Living here for over three years has truly been one of the best decisions I’ve made! The apartments are consistently clean, beautiful, and quiet, creating such a peaceful atmosphere. The amenities are top-notch, and the leasing office staff is wonderful—attentive and always quick to respond. A special shoutout to Jose, the maintenance manager, and Erick—they go above and beyond to take care of everything, and you can tell they really care about the residents. It’s rare to find such a dedicated and friendly team. I’ve had a fantastic experience living here!

The assistant manager named Monica Desiqueira just blessed us with the best service we have ever received from six different US landlords in six years. After bringing to her attention an unusual maintenance issue that fell through the cracks she took the time to visit our suite herself to view the problem and then promptly hired an external contractor uniquely qualified to perform the repair. Monica genuinely cares about tenant welfare so it is even more of a pleasure to live in this well managed building.

I’m moving out of Domain West Apartments after five fantastic years, and I can’t speak highly enough of Kayla, she has been incredibly supportive and attentive. Kayla genuinely cares about her residents and always went the extra mile to ensure my experience was seamless.Her knowledge of the property and the local area made my time here even better, and she was always available to address any questions or concerns I had. Kayla made the leasing process smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciate all her help over the years. If you’re looking for a place to call home, I highly recommend reaching out to Kayla at Domain West. She is a true asset to the community!

Domain West is very nicely maintained, has a great workout facility and pool as well as a nice pool ambience.One thing I particularly appreciate is the secured access and the fact that there is at least one and probably more security guards that actually walk the property and do their jobs. Many of the more upscale apartment communities in Houston have the appearance of good security but, in reality, the vehicle entrances and exits are not well monitored and the equipment is not well-maintained, so when it breaks, they just leave the gates open.Domain West is monitored with plenty of cameras that are well placed, the doors and exterior entry points are not easily circumvented.One thing that should be noted that I consider as a downside is that the only internet / cable option is through AT&T. Its $100 for the worst channel lineup / no premium channels and I think that the bandwidth is somewhere around 100 MGb AND its built into the rental amount / non-negotiable.Other than that, the common areas, grounds, pool and parking area is well-maintained. Each courtyard has about 2 to 4 grills that are really nice and sport lawn chairs, cornhole games and parasol slash umbrellas at some of the tables.Poolside has an excellent Central area with big screen TVs and plenty of grills and running water to entertain. Theres a dog walking strip on the side of the building and from my experience they keep it well maintained. The tenants I have come into contact with are friendly but not in your business. Theres plenty of good shopping and good restaurants nearby and the neighborhood is safe.

Kayla has been SOOO helpful with this leasing/move in process. These were the best apartments I viewed in the area and she made the decision easy! She was very kind and gave lots of helpful information and could answer any question I had. I could tell early on this community was very personable as she remembered all of my request just from one tour I took a week before! I am living alone for the first time and could not feel more confident about this decision! Thank you Kayla!

Domain West, in West Houstin is a stunning community in a great location, perfect mix of urban and suburban, walking distance to so many amenities, beautiful neighborhood. The property and amenities are kept in phenomenal condition, everything is always sparkling clean. The office staff is pleasant and attentive, the maintenance is outstanding, very responsive and proactive. I have worked in property management for 10 years and have lived in numerous apartments in multiple states and I will say honestly that this has been one of the best experiences I have ever had, I highly recommend renting here if you are in the market for an apartment home, you will not be disappointed.Lastly, I want to give a shout out to the assistant Manager Blaine Buckley, his customer service and the way he cares for the residents is second to none, he is outstanding. Having been an assistant community manager for many years myself I know the passion and care it takes to be successful, and Blaine is genuine, respectful, kind and always goes above and beyond to be helpful.

