The entire process has been an absolute dream, thanks to my Leasing Consultant, Jessica. She was diligent in finding me the perfect apartment that checked all of my boxes, and even went above and beyond to make sure that the application and approval process was expedient and transparent. The maintenance team is ON IT, with the director of maintenance reaching out to me personally to make sure I had everything in order in my new apartment home and that everything was in good, working order. The property is beautiful and I had the chance to use the gym this morning. It was great to have a nice workout and follow that with some delicious complimentary coffee in the club house. The property is clean and well maintained, my apartment is *beautiful* and the view is incredible. I couldn’t be happier!

I absolutely love this property so much! Ive been living here for over a year and I couldnt be more pleased with how beautiful this property always looks and the amazing amenities we have. The management team, leasing agents, and maintenance crew are all so remarkable. They are very attentive and helpful with any questions I have. Anytime I have a work order it gets done right away. The whole team rocks!!!

Returning resident at this good location, nice property with friendly management. I interacted with Jessica, Monique, Derek and Armando, all of them helpful and enthusiastic. Jessica helped with the lease, the property-door remote app setup, and also went out of her way to help with some printouts I needed. Armando, the maintenance guy, is always friendly and helpful. He greeted me with the folder and keys, as I moved in outside of office hours.

We’ve been a resident for going on two years now and it’s been nothing but amazing! Mo and Jessica in the office were extremely helpful with our move in process and move out! Would definitely recommend living here :)

Been here for a little over a year, and absolutely love it here!! Derek at the leasing office welcomed me right in and made my move-in seamless. Just today, Derek went above and beyond and stepped out the office no questions asked to resolve a light fixture himself! Dwell at Legacy cares very much about their residents, sending newsletters, and building updates weekly. They will definitely have my Renewal.

I love this place!!! The staff are good a what they do. I went in with questions and left with answers. Very attentive, especially the Manager as she happened to be available along with the assistant manager. My first visit was equally informative with the two agents at the desks. I was in intelligence in the military so I expect a lot. THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT! VERY FRIENDLY! The two visits were to find out if everyone was on the same page. They were, to my delight.

I want to send a shout out to the lady at the front desk name Jessica. I stopped by with my boyfriend but I didn’t have an ID with me so I had to wait. She was so nice and professional, The place looks real nice and we hope to go back when our lease is up in May. She answered all our questions and really sold us on the location since we both work at the airport. I hope she’s there when we decide to go back.10/10

I really enjoyed my time with Dwell at Legacy. Cayla was really helpful with the move-in procedure. The aesthetics were just what I was looking for at a great price point. Now, the gates were broken most of my time there, and valet trash was inconsistent, but that really didnt affect my experience too much. I would have stayed had they offered 3 bedrooms as I needed more space. Nonetheless, I really enjoyed Dwell at Legacy.

Staff was always extremely nice and cordial. Living conditions were fantastic. I would have renewed if I didnt have to move areas. Only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is because the elevator was broken for a third of my lease. Not something that the office staff could control obviously, but more so that the owner of the complex dropped the ball on. Wouldnt be such a big deal if I didnt live on the 4th floor or have had to move out of the 4th floor in the dead of summer. All around a pleasant experience though. I really enjoyed using the pool and the amenities provided.Thanks!

Lived here since 2017 and have never had a bad experience. Maintenance has always been helpful and good at getting to us quickly. Never had any safety issues or concerns for myself and my family. Only issue I can say is that there is a lot of dog poop left out on the side walks or right near and it smells. People need to pick up after their dogs!

I lived at Dwell at Legacy for 6 months and thoroughly enjoyed living here. The common areas are well maintained and always clean. My studio unit was a perfect space for me with a nice view. The front office staff are so nice an accommodating especially Cayla, Bre, and Desiree. These ladies are very helpful, courteous, and always smiling and acknowledging me and other people walking in the office with a smile. Their maintenance people are very prompt and efficient, especially Mark. I’ve never had any issues living here. If I could have found better work opportunities here in San Antonio, I would continue living at Dwell at Legacy. This place feels like home to me. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for their next ‘home’ in San Antonio.

