I love my apartment! I feel bad about all the bad reviews, but I have been treated very well here at Domain I moved into my unit in July of 2024 and it was very clean and well put together. The units are luxury units. The property is always nice and well kept. Yes there are a lot of residents who have dogs and everyone does not stick to the rules and clean up after their dogs, but thats not due to management because there are bag stations all over the apartments for cleaning up after your pets that stay stocked with bags. The amenities are nice. The pool is nice and clean and was open all summer. I did have a issue with ants getting into my apartment from outside but I bombed my own apartment with a ant bomb I brought from Walmart and havent had an issue since. Im happy I moved here!

Management is friendly, inviting, flexible & supportive. Always a willingness to help even after work hours. The property amenities are a nice touch. But service from management & maintenance is a bonus during this climate! Thanks for everything you do to help my stay be worth living here.

I hate that the reviews don’t do this property justice!I have had an amazing experience from the start to finish. I did have a lot of issues with certain parts of the application process and the team was so helpful. They were so apologetic and helpful with the inconveniences I was having and it turns out it wasn’t even their fault nor in their hands.From move in to now almost a year in I’ve had a great experience. There have been certain issues like with mail, or little inconveniences but they’re always very kind and helpful with making sure that both sides are understood.I had issues with my mail and they were so helpful with explaining steps to take.I’ve had issues with neighbors before because they assumed we were stomping but after explaining that my 4 year old has cars and we were waiting on a new carpet and didn’t want to keep him from playing we both agreed that after certain times we’d cut off the playing in the living room and move it else where.. (again issues that can happen anywhere)!

By far has been one of the best property’s I have stayed at. The staff is absolutely amazing! Kristen worked with me, and got me into the apartment I wanted, got all of my paperwork done asap, she is fast at answering all emails and phone calls. The whole staff is super knowledgeable, the maintenance team is also amazing! I have been overall happy with my whole experience here, the property is clean, quiet and I am definitely glad I chose Domain Town Center as my current home. Thank you for all that you guys do!

This place is pretty dope, Go see Marco!!! He helped us through the entire process, we had many dumb questions but he was there the entire process and made sure we were good on our move in day. The community is pretty new from what I can tell and it’s a mixture of quiet and parties but not in a bad way. There’s always something going on, either the pool is vibin, they get a food truck to visit, or have some sort of event going on.

Jasmine is so pretty and professional. I love the way she explains the process of the rules and makes sure you are well taken care of. She smiles and has a great outlook on this property. First I would like to thank Kristen, Jasmin, Danteil and the whole team for helping me, and my family with this process. We all know how stressful moving can be. We have been planning our move to Domain Town Center since September of last year, when we saw the property, we fell in love with it, and had no doubt that we wanted to move here. We just needed our current lease to finish. Now we are getting ready to move, and can’t be more excited. Everyone has been so helpful, and supportive with this process. I’m truly looking forward on moving soon, and enjoying all of the amazing amenities the property has to offer. Again thank you all so much for being so kind, and understanding. I could not ask for a better experience.

Toured property last week. Lino helped show me around to view all they had to offer. The pool looks great can’t wait to try it. Gym has more equipment than any other property I’ve seen. Apartments were quiet and very nice!

This place has been amazing so far! I couldn’t be happier! Management is amazing! They are prompt in returning any emails or messages I have sent and have always taken care of any extra requests I have Right away. The apartment was immaculate upon moving in. There’s plenty of parking. The grounds are beautiful. I have no complaints!

We’ve been here a month & love it! Usually when I move to an apartment I have to clean it top to bottom before I move in, but surprisingly my unit was spotless! Not even an once of dust & it smelled freshly clean/great! I noticed a lot of bad reviews (after I signed my lease) about office staff/bugs/parking issues etc. and I’m here to say I don’t know what those people were talking about! All the office staff I’ve met/talked to have been super nice and accommodating, especially Alex. As far as bugs I literally haven’t seen not one! Except for OUTSIDE & it was a tiny spider lol. No parking issues to report or break ins like the reviews said. The complex itself is so pretty and peaceful I love being in the beer garden. & speaking of peaceful, alot of apartments have thin walls, I haven’t heard a peep from either neighbors or upstairs neighbors! Only thing I can’t comment on is the pool because just my luck the weather has not allowed it since I moved in. I’d recommend the domain to friends (:

We have lived here for a month and we love it here. It’s nice and quiet. The grounds are well kept. I have read some of the reviews and the complaints about a few things so I would like to hit on those things. Such as the roaches.. I know when we signed our lease we were told from the jump that the trash must be set out in the TRASH CAN ONLY which hardly any residents do. I see ALL the time trash in a white bag infront of the doors. So before you complain about the roaches let’s do better and use the trash can like we were asked. It’s not gonna kill the roaches but it will help PREVENT them. We have seen 3 since living here so for us this has been very minimal.It would also help prevent the stains in front of MANY doors since some feel it’s a bad look. We love the pool and lazy river. We really appreciate the resident and guess wrist bands. This helps keep the crowd controlled. It doesn’t get crazy and we can enjoy time at the pool with our guest and or grand babies. We were told children did not need a wrist band. Only the adult guest. Which I feel they have been lenient with because we hardly see other besides ourselves wearing them. The office staff as been great and helpful anytime we had a question or concern. We enjoy all the amenities like the gym which is very nice and always clean. The Wi-Fi lounge has a coffee/cappuccino machine that I enjoy and not to mention if you like tea you can have that as well. All in all we have no complaints. I gave 4 stars because as you have read some things do need improvement.

We stopped by the Domain on a Sunday , as soon as we walked in, Joanna the leasing agent stood up from her desk and greeted us with a smile ,hello and welcome. Shes so friendly, down to earth, professional, and knows her business here. She answered all our questions,and Also responds same day with our emails and messages. So glad we decided to stop and tour here, will definitely recommend to family and friends, these apartments are beautiful and very well maintained .

The apartment is in very good condition, it has very good quality finishes and the kitchen appliances are excellent. The condominium facilities are very good and comfortable. The staff, including maintenance, are very friendly and attentive, especially Johana. Residents with dogs should be more collaborative and aware because they do not pick up excrement and more grooming should be mutual help for the well-being of the condominium.

Domain town is a good condominium, it has very nice areas, the pool and gym are incredible, the staff is receptive, pleasant and attentive. And well, not every condominium is Perfect, it has its defects, it is normal for there to be insects, this was before grass and like several condominiums in the area, the condominium has its pest control. The maintenance staff is good and friendly. The tenants who live here should collaborate more by picking up their pets excrement when walking them, there would be fewer flies and the condominium would be even cleaner. And finally, the apt and the common areas have incredible finishes, they are beautiful inside, it gives tranquility and the atmosphere is very peaceful.