OMG here it is, the place to call home. From day one my experience living at the Domain West Apts. Has been AMAZING!!! They have the most friendliest, warm, pleasant, and, just so welcoming staff that I have ever met in all the places I have lived. The Amenities are off the CHART ROCKING!!!!#1. I love the Pool, Fitness Center, The BBQ Grill Family & Friends Area, the Business Center, Game Room, Doggie Park Lounge and Pool Table Area, Conference Room, and Security. So if you are looking for the place to call home, and live your best life at reasonable prices look no further this is it!! In my book only 5 stars will do, and The Domain West Apartments get it. The apartments and facilities are so clean and maintained NO complaints here. I just want to say Thank you, and hats off to the Directors of The Domain Apartments and your Wonderful and Amazing Staff, for making my stay at the Domain West Apartments so memorable, pleasant, unforgettable. I have truly enjoyed living here, my lease is up in March, and if it wasnt for me having to pay out of pocket for nursing school I would definitely be staying.Pros: safe community! Which is a plus for me since I have a child.The office staff is simply amazing! They are friendly, understanding, and always get the job done. Maintence request are always taken care of within 24 hours!The community is always clean. Someone left trash outside by the gate, I called Kelly and informed her and it was cleaned when I came back home!The gym is very nice and they have equipment that most gyms dont have (ex. Jacobs ladder)The apartments are very beautiful and spacious. I have the 2 bedroom/2 bath that has a very BEAUTIFUL island.I would recommend this place to anyone, and Im really going to miss the office staff!

The management and staff are the best! Sheree and Alma are great at what they do! They are caring, friendly, supportive, helpful, and very responsive. The nicest apartment staff I’ve ever experienced!The maintenance crew is wonderful! They are very fast and helpful in getting something fixed if needed. The best thing about Domain West is the staff. Kelly, Kristen, and Blaine are always smiling, treat you with respect, and willing to help. The gym here is the best Ive seen in any apartment complex nearby. My hobby is bodybuilding and this gym has everything I need to get work done, which saves me $30-$40 a month on a membership elsewhere. The apartment complex, gym, and outdoor areas areas are kept painstakingly clean.The home amenities are very nice, efficient, and reliable. Ive never had trouble with the wash, dishwasher, AC unit, etc. The interior is modern and beautiful.Domain west is pet friendly and offers free treats for your fur babies.The only con Ive experienced in 8 months here is minor maintenance issues. One of the garage gates breaks often (so I just use the other one), and there have also been a few issues with water loss. Nothing prolonged or too serious. If you have a problem within your private living space, the onsite maintenance team is very thorough and quick to respond.

We have been living at Domain West since March 2019 and it’s been great. Office staff is super helpful, facilities are great, maintenance staff is responsive, pool view is magnificent & you don’t hear your neighbors (unless they are super noisy) with great construction.Our floor plan is spacious & feels like an apartment home. Domain West has been the only complex I’ve lived in where the business center, conference room, gym & club room are fully accessible 24/7. Nothing is worse than fancy amenities that you can’t access in the evening because the office is closed. Working from home is much easier with these amenities. Honor code is essential so people maintain quiet hours at the pool BBQ grill, club room and observing reserved signs.Love being able to book the conference room for client meetings and have office staff place a reserved sign so others know it’s unavailable. I also like providing in and out key FOB access to visitors and delivery drivers after hours.We have a reserved parking space which makes it easier when we get home and there’s lots of visitor parking on the top levels of the garage. Great feature.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Domain West. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The property is much to be desired. The parking garage is large and there is ample parking for guests - a concern of mine as i have many friends that love to visit me. After reading the reviews below calling this “the projects” I am really concerned that these people may just not know how good they have it. I’ve lived in apartments for years and this is by far the best experience I have had. Kudos to Domain West.

Domain west has been a great living experience. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The property is very clean and security is always making its presence known. The amenities are top notch everything from the pool to the gym. Pet friendly and Easy access to the highway and lot of food and shopping!! Ask for Blaine he always is a pleasure to deal with from the initial tour to a simple maintenance request.

