My wife and I visited the Crimson Apartments for the first time in December. We were impressed with so many things. The building is impressive. The shared spaces are well designed and filled with quality furniture and artwork. The entire building, including every hallway, elevator, and meeting room we entered was impeccably maintain and spotless. The apartments are beautiful with hardwood floors and upscale amenities.Although we were thrilled with the complex, we would be remiss if we didn’t mention the leasing agent, James Hernandez, who took the time to work with us when we visited in December and then again this month. James was truly outstanding. We say this after visiting multiple buildings in the Houston area. His competence and service were exceptional. He set himself apart with his engaging personality and attention to detail. He answered all our questions and made us feel like he had a personal interest in our finding our new home.In summary, the Crimson is a luxury apartment complex that stands above the competition in the Houston area. But the best properties set themselves apart with the people who work in them and the service they provide. Our experience at the Crimson and with James has made our choice of a new residence an easy one.

Bea from the leasing office was incredibly kind and helpful during our tour. The verification process with Vero was frustratingly slow, but once we completed it, everything has been great. The concierge team has also been fantastic. The property is clean, safe, and well-maintained, with great communication on events and updates. While minor issues arise occasionally, they’re quickly addressed. Overall, it’s been a great experience so far.

My brother live at crimson’s . It has been a joyous time for him. All of the staff are wonderful. They have been a tremendous help to him with assistance whenever needed. They are all wonderful from the concierge to the manager , helpful and very beautiful. All of the Valet Team are excellent, maintenance team are incredible as well. Great stay and I loved the experience!!!

I have visited numerous high-class luxury hotels around the world, and the experience and customer service at Crimsons exceeded all of my expectations. Although our building was without power for a miserable five days and nights, the staff of the Crimson was incredible. Many of them (including the General Manager) stayed on property, faced endless questions from angry residents, while arranging for anything to keep us all cool - one night, a margarita event in the lobby; another day, a snow cone truck. Communication between Centerpoint and the building was accurately reported to us promptly. A big thank you to the entire staff at the Crimson.

We have been living here since the property opened and have thoroughly enjoyed it. The common areas are top-notch and kept meticulously clean. The apartments are well appointed and the appliances are high quality. But what really stand out are the people. The office staff are professional, courteous and responsive. The concierge team are beyond helpful, warm and always smiling and professional. The valet service is efficient and expedient. The residents are friendly and engaging. All in all this is uncommonly genuine and dignified luxury living at the highest level yet without any pretenses or gimmicks.

Overall, I enjoyed my time here. Its a well maintained property & very nice overall. Should I remain in Houston, I think Ill come back to living here again in the future. Its a pretty peaceful & quiet community, where I would say the average tenant typically falls under the older age group.The staff does a great job & is very nice and the maintenance workers are always very quick and thorough at getting anything requested done.I always felt safe within the complex. Id often see security doing rounds regularly enough, even at odd hours when I would randomly take my dog out or go to the gym.Something everyone living in the inner loop of Houston has to worry about is car burglary or even break-ins. Its not something youll honestly have to worry about here. Same for parking --- no issue, and everyone appears to be respectful enough not to damage anyone elses car.In terms of what could be better: personally, I like it when my apartment has better/more variety of gym equipment. Theres no free weight squat rack & not much equipment (though its not bare). Other than that, more guest parking in some way would be nice. When you have a lot of guest over on a weekend, the valet parking gets taken up real quick, leaving your guests with figuring out their parking scenario (far away or street-level).

I am writing this review on behalf of my friend who resides at the Crimson, as he does not have a Google account. Although I dont live here, I visit almost daily and have extensive experience with the complex. My comments not only reflect my thoughts and experience, but his as well.Crimson is a standout among other apartment complexes in the Inner Loop. The kitchen and bathroom furnishings in the apartment homes are exceptional, the gym facilities are top-notch, and the common areas are simply stunning.What sets Crimson apart is their commitment to maintaining the entire living environment. The hallways and trash closets are consistently kept clean, and the apartments are well-maintained. Remarkably, we never experience any noise disturbances from upstairs or next-door neighbors, creating a serene living atmosphere.The responsiveness of the staff is impressive. They address any issues promptly, ensuring a comfortable living experience. The innovative use of sensor monitoring for early detection of maintenance issues reflects their commitment to proactive management.A notable feature for me is the outstanding parking garage, which is well-lit to a degree that rivals daylight brightness. Crimson also employs security guards to patrol the grounds and garage during the nighttime hours. This level of security is a unique and appreciated aspect compared to other complexes in town.In summary, Crimson goes above and beyond in ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of its residents. Its a place that not only meets but exceeds our expectations. Highly recommended!

