We are so happy that we found Cue Luxury Apartments when we moved to Texas from California almost a year ago. Kelli and the rest of the staff always treated us like we are family. They are always helpful and nice from day one. The apartment unit and grounds are well maintained. The apartment complex is brand new so there was no issue when we moved in. The people who live here look out for each other which is great. The dog park and carwash/pet wash are great bonus for dog parents like us. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to move in the Cypress/Katy area.

Was looking for apartments for a while now and I recently came upon these just driving by and decided to stop and check them out .Laura was at the front and seemed to be the only there but she assisted and welcomed me nicely and was very helpful being this was my first time getting or looking for an apartment she was great .But I’ve been here since and these apartments are nice very lowkey and quiet. Love the area here and the staff and just how I was greeted the first time stopping by . Would definitely recommend to other people !

I just did a corporate lease at CUE LUXURY APARTMENTS and my experience was great with Karla & Liz. The service provided was really great and professional. Karla was very helpful and prompt with her communications throughout the process. I lived at CUE for 3 years before as well. The property is very well maintained. Came in to tour with Karla and she was very amazing touring the apartment complex and answering all my questions after touring and applying she asked for additional documents, came in on a saturday to drop off documents to the leasing and stated she couldnt help me I had to talk personally to Karla, other from that Karla has been amazing taking care of me since the start and now my move in was very smooth and helped me with my light and internet. I recommend Karla.

I am loving my Apartment the ladies in the office or so professional and helpful I don’t know what I would have done with out Laura she went over and beyond I will forever be grateful how she went out the way the computer and internet was down but she made it work .When Laura was off and I needed help Karla was so professional she stop what she was doing and walk me through everything I needed at that moment .Lizzette very professional went over and beyond and was very patient with me .I am so thankful that these ladies made my move in very easy.

I meant to post a few months after I moved in but I’ve been here for a year now. I even signed the new lease. I don’t have many issues pop up with my unit but when I do maintenance comes fast in my book. Lately, the next day they come and I think I’ve only waited two days. I think that’s pretty great!! Whenever I interact with the staff in the front office they are super nice. Cecilia and Lauren are super kind, professional, and amazing. The community is pretty quiet and I love how they keep up with the property. My only issue would be some pet owners don’t pick up their dog poop and I’ve seen a few on occasion. It’s usually the neighbors with the smaller dogs. I see the neighbors with their bigger pets pick it up and it’s very much appreciated! You moved in b/c the community is well kept, you should try to keep it that way. As hard as the staff works to keep it nice. I think you should try. Parasites spread this way from dog to dog this way if you don’t. Just saying. Other than that I love it here and wish the gym would get a little TLC from time to time. 😅Anyway, really great community! You won’t regret it!

My apartment search was so frustrating but, I didn’t give up. I first came to this complex looking for a 1 bedroom and I was greeted by Alexis. Due to my budget, I couldn’t get afford the available units… Weeks later, something told me to come back because I really liked the unit and the treatment I was given by Alexis. I’m so glad I did because it was a unit in my price range. She was so patient with me and very understanding. I love my unit and it’s pretty quiet… I especially like that I can instantly find a parking spot when coming home late. I noticed every review is expressing about the trash but, if the valet trash is not doing there job and putting in the dumpster. I guess it doesn’t bother me because I experienced far worse from my last apartment unit. Overall, I thank Alexis for her kindness and helping me through a difficult time.

Milton from the maintenance team is the best. My AC went out today and I submitted my maintenance request shortly after it did. He came in a couple hour later and resolved the issue. It works better than before now. He was super quick and very informative. He informed me of the issue that caused it and he even asked if I had anymore problems before leaving.

They have outstanding customer service skills. What I see daily is the patience they have with the residents. If you need help with anything someone will most certainly help you. As a Disabled Veteran, I often need assistance with basic concerns. They have the answers. I hope to continue to live here. Thank you.