Very nice apartment complex, well-maintained, nice area, and great staff (Our leasing agent is Laura and she is very-very sweet but if you need help, everyone else in office is very attentive to your needs). If maintenance is needed, they are usually pretty prompt with it and they are keeping their outdoor/common areas nice and clean, so it is pleasant to use. The floorplans are great and we love living here so far :)

My daughter and I have lived at the Domain West Apartments since December 2017 and have nothing but wonderful things to say about the property, management and staff. We live literally right next to the pool area, and I have never found it to be too noisy or disruptive. We have found our home to be quite quiet, actually, in spite of being on the first floor and next to the most popular amenity here! The apartments are very pretty, spacious and modern. The gym, clubroom and pool are always nice and clean and do not feel overcrowded. The parking garage has plenty of parking available, and I have never had a problem finding a spot for my large SUV. Security is also good, and we feel safe. But the thing that really sets Domain West apart is the management and staff. Since our first week here, they have known us (and literally all the residents here!) by name, and they always greet you when you come and go. They have always been immediately responsive to any request and truly go out of their way to help. They also arrange several fun events each month, like Pizza Nights, Yoga, Food Truck nights, wine and cheese evenings and breakfasts in the clubroom, to name a few. Kelly, Kristen, Victor and John make this a wonderful place to live! I have read a few of the negative reviews and I just dont think they are accurate or fair. I would recommend visiting Domain West for yourself. We visited several other communities before moving here, and we are so glad we made Domain West our home.

I have lived here at Domain for several years now & I can’t express how understanding Kristen & Blaine have been with my situation. I have never had any issues here with anyone for the office. The hallways are steam cleaned almost weekly I believe and it’s so quiet even when I am near the pool. I feel extremely safe here and wouldn’t want to move anywhere else. They have been good to me since day one, thanks so much Domain West Team!

Moved here almost 4 months ago and so far, I cannot rant and rave enough about this place. The location, the amenities, the staff are all excellent. Malia, in particular, who is one of the front desk employees was wonderful and very professional and is one of the main reasons I leased here. She was very informative and thorough with all the questions I had for her. Overall, I feel safe living here, given that crime exists everywhere in Houston, I never have had any issues here thus far. All of the events that are held here at Domain West keep residents engaged and it is fun to interact with neighbors. I really recommend leasing here if you are looking in the energy corridor area. It is worth it!

Domain West is a very nice place to live. The staff at Domain West is exceptional. Everyone is very friendly and eager to assist in any way possible. If an issue is out of the staff’s control, they will do whatever is within their means to accommodate the tenant. I speak from personal experience. I dealt with an issue for 2 months, but it was not a normal issue. The staff made sure that I was compensated for those 2 months.Then there is Blaine! He is like the best non-delivery but delivery notification guy that ever existed. As soon as a package is delivered; he sends an email to me. I feel super special because I get the email so promptly but I am sure he does it for all residents. Even the property manager interacts with the residents. Kelly is willing to help just like the rest of her staff. It is refreshing because I have lived places where management stays in their office unless they absolutely have to come out. Kristen is the assistant manager and she ROCKS as well. Carinna has a bubbly personality and seems to be always smiling. Lastly, the location is ideal for many reasons. You are right by I-10 and the Beltway. City Centre is a hop, skip, and a jump away and so is Memorial City.

I really like location which is near by the Buffalo Bayou Park. This apartment has very pretty outdoor court yards, indoor gyms, and business center. The lobby is very beautiful and cozy with fresh coffee available 24/7. The interior of apartment looks very modern and functional.That’s the another reason I like this place. This apartment has a little dog park. I don’t have a dog, but I would like to have one when I settle. I think that this place has nice vibes which effect our energy and feelings.

Enjoyed living here. The parking garage was a pro and a con in my opinion. Parking can be hard to find on your floor and several people damage their cars in there. Gym is best you will find. Top of the line amenities. The fire alarms are very annoying. They evacuate the whole building each time. I have been awakened in the middle of the night, had to jump out of the shower etc. No noisy neighbors. The people in the office were nice. I dont recall any maintenance issues. Im not a dog person so it was sometimes nasty and the dogs would use it in the hallways. Cars were being broken into and management did not really try to get the word out.

I stayed at this apartment complex for 2-1/2 months while waiting on my overseas shipment to arrive. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always a smile on their faces. The exercise center was very well outfitted, something available for anyones needs. The pool looked nice but unfortunately the water was too cold to enjoy. Location is great.

