Sal was a pleasure to work with on our apartment locating journey. This was the first time we used an apartment locator, so we were pleased that he helped us find the apartment we are currently in (6 months later). I know usually a bunch of 5 star reviews looks odd, but they are real as him and his team really know what they are doing.

She took the stress and guesswork out of relocating and was just so easy to work with!

I reached out to Anne as I did not know the first thing about how to look for an apartment. Anne went above and beyond to address every issue, and question I and my family had. She provided us with valuable guidance as to how to move through the process of securing an apartment. She also moved really rapidly as we were looking to move into an apartment quickly She is a wonderful person in general and a great Communicator! She took all of the anxiety out of this process for us. Anne even came to the signing event for the apartment and spent time assisting with anything that we needed. She also directed us to other Dwell Inc Employees who could provide us additional assistance, which we greatly appreciated. An Anne’s follow up was wonderful! Usually when it comes to apartment hunting i always have a terrible experience. I had this big move from outside the U.S. to Dallas, Tx coming up in August so I was completely dreading it. When i say that all of my concerns were heard and accommodated by Peyton McCartney and her team at Dwellinc Apartment Locating & Realty, I mean it. We toured probably about 15 different locations because I was extremely picky + since my parents was paying for the place they also had restrictions that they had to work with. Throughout the process I was concerned we would never find a place but god bless Peyton, her perseverance & dedication to us, led to finding the perfect place to stay. I offered to name my first born child’s middle name after her to show my appreciation. She blushed and politely declined saying it’s all about the customer satisfaction at the end of the day. It’s my country’s tradition when someone goes out of their way to help you, they must be honored in some way. We ended up taking a picture with her and I immediately took it to a tattoo shop and got her face on my chest. Whenever I’m at the beach, or at a pool and someone walks by and asks who she is.