Randomly stopped by the property to inquire about THs and/or 2/2s and Alyssa was very welcoming and informative. Despite them not having any units that I would be interested in she still walked me through the amenities and took my contact information down in the event that something opens up. This may or may not come in time for me to sign a lease but her demeanor was so welcoming I wanted to recognize her for making my experience a pleasant one! Thanks Alyssa!

I lived here for the past four years and it’s been nothing but a pleasant experience. The staff is so welcoming, professional and accommodating. The facilities are well-maintained. Work orders are taken care of in a timely manner. Love the amenities, especially the pool and the random food trucks they have on premise. Sure, there’s always room for improvement but overall I’ve really enjoyed my time at Dwell. They really know how to make a person feel like family!

I moved in late last year and over all it’s been a pretty great experience. Ever since I moved in, Brittani the Assistant Manager has been there every time I’ve needed her. She’s been phenomenal and has taken the time to always answer any questions. The new leasing staff has continued to be super helpful. My apartment is super spacious and has an awesome view. If you’re looking for an Apartment in Stone Oak, Dwell is definitely the place to be!

I live here 2 year and excited to renew contract for 1 year more. . Location is perfect.0 minute to get 1604 and 281.Less than 10 minutes to get freeway 35 or 410.NE IDS SCHOOL for parents who have kid. ❤️❤️❤️Nothing to complain here

I was very pleased with the tour. Claire, showed me the amenities both inside and outside as we made our way to the showroom apartment. Claire was friendly, knowledgeable and professional and addressed all of my concerns. Dwell At Legacy is a lovely place and the environment seems Amazing!!

So far so amazing, easy move in. The front desk/employees are always helpful and polite. Great units, no issues. If I ever have any troubles or questions they are always supportive in solving any problem. Pool, gym, a cute dog park. Also, friendly environment.

Just wanted to leave a quick review of what I’ve experienced through the move in process and living situation at the Dwell! My husband and I had been looking for an apartment for a few months, after going to multiple properties we came across the Dwell. As first time renters we were really looking for not only a great apartment but also great apartment office staff. We were able to find both at this complex. From the start we had awesome help and guidance from Desiree. She was very helpful through the tours and the whole “getting approved” process. Don’t let me forget the multiple calls we made just to make sure we were doing everything properly. The approval process was smooth and easy. Brittany was awesome and very helpful as well! She helped us through the move in process. She throughly went through everything with us to make sure we understood everything . Which I greatly appreciate! The only thing we have noticed that we wish would improve would be the people who don’t pick up after their dogs. We’ve got 2 of our own and I promise it’s not that hard to pick up after your dog. This is not maintenances job to pick up after your animal. Maintenance has been very responsive to any issue we have come across, and has taken care of it immediately. I cannot thank all of these individuals enough for their help in the process of us moving/living here. We are both very happy and satisfied with our decision to live here.

After looking around at other apartments in the area it became clear Dwell at Legacy was the best option, absolutely beautiful apartments, and amenities. Even better than the apartments is the stellar service from the leasing office staff. From the moment I applied until I got my keys they moved fast and were very communicative. They are fast to respond the email and calls and have made my move in and first few weeks here better than I could have imagined. If you’re looking for somewhere to call home, Dwell at Legacy is your best bet.

Nice area to live in close to Walmart heb marshalls ulta. Over all the quiet neighborhood. Don’t live close to the pool, young people don’t respect the “pool hours” and the get wasted high and loud. Theres never parking it’s musical chairs waiting to find somewhere to park. No problems in regards to maintenance & management very friendly people.

I am looking to relocate to Stone Oak area and was completely lost with the whole apartment process. I went online and gave Dwell a phone call and A Callie answered the phone and was extremely professional. She even took the time to schedule a tour and show me the property. She is a very professional employee and extremely friendly. If i was staying in Texas this would definitely be my next home! Everyone should definitely give Dwell a call and ask for Callie you will love her

Dwell at Legacy has been a blessing for me. I moved in June of 2018. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. When there is/was an issue with my town home, they took care of it immediately. When I pointed out other issues regarding the grounds or pool they also took action promptly and was on it. I highly recommend this complex to any one. Be sure and talk with the business manager Estelle or Jaselyn. They have been very helpful.

The location is phenomenal by giving you easy access to 281 and 1604, and theres plenty of restaurants near the area as well.