Best apartment Ive lived in. Some facilities like the dog park and public grills have been completed and become convenient to the tenants along with the guest house, gym, and pool. Very friendly staff who take delivered packages and organize community activities from time to time. Other pros include hardwood floors everywhere except in the bathroom, a decent gym with cardio machines, weights, and some cool machines, and great location in energy corridor. Some of the cons mentioned by the other reviewers including dysfunctional fire alarm are getting improved. The management staff send out updates from time to time to show theyve been working on pending issues.

Well, I loved it so much I decided to move in. I was referred by a friend of mine, and I wasnt sure at first, but between the beautiful property, and the amazing staff, I have no regrets. I get to call this place my 🏡, for atleast 12months, but itll be longer if I have my way. Any one of the management team or leasing agents will help you however they can, and if they arent available they dont take long at all to get back to you. I have been here a week, and it already feels like home. It is a little pricey, but its worth paying more to get the security and amenities they offer. Tell them Sarah sent you, if you decide to come check it out! I promise you wont regret it.

I know we’ve all heard the saying it’s too good to be true, but that’s not the case here at Domain West. The assistant manager Kristen has the best customer service ever. She takes the time out to get to know you and that’s super personable seeing that there are several tenants that live on the property. Any questions or concerns I may have she reassure me and takes care of any issues I may have. I would definitely recommend living here and refer others. Thank you again Kristen!

Hands down the best apartment on the Westside of town. I called Domain West home for about a year and recently moved out due to career relocation. The management staff is incredible, always extremely helpful, fair, and knowledgeable, which is hard to come by these days. 4 stars because not every complex is perfect and my unit had a few challenges with flooring and the refrigerator. Any complaint or maintenance request was handled promptly and efficiently, which I greatly appreciated! Overall, excellent amenities at an unbeatable price. If you’re looking for a place to call home, look no further - this is the place!

This is a great apartment building. It offers great amenities, location is ideal, and is reasonably priced compared to other apartments in the area. Great customer service from the office staff, the walls are not paper thin, and the maintenance team has a quick response time to requests. It is not perfect, because there are residents that do not take care of the community, and there are few minor things that could improve, but overall it is a great place to live.

My English is not good but I want to leave a review. Office staff and maintenance team are very friendly and helpful. Awesome pool area with fireplaces to relax. Parking is really good and the AMENITIES (gym, yoga studio, game room, business room) are great. The biggest problem for me - Neighbors!* People let there dogs poop in the hallways and parking garage and dont clean up. I cannot understand how someone has the decency to leave poop on the concrete or hallways. Do not get a dog if you are too lazy to pick up after them!!! (I get this is not the fault of the staff/property, but for heavens sake, please remind the residents of common courtesy and enforce some sort of consequence (like a fee) if they dont pick up their mess!)* Every day when Im walking from my apartment to parking garage I find garbage (empty bottle, napkins, etc.) including the fact that they clean often!* Its sometime smell marijuana and the number of people home all day suggests they dont work.* I used to think that valet trash is the great option...but not for some of our tenants. They can leave their smelly garbage in the corridor for a whole day. Can you walk 1 minute to the garbage room and throw your garbage?!* Todays night...4:11 AM...all the windows and the balcony door are closed (I live on the 3rd floor). My husband and I woke up at night because one intelligent man walked with the dog downstairs at this time and screamed to his dog: hey, buddy, lets go home. Are you serious?!My review is not directed to the staff, not even the building. Its more so to the residents. And sadly, I dont know if and how management could possibly fix the people that live here...

My family and I just moved out of the Domain West Apartments(3 bedroom) 2 weeks ago to another Greystar Community. We have had nothing short but a beyond pleasant stay and experience at this community. The location is superb. All the negative reviews I have seen are very little minute miniscule issues that you will face at mostly any apartment building. I am self employed and work from home. With this being said, I have spent countless hours in the business center and around the facility and knew half the residents by a first name basis. I have never heard of anyone being robbed, anyones unit being robbed, or any cars being broken into during an almost two year stay. There is a food truck in front of the building available every Thursday, and usually once a month the office hosts a dinner for the residents with free food and booze, what more can you ask for? On Dairy Ashford road just north of the complex there are countless restaurants, food-chains, and a grocery store walking distance. The staff are always very friendly and all maintenance requests get tended too in a very timely manner. I would recommend these apartments to anyone and everyone!

