    Great condos on the seawall for easy access to the beach. Nice pool. Great manager on site. Friendly and helpful. What a way to wake up with coffee overlooking the Gulf.

    We stayed at one of the condos for Lone Star Rally. The room was comfortable, well kept. There were a few situations but it was the person who manages the condo for the owner. Just little but annoying things. Make sure you get the most current gate code!!!! We were given an old one. All in all, it was good.

    The location put us right across the street from the beach and within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and wide well-maintained sidewalks great for walking and skating. The unit was spacious with all the needed amenities.

    Right across from the beach with a lovely view from the deck!! The condo was very nice. Just the right size for two. Colors were beachy and pretty. Pool was open and so was the workout room. plenty of towels and we really appreciated the in house washer and dryer!!! Thats such a blessing!!

    We came for out 5th Anniversary. It was right off the Seawall. Beautiful place and atmosphere.. Didnt want to leave. We stayed in room 722.. Would recommend Beautiful views and elegant Condo. Had all appliances you would need for your stay. The company we booked with reached out to us after day one, I thought that was nice...

    This is the second time staying here.. Perfect. Love everything about it. Beautiful beach view, close to all i want to do. Great , clean , swimming pools, the nicest staff. Cant say enough good about this place. Will be back again. Pic is out the balcony of our room.

    First time in Galveston, we enjoyed 2 nights.Attractive and across from the beach.Pool was very nice, security was comforting.Could use some painting and cleaning of stairwells and outside facade.Walmart is within walking distance.Our accommodations had some ants, otherwise clean, comfortable. The mattress was comfy and we both slept very well.

    We rented out room 634 through vrbo! Everything was clean for our stay. It is three flights of stairs but the view was great and seeing the ocean. The only thing is traffic never seems to stop or slow down so we barely heard the waves. The only time we heard them was during the tropical storm. The only problem we had was one night the air conditioner or a pipe was rattling for 40 minutes in the middle of the night not sure why. Otherwise it was a perfect stay recommend condo 634 through Ivana!

    This is definitely a good place to visit.!! The condo we stayed in (slept 6) but very roomy. Pool was warm and if that wasnt good enough the ocean was just across the street! All we had to bring was our food and beverages. We did the Duck tour highly recommend it. Very informative. Then we did a Dolphin tour that was so much fun. All and all this has been a wonderful 3 day visit

    First time staying in the complex and it was lovely. The parking is around $40 but I believe it covers the length of your stay (we stayed 3 nights and it was a flat rate). Rooms are easily accessed from the parking spots and we had no issues finding a spot on the weekend. The pool is beautifully maintained and has a nice size hot tub. The beach is in walking distance (across the street) and a convenient store is right next door. Would definitely recommend!

    This place is very picturesque and calming. The climate and people are so welcoming. Access to the beach is just a few minutes walk away, and they have 2 serene pool areas. The units are spacious and well-maintained...absolutely beautiful

    The room was very unique and comfortable. Great view of the ocean. Couldnt have asked for a better place to stay. The landlord was very helpful and went out of his way to help us with anything we needed.

    Stayed in 534 and had a wonderful experience. Unit was updated and clean. My family of 7 (kids ranging from 19 yrs to 6months) were all comfortable. We all had our own bed. Owner was very informative and check in was a breeze. Everything was so close. Walmart and the beach access is across the street. The corner store right next door. Walking distance for all. Would definitely book again.

    The condo was very cute and well appointed. The view was amazing and so relaxing! Although, it was too cold to swim, the two pools were beautiful. There was plenty of room for our party of seven and everything we needed in the kitchen to cook basic meals. Our only complaints were the hot water didnt last for more than one shower and the master bed was uncomfortable for us.

    Booked an Airbnb at this community and so glad we did because the location couldn’t be better. We loved our condo on the 3rd floor (with a loft!!) with a direct view of the ocean. The community is quiet and has a great pool and grilling area. I love how you can walk across the street to the beach!

    We had a second floor looking out at the beach. They have a washer and dryer, which is really nice. Two pools, one has a hot tub, the other is a heated pool. All are nice!!

    An affordable and perfect stay for vacation!! Booked our stay through Airbnb and the location is right next to the beach (just across the street). There were 2 pools, friendly service, and very updated appliances inside. Highly recommend!!

    We really liked this condo! We will stay here again! Had a ground floor room but would like to be up one floor at least. Ground floor wasn’t bad for any particular reason, just would like a more open view of the beach.

