    Pretty good apts overall Im a first time renter on my own , not really much trouble here, and Alyssa is very helpful. The pool and the gym are pretty nice, but the gates are consistently broken only downside

    For the most part I have been okay with living here, I had some issues for quite some time with the front office not being more persistent about disciplining my neighbors upstairs. Whom, I had made many noise complaints about, but eventually the situation was handled and never had to deal with them again. The maintenance workers respond to & complete tickets rather quickly, and the front office people I’ve met over the last year are friendly. I’m curious as to why the front office people have changed so often it seems, it’s been difficult to build good rapport with them due to the constant personnel changes, but all of them have been friendly and professional. Not a bad community, people don’t seem to get too wild or routy at night or at the pool, so that’s also appreciated.

Not only is she professional and knowledgeable, but shes also super cute, which made my visits even more enjoyable! The complex itself is well-maintained, and the amenities are top-notch. Highly recommend!

    We just got stationed here from out of state, Alyssa helped us with everything she answered all of our questions, from picking the perfect floor plan making sure we had a smooth move in she made sure our apartment was ready, I highly recommend leasing with Alyssa!

    As a foreign military officer from Saudi arabia in lackland air base I recommend this apartmentsEverything in this apartments was perfect.     Ive been planning a big move by myself from Omaha, Nebraska to San Antonio and was nervous about a lot of the reviews I was seeing during my apartment search, until I came across Dalian 151. I saw a few negative reviews, but most werent any that you wouldnt expect with apartment living. I decided to give them a call to inquire about amenities, accommodations, and other information on their one bedrooms and Gilbert was super friendly and eager to answer all my questions with detail. He also kept his promise to reach out a month later when Id be in my window to apply and offer support. Everyone in the office is very quick to assist and helped me through my approval process. I move in a few weeks and feel completely prepared thanks to the staff at Dalian 151!

Michelle Ellsworth and her staff really care about making sure the tenant gets the best bang for the buck, from making sure you get a great apartment to making sure the property is clean and safe.     Gilbert was such a sweetheart and helped me so much with my move in process. I had to put in a work order, and maintenance was quick on resolving the issue the next business day. Parking on the other hand. If you live more farther back of the complex, it’s an issue especially arriving home later in the evening. Other than that, it’s been pretty great for my kiddo and I.

    I have been a tenant at Dalian 151 for 2 years now and I have enjoyed my stay overall. Recently, I wanted to move into a larger space (i.e., 3 bed 2 bath), and Michelle Ellsworth was very helpful in accommodating my needs rather quickly. Staff has been helpful in all my time here. Maintenance started average but has become better recently. The dog park used to be filthy for a long time, but it is now well-kept regularly. My upstairs neighbor is always loud, but I am just glad to be moving out to a bigger unit, and hopefully with more peace and quiet.

    Super cute apartments!! Nathan made the process too easy, I saw and rented my apt. In under 20 minutes!! The gym is super clean, everybody on the property was very kind!

    These apartments are amazing. The property is well maintained. The neighborhood is good. Beautiful community amenities. Everyone in the front office is amazing Michelle, Gilbert, and Nathan are always so welcoming. They read make sure tenants are well taken care of. If you are looking for a new place to call home this is it.

    Going on my 2nd month here and everything has been smooth sailing. Enjoying my spacious apartment. I feel like my last apartment was fully furnished and now I feel like I have no furniture due to the apartment being so spacious lol. I haven’t got to enjoy any of theamenities yet but the pool is def calling my name. Also food truck Mondays have been coming in clutch!

    I wanted to wait until I was completely moved out and received any final move out charges to write my review. I lived here for about 2.5 years, I will list pros and consPros-fast service request completions-quiet neighborhood for the most part-very spacious restrooms and bedrooms-you get peace and quiet as the walls seem to be sound proof for the most part-nice pool-food trucks often & lots of dining options within a couple miles-easy move out processCons-car theft very often & no security cameras except for 1 at the entrance-unleashed dogs (against their guidelines)-people from the nearby neighborhoods go to the pool since the gate doesn’t require a code to enter the poolOverall- yes I would recommend.

    Nathan was a lifesaver today. Maintenance was assisting other residents (maintenance here is amazing) and I needed immediate assistance, he came HIMSELF to unlock the door for us as my apt keys were locked in my vehicle and it was 101°F.

    Debbie made things SO easy for the application process! She was VERY thorough and helped me so much! I told her this was my first apartment and she took the initiative to go into detail about a lot so that I understood the ins and outs of things. She gave me a bunch of information to look at and she definitely helped keep my options open without feeling pressured. The apartments were very well kept when I toured and they were absolutely beautiful. I can’t wait to move in thanks to her!

    I have been living here for the past three years, and the experience has been great. Im not happy that Im moving out of this apartment. I love the community experience and how they care so much about the residents. They attend to repair requests promptly and dont overcharge unnecessarily. The pool, clubhouse, gym, and everything ate great here.

    My son asked me to help him move into his apartment, so it was my first time here. He picked me up and the first thing I noticed was the entry process. There wasnt one! Normally when you enter gated apartments you must punch in a code. Not here. He simply used a key fob, pressed a button and the gate opened. That was great 👍. Upon entering the property, its very clean and well kept. Theres a pool and a 24 hour work out room. I was impressed.Adios amigos...