Best apartment complex on the west side! The front office staff is always available and accommodates any needs, also matainance is usually out the same day to fix any problems. I’ve been here for a little over two years (when they first opened) and I wouldn’t even consider living anywhere else but here! Best apartment gym, great club room, phenomenal pool area, THE BEST FRONT OFFICE, pet friendly! What else could you want? 👍🏾

It is funny to watch someone post 6+ times under random accounts just to try to defame the Domain West community and their staff...someone must have not done something correctly and got charged for it...the great thing is that anyone who lives here (me included) will see these reviews and laugh because they are completely untrue. Kristen and Kelly run the property with true professionalism. I know for a fact they are willing to do anything for the better of the community. Victor and John are two great guys and are essential to every day life at Domain West. The team as a whole give off a great vibe, which makes it easy for residents to be comfortable here. Everyone knows everyone at this community. One could look at it as one big family. I have been living here for about two years and have truly enjoyed my time in my apartment and at this community. It has been a wonderful home to me as well as many others.

I have lived here for a year now and I am also new to Houston. This is a great location without being far from everything Down Town/Mid Town has to offer. Its great because it is the only apartment of its kind on this section of Dairy Ashford and its not far from the interstate. I really appreciate everyone in the office who are helping me find the unit that fits my needs since I will be renewing my lease here. Its truly a family atmosphere here.

Domain West really left a long standing impression with us.. we lived here for 2 years and had a wonderful experience. Kristen made sure that all the concerns we had during initial time was addressed beyond our expectations. The community is well managed by Blaine & Team , we never had to worry about anything at all. The amenities were kept functional & maintained well.. We lived here through the time of Covid lock down , one thing to appreciate is Greystar team’s continual connect , actions and communications to ensure health & safety of residents. All the common areas were perfectly disinfected and preventive measures were enforced without fail.For new/potential residents, the only recommendation I have , is to secure your reserved parking, as we find it very convenient. The area has a number of top rated restaurants, doctors, schools, grocery stores etc. in walkable distance. We still comes back to Hungry’s & Pappy’s during the weekends!

Best apartment I have lived in by far! Staff is very involved (they all live onsite) and actually care about the people who live here and the quality of the property. You feel at home you never feel alone and if you felt you just have to go down to the lobby ., there will always be someone to talk to., people here love pets super dog friendly. Dog park area is very beautiful ., we greet without even knowing you ,feel like family here nobody feels a stranger and the staff is impressive , specially Kristen does an excellent job is a person who has a lot of patience and always has a way to help you And that is impressive because I have lived many locations and no staff like the one that has doMain West!!! They are collaborators and always have the desire to help you and never have a no answer!!! all of us who live here are spoiled by the staff!!!!

I love living here. Maintenance is quick, although not always thorough. The location is great and the office staff is amazing. The only con is the cable/internet provider. While I like that its paid through the complex, I hate the provider. AT&T is terrible and doesnt offer anywhere near the same features as competitors. Unfortunately, if they keep the contract with AT&T I will be moving when my lease is up.

My wife and kids moved from Cinco Ranch in Katy, Tx and we happy to move live in a smaller home. Even though, a three bedroom apartment at Domain does not seem small and enough space for my kids. There are a lot amenities at the Domain. My family traded in a 2-story suburban home with a backyard for the Luxury apartments. Best choice ever. We happy to be part of the Memorial area community.

Ive been here for 2+ years - overall living experience is very good. The occasional issues Ive had are to be expected when living in an apartment (broken gates, barking dogs, etc.). Staff is very accommodating and responsive when there are issues though. Would highly recommend if looking for a place in the area.

Excellent apartment, excellent amenities, beautiful pool, delicious coffee. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the garage. Turning in the garage is almost impossible if you have a truck. The people that designed the garage must have forgotten they were in Texas. Good luck if you have a dually or one with a lift kit--I would suggest trying to park on the 1st floor. I havent had any luck going up or coming down the garage without at least backing out once when trying to come to the lower level. I wish they could have thought the garage a little better....other than that so far nothing really negative.

Staff is friendly and responsive, very good amenities, they put in a lot of effort to get the residents involved with their activities, and the property is overall very clean.