Fantastic community, perfect location, amazing service! I would love more get-to-know-you activities with neighbors, but otherwise, I am very happy with my choice to make Crimson my home. The staff are kind and caring, with an ability to make you feel at home from day one. The apartments are beautiful and well built, with great interior structure and everything needed for a comfortable life. One feels safe and comfortable and Crimson, with security and staff looking after you 24/7. Couldn’t have made a better choice!

My partner and I was made aware of this property after an extensive 6months search for what can only be described as a laundry list of requirements for a new apartment. James Hernandez, the Sale Representative met us at the door of the property and proceed to provide one of the most fun and informative property tours she and I had ever received. He was knowledgable, polite, personable and extremely professional. For every question we had about the property, management company, and the surrounding area he had an answer. The property is STUNNING. But James is a HUGE reason that we decided during our tour to submit our application. He was so accommodating and patient. I can only hope that other people get to experience this level of professionalism in their interactions with sales people. If you are looking for a luxury living experience in Houston, The Crimson, should be your 1st stop. Ask for James, and you will not be disappointed. I want to give them both 10 stars.

Update:Many thanks to the excellent staff at Crimson over the course of the Hurricane. The electricity was out due to the massive outage that occured over the whole city. As we know now, CenterPoint (CP) failed in the timely restablishment of electricity to many parts of the city. Crimson was hit as well and unfortunately CP took 6 days to get it back on for Crimson. This was not Crimsons fault. It is normal for large apartment complexes to have generators and Crimson does. The elevator was working as were the emrgency lights. However, it is not usual for apartments to provide generator power for the individual apartments. It would not be feasible. We did not expect that. Other apartment complexes had generators that failed or did not have them at all. it is inappropriate to criticize the Crimson for lack of individual apartment generator power.The staff was amazing. Jennifer stayed in the complex and tirlessly answered questions and complaints the whole time. Bea, James, Luke, Thalla, and Adnan showed up every day and helped. The maintenance staff led by Wilson and Jose were spectacular. They ran electrical cords form the 1 or 2 plugs that worked to the front desk and allowed anyone to come and charge their phones, tablet and computers. Residents chipped in ports that allowed for more to plug in. The staff had nights that they brought in food and snowcones which is over the top. I highly recommend the Crimson. Now CenterPoints performance is something else!Would recommend the Crimson highly. The staff is excellent. Bea has been a great help for all things needing attention. She is indispensible. A shout out to Luke as well and the concierge service is excellent (Hakim rocks) They are indefatigable in managing all the demands that are part of this job. The location is superb with quick acces to the freeway system and proximity to River Oaks District. Thank you

I have lived here for 30 days now, and I am still impressed with the Service and the attention to detail.I must start this review giving my amazing Leasing Consultant Ashley rave reviews. From her level of commitment, and ensuring I found my perfect apartment home. I changed my mind at least 10 times, and through it all, she guided me through my search with Professionalism, and an unwavering level of service. Ashley helped me every step of the way, including through the daunting application process, which is not for the faint at heart.Peyton another amazing Leasing Consultant went above and beyond, to help me look for the Perfect Apartment, and explained the community to perfection. Her insight helped me greatly. She went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied and happy.Then Comes Pedro The Leasing Manager who not only walked with me through several apartment homes to ensure I found my Perfect apartment, but supplied me with information that would make my move easier.This team together should be the reason why anyone should move to Crimson. It is definitely one of the best apartment homes out there. And the service level is top notch. I’ve been asked to cater desserts here a few times and the staff is so nice! Crimson is one of my favorite places to cater for. It’s beautifully decorated and so welcoming. Valet always opens the door for me. Whenever I interact with concierge they are so polite. They are very quick to get me to the correct floor and space I’m supposed to be at and always offer assistance. Everyone that works here is amazing. There’s also a few residents that I’ve come across that are super sweet as well. The catering kitchen is also very nice and set up with lots of counter space as well as any appliances that may be needed.

The Crimson is a place we provide on-site fitness classes and resident events. I must say this property is has it all, from amazing views, valet services, on-site fitness events and an amazing staff that manages the property very well. The residents have been nice and friendly and easy to work with.The leasing office has been great! The property manager, Jennifer has great positive energy, super nice, very helpful and has been great to work with. Randi has also been amazing with helping with events and making our job a lot easier.I highly recommend this community! Great community, great staff and great location!

