She was patient and helped me explore all of my options within the budget I gave her. She found me the perfect apartment below my budget. Chassity has been beyond amazing to work with! I was relocating here from Houston and had to make the transition within a matter of three weeks! My best friend told me about Chassity from Dallas Sky Lofts. I was reluctant that she would be able to find something under such short notice. I contacted her that night and she followed up with me the very next day. She located 10 places for me that were not only in my budget, but within15 minutes away from my new job. This would be my very first apartment, so I had all kinds of questions! Chassity was with me every single step of the way. Even visiting complexes for me while I was still in Houston trying to get things ready for the big move. She’s the best decision I could of made! Chassity at Dallas Sky Lofts is THE BEST. My boyfriend and I are moving from Pennsylvania to Dallas and contacted Chassity to help us find an apartment. We texted, emailed, and spoke on the phone several times before meeting; she really listened to us and took extensive note of our wants and needs. We flew to Dallas last week and Chassity spent an entire day with us, acting as both realtor and tour guide. She was 100% prepared and had a list of properties to view based on our specificities. She put so much time and effort into making sure we found a great home and her hard work paid off! Were very excited about our new place and wouldnt have discovered it without Chassity. I received many responses within a few days, but Chassity at Dallas Sky Lofts was absolutely the most professional, friendly, and precisely catered her suggestions to my needs. All contact leading up to meeting, via phone calls and emails, were very positive.Chassity took my fiance and I out to look at apartments in our price range that also met our list of needs like close proximity to public transit, covered parking, high ceilings, 2nd floor or higher, etc. The whole experience was very easy and comfortable. Its extremely convienent for me because its just a tad south of the mall. She is superb at what she does and I definitely recommend her if you need help at finding an apartment!

I have worked with Zenia for 3 years now. I was living in Keller and obtained a job I started Addison. My lease at my apartment was coming up soon and was tired of the 37 mile drive. I contacted the apartment location service and Zenia responded. She took down all of my requirements and then wishes. I wanted valet trash pick up, assigned parking, quiet neighborhood, a bedroom to fit a king sized bed along with night stands, plenty of natural lights, a first or second floor, full size washer and dryer connections, and within 10 miles of where I worked. She found me the perfect apartment that is 5.1 miles from my job and I love it. Zenia is professional, thorough, and customer service focused. I am thinking about moving again when my lease is up due to the fact that I live further away from family. So plan to look on the other side of Addison to live between Addison and Arlington, but still within 10 to 15 miles of work. I would suggest Zenia to anyone looking for a locator for a place you can call home.