It has been three months since I moved into the Cue Apts. So far I really appreciate the cleanliness and the atmosphere of the Complex. I moved into the apatment from a House so I was skeptical of the experience ahead. They pick up trash at your doorstep 5 days a week so that is really helpful. There is always parking by my entrance another plus, and the residents are very cordial.Alexis in the front office is amazing, she is always nice and helpfulI really like the quiet atmosphere and you do not hear sirens chasing by…plus , plus plus .. The floor plan I have is great, they add a little fashion to the apt with the gray cabinets, updated light fixtures and tile flooring versus carpeting. They come with washer / dryer and thus far I have not had any issues that was not repaired timely.I will recommend the CUE Complex to any Professional looking for a quiet place to call home..

These are by far the best apartments I’ve ever lived in. The grounds are kept neat and clean. The apartment is spacious and has all the amenities you’ll ever want! The apartments are quiet and spaced out. I don’t hear absolutely any noise. They have a storage unit that can hold a small apartment. The staff are friendly and attentive. And last but not least they give you a 1,000 dollar gift card for your home improvements.

Ive lived in Cue Luxury for 2 1/2 years, and this is a great place to live, plus every time I have a call service they show up right away, Milton (maintenance supervisor) has always done a great job with the maintenance, he has always helped me with the maintenance of my apartment and always has a good attitude. By the way what a great idea for the pressure washing of the hallways.

I would mention them all by name, but I am sure I would forget at least one. They treat you like family and not just a paying resident. The apartments are new, which is a bonus as well. The property is well maintained. They have a variety of apartment options to choose from that fits every lifestyle. If you want a great place to live, and be treated like family, come in for a tour. The front office gives very pleasant vibes, both Lizzette and Maria were very welcoming and pleasant when we arrived and throughout the tour, these ladies felt like home. I ended up having questions and Lauren has been stellar and expeditious is responding to my inquiries!! The complex matches exactly what you see on the communities website and that is a major plus. So now my fingers are crossed hoping to be approved so me and my little one can call this gorgeous community home!!!

I love this community. The residents and staff have always been friendly and welcoming at all times. These days I have many deliveries because of COVID and residents have helped delivery personal with direction to my place. I think as a whole the residents are friendly and help one another. Everyone says hello and has even stopped to help me if I need it. The grounds are just spectacular, like no other properties I ever lived the staff really goes above and beyond to help you from delivery packages to checking on you that your maintenance has been handled promptly and sufficiently. I love it!

I moved in in October 2020 and it was the quickest move in ever! Considering this was my first time renting an apartment by myself, the staff was so friendly and quick to get me moved in when I needed. The community itself is so quite, and clean. The pool and gym is what sold me and is so up kept and I see all the staff working hard to keep it clean and following COVID 19 protocols. I have no noise complaints expect for the occasional dog bark, or hearing people walk by, but other than that I am completely satisfied with my apartment. The size for a 1 person bedroom is beyond perfect and the shape and style of the apartment is easy to work with when it comes to decorating. Love the stainless steel appliance and the colors. The balcony is perfect to and couldn’t unsee the apartment without it.

I am Long over due for a review we have been living there for about 5 months now and I must say that it is a very nice experience very quiet no problems from the neighbors no loud noise the moving process was very easy it was a little bit challenging for us at first but I must say thank you so much to miss Cecilia for her great efforts of going out of our way to really help us get approved and get settled in you are a great agent and good at what you do thank you and we truly appreciate you as far as for maintenance they come at a timely manner get the job done and its over with Ive had no problems so far our unit was very clean no bugs no roaches I really do like living here

I have been living here for 6 months and we have really felt very happy, at least our building is quiet and it is very easy to live in peace.Because of my job I have the opportunity to visit other complexes in Cypress and Katy and without a doubt I like it much more because of the spaciousness of its hallways and stairs, there are things to improve, of course, there is always something to improve and that is part of the day to day.I want to stay here for a long time, thank you for allowing my family to have a nice home!!!!
