues with any of the electronics. And I can go on. Yes, it is a bit pricey for rent, but you get what you pay for: convenience, professionalism, luxury living, and most of all a perfect place to call home. Thanks RiverVue!

    The location is fabulous! The convenience of having the bike trail or running trail right outside your door along the river it great. The restaurants surrounding you are incredible. Living here is like being on a vacation! Community is quiet. The pool is beautiful! I really love the area and I thoroughly enjoy our time here!

    Rivervue apartments are clean, safe, and fun! I am so glad I moved here compared to other areas I was looking at in the DFW area. The outside area has lots of activity, and you seem to be within 10-15 minutes of everything that youd need. My leasing agent, Kim, was and still is more than accommodating with any questions I have. The other lady, Courtney, has also been great at helping answer questions. Really I want to applaud all the staff there. They all do a terrific job. I could not be more happy moving into this area from out of state! HIGHLY recommend this apartment complex.

    No need to look any further... RiverVue is pure perfection! If you’re looking to live just a short drive to the downtown area, this is the spot! The numerous amenities are amazing; my favorite is the gorgeous pool area. The walkability to restaurants and groceries is extremely convenient, too. Last but definitely not least, the office staff is beyond wonderful and very quick to help with any of your needs. Especially Kilee and Anjanette, they were both very knowledgeable regarding the property and quick to answer any questions that I threw at them the few times I contacted the office prior to move-in. 10/10 would recommend this property. I personally love it here!

    This is the best apartment community I have ever lived in! The access to the Trinity River Trails is great for running/walking my dog and living close to Whole Foods/Taco Diner/Blaze Pizza/Resort Nail Spa/Yoghurtland/Tricky Fish saves me on gas and time. I never knew what I was missing by NOT living in a walkable community before living here! The service team has been quick on upkeep and all my neighbors are so friendly.....such a great group of people to be surrounded by!     4.5 out 5...Overall, RiverVue is such a great place to call home. Since Ive moved here my building has experienced its fair share of building maintenance issues. However, the RiverVue team are on top of their game and resolves issues quickly and professionally. The only negative experience Ive had here are when pet owners dont clean up after their pets.

    We’ve been renting for the past two years here and it’s been an absolutely wonderful experience. The office personnel, in particular Anjanette, is very nice and a pleasure to interact with. She’s a great representative of Rivervue family and a true asset to their team. I would definitely recommend this apartment living space to anyone looking for a new home.

    I’ve had a great experience renting here for the past 8 months. I had my AC go out in July (worst time of the year to have that happen) and it was fixed within a few hours. That was awesome. I don’t have any loud neighbors, or any issues with management.My biggest complaint is parking (building 2 specifically). There aren’t enough parking spaces for residents and since we can no longer park on the street, don’t expect a parking spot after 9pm. My minor complaints include the gates not always properly working and how quickly the elevators go out after a storm. I live on the 2nd floor, so it doesn’t really affect me when the elevators are out, but I couldn’t imagine if I were moving or lived on the 4th floor, and the elevators was out for a few days.Overall, great experience. I hope it continues to be this way.

    We moved in the new building on Sept 1st and it’s been great! The staff and property are really nice. It’s a 1st class operation. Construction is finishing up and things are really coming together nicely. We expected some mild inconveniences, but we were given rent incentives/rates to compensate for that. We love living there and having so many nice things walkable close by, yet there aren’t bars open with college partying late most nights like it was when I lived in W 7th. I think you should take the negative reviews with a grain of salt and that you’ll be very pleasantly surprised with the lifestyle you get for the money at RiverVue.

    The property is invigorating. Calming, safe and private. All age groups seem to feed off the energy. Walking to Whole Foods makes shopping easy. My thought process is do you really need that? You have to carry it back!!!Taking my curious nephew to the pool, watching the dogs playing going for Pops is great for him.Meeting a guy/girlfriend, start with a little shopping followed by a patio lunch and a cocktail by the pool.Out of town guest, catch up on the latest on the patio or host in the comfort of your apartment. Have dinner reservations made downstairs and laugh the evening away. Enjoy your nightcap of choice or venture on to a movie.

    You can tell this community has an amazing staff just based on the vibe when you walk in. Customer service is amazing and Sarah is a very warm and friendly manager. You dont normally see too much of a manager but she is very hands on and wants to make sure your experience is the best. Sarah keep up the good work. Your staff is amazing!