    My experience at Dalian was fantastic! My husband and I went to Dalian a couple times together and each time were greeted timely and in such a kind manner. The first time visiting, we went to several other apartments in the area, and the customer service that David and Debbie provided us made us want to lease with Dalian 151. Being that I, myself is a leasing consultant, I understand how residents and new prospects should be treated. We both feel as though David and Debbie really understands us and we noticed how they go the step above to ensure we are satisfied with each visit. I have even witnessed how their residents are treated, and am extremely thrilled to be apart of the Dalian family!

    It’s been 4 months already, we started enjoying a lot! Apartment itself very spacious and ventilated , we love the large balcony. Pool is amazing!! Lots of restaurants, and top grocery place with in couple of miles. I highly appreciate the front office staffs and maintenance folks.

    I gotta say, these apartments have some good things and some flaws but overall they are outstanding. From what I’ve notice there are some individuals that work in the office that go un notice. Maria is always welcoming and there for the residents with no hesitation. Besides the great employer, I also do love the pool and other areas they have in the main office great for parties! Would recommend.

    The Dalian 151 apartments are not only beautiful, but the staff is amazing!!! I have to give credit to our awesome and caring leasing agent, Debbie!!!! She was so helpful and understanding and did EVERYTHING she could to find us the perfect apartment. If I could give her 100 reviews, I’d give her 1000!!!! She goes above and beyond for her clients and genuinely cares to help! You don’t find many people like her! Check out the apartments and ask for Debbie! She won’t let you down!

    I had the pleasure of touring the property with Debbie, extremely helpful leasing agent with a delightful friendly attitude. Shes very knowledgeable and answered all of my concerns. I chose to reside at this location because of the high level of professionalism I encountered with Debbie during the leasing process.     We didn’t end up renting here unfortunately but Jimena was so helpful with trying to find us the right unit. We really loved the complex and all the amenities it was just slightly out of budget for us. Jimena continued looking for options for a unit that might work for our budget. She really went above and beyond and was so lovely to speak with!

    I went on a tour today with Amanda she showed me a 3 bedroom. She made my decision about the apartments very easy. The property is very clean and kept up with. I look forward to living at the Dalian 151! The staff is amazing and very helpful.

    Maintenance men are rude and ignore you after saying excuse me 5 diff times he just walked off. They hardly ever answer the phones. The gate and pin pad for the gate are always broke. The pools always closed. To be paying as much as we do you’d think it would be better !!!Edit: The pool is now open and they sent an email to everyone exlplaining that theres a chlorine shortage and a pump was replaced/repaired which may explain why it was closed often. When I moved in I was one of the first people to live here and the management changed a few times since then &things stayed the same w never answering phones or returning calls. But the new manager has maintaned contact and seems to want to try to make things better and has been really helpful w recent issues of mine! Thats always a good thing.

    I know I’m about to list a bunch of negative things but What makes it great outweighs the bad.Cons:- It gets mixed up with the apartments next door, Dalian Monterrey Village. When I order food or have guests over, they always go through the wrong entrance. There’s also a HUGE issue of packages getting sent next door instead of here.- They’re understaffed. Every time I’m at the leasing office there’s only two people working and they’re usually always with a customer.- the layout of the 800 square foot apartment makes no sense. The dining room is almost the same size as the living room which makes organazion of your furniture tricky. If you have a large tv and a large couch, good luck finding a spot for them that looks nice.- valet trash days are inconvenient. They don’t come on fridays or Saturdays. If you forget to leave your trash out Thursday, you have to wait until Sunday for it to be picked up. Of course you could just take it out yourself but then what’s the point of paying the extra monthly fee if you don’t get to use it?- small pool. Not really meant for swimming. More so for aesthetic purposes and standing.- Speeding in parking lot. They need speed bumps.PROS:- convenient location. Close the the highway, schools, stores and restaurants- absolutely gorgeous apartments and great amenities- Despite being short staffed, Awesome leasing office and maintenance team. They’re always reliable and helpful- Safe. Never had any issues with criminal activity- Clean, well maintained.- Lots Of parking!- Family friendly- quiet. No issues with out of control parties.- you can sometimes hear the neighbors next door but for the most part, you can’t.

    I would like to give Autumn and Debbie both a 5 star review!! My parents have relocated to San Antonio from Fort Worth and not knowing anyone in a new city can be scary. I would like to say that they were able to lease them an apartment the same day of touring even with the entire construction going on, they made my parents very happy and comfortable! I am proud to say that my parents have officially moved into Dalian 151 and are loving their new apartment and amenities as well as the management staff.     This place is seriously amazing! They make everything so easy for you. And the people in the office are really nice and actually want to help you! It was a great 15 months. Only leaving because my neighbors are party animals and can’t really get much sleep on the weekends.

    We love the 24hr gym gives us the option to go late at night or early in the morning to avoid the amount of people in there. And another amazing thing is how friendly the staff is everytime you go in to the office for any reason.     My husband and I had to relocate to San Antonio from Corpus Christi with fairly short notice due to a family emergency. I found Dalian 151 online and fell in love. The application process was literally SO SIMPLE and we were able to do everything online. Today we found out we were approved for a beautiful two bedroom! Seriously the smoothest process EVER. We are so grateful and super excited to move in right by the huge dog park!
