This was the most amazing experience I’ve ever had with an apartment locator. Me and my fiancé recently decided to downsize and didn’t think we could get everything we were use to in a smaller place. We had previously searched and searched. We worked with another locator previously and unfortunately she wasn’t able to find what we wanted. We came across Dallas Dream Apartments on Instagram and connected with Donovan. He was very responsive almost instant. He sent us a list of options and took us downtown Dallas. We were in love with every option he showed us! And like joah we also had a difficult time deciding which one we loved most. He talked over the options with us and helped us realize the best option for us. We are very grateful for his assistance in helping us find an amazing place he’s definitely gained our long term business for sure! Donovan was an amazing locator. I came into Dallas without knowing the area at all. I gave him what I was looking for and he over delivered. He responds very quickly and is easy to get ahold of and really knows the area. I found more than what I was looking for and it was tough to make a decision that’s how precise he was. Thank you! Highly recommend.