    Very cute beach themed condo with everything you need to make you feel at home. It is in a private gated community and is very quiet. The balcony has a wonderful view of the gulf. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

    My family and I came for a long weekend and LOVED IT, the owner we rented from takes alot of pride in her condo, as she should it was great. Very close to everything and fun. I only have 2 complaints but they are small, we love the pool and spent most time there, there has been a super high pitch noise the whole time and it drove my family crazy but not a horrible issue. Then we had zero clue we had to pay $20 parking fee... that really is all though. It was fun and relaxing!

    Room 626 was very nicely decorated, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. It faced the beach, which was a big plus. The complex is gated, so our vehicles were not easily accessible by non-paying guest. Would stay again.

    Had a great stay in an air b’n’b here. Close to the beach (literally across from it!) and the amenities are exceptional. Only downfall is that the hot tub was frigidly cold for three days in a row and the pool did not seem to be cleaned often. Regardless, good choice to stay here in Galveston.

    These are very nice condos. Theyre older but kept in good shape. We rented a condo on Airbnb and it is just delightful. Very clean and very well appointed. Its a one bedroom and just right for my husband and I. The one downside for us is that it faces the main road so you get some traffic noise. But, you do get to see the ocean! So it is a fair trade-off I think. And you can cross the road right to the beach.The condos have an absolutely lovely pool and a nice sitting area. We would stay here again.

    We really enjoy such a beautiful clean swimming! We hung out and swam for quite a long time. People were there with their familys. All the children played friendly and even shared pool toys! We will be returning!

    The place was nice it was clean. However we were surprised to learn we would have to do all the housekeeping chores before we left. More so than just take out the trash. We had to turn the comforters to the end of the bed where spent the entire time in the floor.

    We stayed here for a long weekend. Our apartment was very nice, very clean, beds were surprisingly comfortable. Pool area was nice and kids friendly and the best part we were just across from the beach. We will be coming back for sure.

    This complex is very conveniently located near the beach, Walmart, a fun pier and other attractions. The condo s clean, welcoming and matched the pictures and description on the website. I didnt make the reservation but thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Great for families with a fully stocked kitchen, multiple sleeping areas and very close to the beach.

    Good location, right across from beach. Distance was not an issue, but crossing the busy road with two kids was. Good thing there were two pools because the one closest to our rental was not properly maintained and needed to be closed two + days while we were there. The other pool was borderline...needed to be vacuumed. We count on a pool when we rent because there is no peace of mind at the beach with kids, so we beach early and pool after lunch. The Dawn fit the bill in that regard, but I wouldnt count on a resort-type experience at the pool.

    Stayed here twice and each time was an absolute pleasure. Peaceful, tranquil environment and beach views to die for. Always well manicured and maintained. A rock throw away from the beach, amenities galore and close to stores and top restaurants. Would stay again and definitely recommend to others. Absolute Paradise at the Dawn gets two thumbs way up.

    The owners are awesome met and exceeded all of our needs. The condo is beautifully decorated with the kitchen full stocked with everything you may need. Only giving them a 4 instead of a five because their maid did not full check and clean condo.

    I went to visit a friend who is staying here for a week of R&R. This was my first visit. This property is extremely well maintained. The unit was very clean with excellent maintenance. My friend said it was cheaper than other properties. Not everyone can afford $200+ a day, though I do believe we all deserve well earned time off without worrying about every dollar spent.

    Our family had a wonderful time staying here. We found a condo to rent through homeaway. The property is very well maintained with two nice pools, BBQ pits, balconies on the units looking out to the gulf and so much more Beach access is super close which makes it easy to carry all the sand castle making equipment your grandkids might think of! We really enjoyed our stay!

    The Dawn is a super place to vacation or live. All the floor plans are spacious and the finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms are nicely updated granites, real wood and stainless. All the units also have large windows, private outdoor patios or decks and lots of storage space. The community is completely gated and has a very private resort feel, especially when hanging out at either of the resort pools!

    What more could you want! Cross the street (Seawall Dr) and you are on the beach. Beautiful, clean beach, nice pier nearby for fishing. The condo was in a gated community, it felt very secure and the grounds had beautiful landscaping, and very clean, I loved the bright colors! The space was roomy and modern along with laid back beach vibe and modern kitchen.

    Great property! Stayed at property over the weekend thru Air-bnb and Ryan. Pool was wonderful. Very well lit at night and lots of sitting areas. Umbrella and cabana seating. The condo we stayed in was spacious and property is across from the beach.

    A hidden gem in a sea of average. Grounds are very well kept. Rules are enforced. Gates work. Parking is regulated and I would just about guarantee your car will get towed if you dont stop at the front office and get your parking pass. Dont forget this as its quite easy to ignore. NOT ADVISABLEMy condo was immaculate (this may vary since most seem to be individually owned and maintained.)Walking distance to a convenience store and the beach. Perfect for a quick weekend get-away.

