I was in a tough spot after some unexpected life changes left my credit and rental history in bad shape. With options running out, I stumbled upon an ad on Google. After spending so much on application fees, I was skeptical about what this company could really offer. But then I spoke with Tina at Done Deal Katy, and she quickly put my mind at ease. Thanks to her, my family and I are now living in our own apartment. It wasnt cheap, but it was worth every penny for the second chance we received.

I started working with Tina Johnson in early march. I was a bit skeptical but she was able to truthfully answer my questions and made me feel very comfortable with the situation I had going on . Tina was very patient with me even when I did call her after hours she picked up for me ( I just had so many questions ) lol but on a respectable level she answered them , no hesitation . I was able to get a new apartment through Done Deal with the help from sweet Tina . Me and my family are in a nice reasonable priced home. I thank my Lord Jesus Christ for placing Tina in my path to help me when I was in need of help . I highly recommend !

Tina is a true professional, as a Local Realtor in Katy her services are imperative to our business. Tina personally helped a family member to obtain her housing/leasing in no time. She listened and really helped her at a time when nobody else could and I’m so appreciative of that. When i say i had been looking for OVER A YEAR trying to find a place with absolutely no luck. I was at the point where i was literally willing to take anything. I was about to give birth and desperate. Then i stumbled upon Done Deal where i was assigned to Mrs. Monique Robinson. When i tell you i truly believe God sent her to me! She was with me every step of the way. I was skeptical because of hearing about companies like this thinking it was a scam. But Monique calmed my anxiety. Answered every question. Worked outside of her business hours when i called her scared about something. She consoled me when i thought the process was not gonna go through and she made it happen. She explained the process clearly and throughly and now me and my family are enjoying this extremely spacious three bedroom after having three children stuck in one room at someone else’s house. Done Deal is the real deal!!! I recommend Monique Robinson as your counselor she literally is the best. Thank You!!!!Update: I’ve been in my apartment long enough to start paying fees. This company works with you!! Despite what the bad reviews say I’ve seen it for myself if you keep the lines of communication open they’ll work with you! The fees may be high to some people but if you’ve been without a home and you keep getting denied you can’t put a price on peace!! You got to understand they are a business. So they have to make money. And they’re taking on the risk of picking up the slack when or if you fall short on rent or don’t pay. So i recommend Done Deal if your down or your luck finding a place. Just make sure your financially stable enough to maintain rent and your fees and you’ll be fine!

This company has truly been a blessing to me. I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Treniece Davis, who was by far the most patient and thoughtful person I have met in a longtime. She instantly was humbled to assist me in finding and securing me a place to stay. She was at times..(because I was a basket case most of the times) my shoulder to cry on, my venting board, my counselor and I dare say… she became my friend through this process as well. Compassion for someone else misfortune is hard to find nowadays, and this young lady showed me nothing less. She put effort, time and utilized all of her resources to meet everyone of my accommodations that I was wanting in my apartment… which wasn’t easy at time… but she did it with ease and grace… and I’m forever grateful for her and Done Deal… Thx you Ms. Treniece and Done Deal for all that you have done for me… truly blessed and grateful…
