I have been living here for a month and i can already tell this will be the best apartments Ive ever lived at. The manager, leasing and maintenance are so nice! When I first applied they were so welcoming and made the whole process really easy and fast. I definitely recommend they are very helpful, outgoing and friendly. I love my new apartment!

I had never experienced better help at any apartment complex! Dickinson apartments and the sweet young lady Lesley are a perfect fit for my lifestyle. She is the sweetest manager and Dickinson apartments are just the neatest. Also, seems very peaceful a place I will definitely enjoy the moment I move in. I’am looking forward to that moment(next month).

Me and my girlfriend were looking for a place to live since it was going to be our first time moving out, and we spent days looking for an apartment to live at. Then we came across Dickinson Arms apartments and its one of the best choices we ever made! The manager at the apartment complex Lesley Morales was so helpful throughout the whole process and was super kind. On top of that the community is calm and quiet. I highly recommend this place for any one looking for their first apartment!

The lady at the office Seleni was super helpful! I jst moved in and they surprised me with a welcome home basket, how cute! On my move in day i met the manager and the maintenance, they were oh sooo nice! Its so clean and peaceful here

From the new staff to the neighbors My experience living here has been amazing The new manager is so sweet and professional greets you with a smile as soon as you walk in makes you feel welcome The neighbors are respectful. My son is a 3 year old with autism and all my neighbors always look out for him greeting him and just putting a smile on his face every time they see him which means a lot to me. Awesome place to call home

The new manager is super helpful and sweet! She’s so caring towards all of us and attends to us so quick. These apartments are so quiet and neighbors are super friendly! I am very happy here.

My family and I have been living here for a while now and I have seen improvement with the new manager that was hired.I am very pleased on how she manages any concerns her residents might have. I absolutely love how she communicates with her residents, I would say her personality is great !!

Ive lived in the Dickinson Arms apartments for the past year. The new management that has recently taken over seems to have genuine concern for the happiness of the residents and condition of the property. Movie nights and exterior/interior upgrades are just a few of the things I can cite. I would definitely be comfortable recommending these apartments to my family and friends. Hope they keep up the good work.

Best apartments I have lived in. Unfortunately I had to move to another state but hands down best apartments. Y’all gonna love the manager there, Lesly. She has good customer care and she’s really helpful and sweet !!

Let me just say the office manager is the Bomb ! this will be my first apartment with me & my daughter and she made this process so simple and easy ! Thank u so much ! This women is truly a blessing. Can’t wait to move in next week :)

The management is friendly and helpful, and the maintenance crew, while not fluent in English are profesional, and capable of solving most problems in a timely manner. Grounds are well taken care of. Laundry room freshly redone.