    This was our 2019 family vacation and it surpassed our expectation. The Dawn Beach Condos had easy access to a nearby Walmart for anything we forgot to bring along and many local restaurants and beach location in walkable to just a few minutes drive. Highly recommend!

    Some of the best italian food Ive ever eaten. I had the Stromboli (highly recommend it). Portions were huge even the kid chicken strip plate. Jose was our waiter and he was great and very attentive to our needs. It is 2020 year of COVID so social distancing and mask wearing was in full affect. Restaurant was very clean. I cant say enough good things about this place. Make sure you treat yourself with a visit.

    Stayed here with family on a Covid Vacay and they had everything we needed for a safe and distant vacation. Floor ground condo right next to the pool, full kitchen, balcony, beach views, two large pools, paid parking behind a gate for safety, wrist bands for pool just for visitors. We used Air Bnb for our stay and it was perfect. Will be back!

    All the amenities of home! I worked from the Master bedroom and balcony with a view of the gulf all day! Makes me want to think of buying a condo there. 10 minutes from everything. Heads up though, if you are street/gulf view, you will have to put up with street noise. On weekends, the Harleys and hotrods like to be seen and heard until the wee hours.

    This was my 2nd time staying in Galveston. We usually stay in Florida, but the hurricane was sneaking up the eastern seaboard, so we changed our plans- opted for the Gulf. We arrived on a Thursday morning, and apparently everyone else did too! Crazy small parking at rental office. But, the staff was quick and courteous. Arriving at the Dawn beach condos- instantly impressed. The grounds, landscaping, pools, are well kept. Gated parking (make sure your parking permits are in your rental package envelope- they enforce towing) Our 1st floor condo was absolutely gorgeous, spotless, and tastefully updated. The owners keep the condo immaculate! Our patio overlooked one of the pools. Decor was beautiful. Modern Coastal with adorable beach touches and neutral colors. Natuzzi leather in living room, Tommy Bahama in bedroom. Even the covered patio had adorable beach themed (life guard stand) tall chairs and tall table! Granite in bath and kitchen. Upscale and perfect, for my fastidious taste. The owners had everything you could possibly need/ want just like home. I was able to iron my clothes each evening before going out to dinner. They even had beach chairs, and boogie boards. They had a full working kitchen, full size stainless appliances including microwave. Cabinets stocked with every pot, pan, kitchen gadget. Beautiful white China plates, flatware, glasses, and mugs. 2 coffee makers- A Keurig single serve, and a 12 cup carafe. They include a startup set of the cleaning essentials. But,we purchased trash bags, dishwasher tablets, extra paper towels, tissues, and toilet tissue, shampoo & conditioner. (just in case) Oh, and we purchased clothes detergent- they had full size washer and dryer. FULL SIZE.🤗 Not the tiny apartment stackable that only fit 2 pair of jeans. 😊 The beach is right across the seawall, it was wonderful no car needed. We walked to the beach every day. The rental company also included information (extra fee) for in home massages, concierge service, and a few other vacation pamperings. I loved EVERYTHING about this condo, except leaving. 💙😐I will add more pictures soon. **P.S. this was my 1st time using the app VRBO, it is flawless. Everything in the pictures are exactly as described. All up to date. Very easy and secure- just chose, pay, and vacay. [All comments and opinions are my own.     Clean and accommodating! My husband and I stayed at The Dawn during our honeymoon! Using Airbnb, we found a listing for a condo right by the beach. Elliot was a wonderful host and our stay in Galveston was just that much better because of having the comforts of home while on vacation!

    Nice place though, the units are individually owned, the complex is clean and well-maintained. The only downside is that the condo management expects a $25 parking tag per vehicle, which is a bit ridiculous for motorcycles during the rally.

    The Dawn is a lovely condominium property resembling those in Destin, Florida. The grounds are nicely kept, the pools are clean and attractive, and the units are spacious. This is a great place to live full-time or have as a vacation rental.

    Well the people that brought me into the condo were very nice very helpful but by the time I got to the condo we could enjoy the patio because it was a bird there and I wasnt touching it it looks like it was a trying to die besides that when we try to watch the DVD player couldnt get it to work in the TV system and besides who dont have cable when you rent any hotel room and they have a basic cable channels that was pretty bad for the amount of money you spent to rent that condo for 2 days all in all like I said the people over there that are in charge of the resort they did an awesome job but you know

    This place was great fully furnished everything you needed in the kitchen awesome beach view was a little too cold to swim in the unheated pool but the heated pool was okay we had such an awesome time drinking our coffee on the balcony and watching the sun come up well definitely be staying here again when it gets a little warmer