Hi everyone, I 100% love living here at Crimson. I am a picky person when it comes to service and professionalism. Im not snarky or hard to please. I just really appreciate getting my moneys worth, Im a businessman and am always noticing how I can make things better. I truthfully believe Crimson has got it all figured out.First off Ashley Washington in the leasing office is amazing, extremely responsive, and fun to work with. All questions answered, all emails and phone calls responded to, and super patient when taking me on my apartment tour. If I was in real estate, I would hope all of my leasing office is like her.My unit is a 10/10. Every time I have guests over they are not only impressed by the building itself, but my unit as well. The finishings are the best in Houston in my opinion, but I know everyone is different. All guests love my kitchen and bathrooms. LED mirrors are also a girls best friend for Instagram, so I always get points there from my girlfriend and her friends. Built in speaker system is also great for hosting vibes. You can look online at everything else that comes with the unit, but a few favorites are the wine cooler, large dishwasher, floor to ceiling windows, the stove even has a specific eye for a wok. The balcony is large enough to do yoga with two people. And the tub is very deep which I am a huge fan of. Last, it is very quite, I have no issues with noise. I do however live on the 14th floor.The concierge team is fantastic. Super friendly, helpful, and full of common sense. I know that is strange to say, but I have lived in buildings where it was clear the concierge team was just hiring anybody lmao. I only know two of their names, but they are all amazing people. I have had the most interaction with Hakeem and Randi I believe, both guys are professional and ridiculously polite.Maintenance team are some rock stars as well. The first night I moved in, the smart lock on my door malfunctioned and I was locked out after hours. Ashley was able to get a hold of the maintenance team easily. They informed me the fix would take an hour or so. Normally this would have been annoying to wait around for, however Ashley hooked my girlfriend and I up with 4 free drinks at the sky bar within the building. So we went and mingled with the other residents, as the door was fixed. I own a finance agency so I love to network. Amazingly, I met a transplant surgeon, a petroleum engineer, and a food truck fleet owner (all great clients). Shout out to Ashley for turning an inconvenience into a great night of networking. And Shout out to the maintenance team for being so responsive after hours.The amenities look beautiful online. They are even more impressive in person and clean. It is worth noting that the heated pool is ACTUALLY heated. I have lived in places where the heated pool never gets turned on. Ive checked multiple times both in the morning and at night, and the water has always been a great temperature.Last the valet team are a group of great guys. I joke with them often and can tell they have a lot of comradery amongst themselves. I love this, because I used to be a valet in college, and I know how horrible those long cold nights can be. Ive never felt like I was being rushed or unwanted around them.I genuinely have nothing bad to say about Crimson. Im a happy resident. I have read reviews about crime being a concern in the past. But I havent seen or experienced anything of the sort. Maybe it has already been addressed. Crimson has an officer walking the garage often, on top of sealed off parking. I always feel safe. Even my apartment door locks automatically. So if I have my hands full, I dont have to worry about anyone attempting to run in behind me as I place things down. Im ridiculously protective over my girlfriend and friends and Im comfortable with them getting to my unit on the 14th floor by themselves.If any of my experience begins to dwindle, I will for sure update this. But as of now I have not had any bad experiences here at Crimson.

I am not one to write reviews but these apartments exceeded my expectations!! I went to many properties, and only Crimson gave me the treatment that I knew I had finally found my new home. I do not regret one bit to have chosen Crimson as my new home the property is not only beautiful but the employees are amazing. From the day that I called in the staff made me feel welcome. Today as I am given my keys I enter the apartment and I am welcomed with small gifts that sincerely shows how the whole team is so caring for their residents. We want to share a great experience we had with the concierge Marc and maintenance who went above and beyond to help my husband with a phone emergency late in the evening when all staff had gone home. We are currently in the process of moving/consolidating/downsizing our house from out of state and our home here in Houston into our new Crimson apartment. We had 3 separate moves in 10 days and making room for what seemed to be never ending moving boxes was stressful and we have not been in our best state of mind.In the rush to clean up, my husband scooped up his phone with trash going down the trash shoot. We did not confirm this until we got back to the home we are moving out of. We had visions of loads of trash piling up on the phone or the trash getting compacted so my husband rushed back to Crimson to try to get his phone. Marc managed to locate the maintenance manager and get help getting a key to the trash area. I kept calling to make sure my husband could hear his phone ring until he found it. Not his best moment but we are so grateful for the assistance. Due to all the activity, we could not risk his phone being lost forever and having the time to get a new one set up during a holiday week.All of our experiences with Crimson staff have been outstanding from Caroline showing us the property and getting the details about shelving in our pantry down, Randi giving us a tour of the loading dock area so we could assure our driver he could easily access the building, Finley helping us get additional storage units at the LAST minute as we saw our moving boxes pile up and realize we do not have any space left to unpack and sort and to helpful valets and friendly cleaning staff. Making the decision to change our life so dramatically to go from owning spacious homes to try high rise living in a more manageable and reasonable but absolutely exquisite apartment was tough but all of our experiences tell us we made the right decision. We are still unpacking but have no doubt we made the right decision. We are super excited to be at Crimson.

Where do I start? The Crimson luxury apartment has far exceeded my expectations. Living here has truly made life so much easier. Everyone from valet, concierge, leasing, management even maintenance has been so attentive and helpful. Im very particular and detailed. The apartment units are all built so beautifully. The hallways, elevators, all general areas are always very clean. I have kids and always concerned about them making too much noise, but the floors and walls are so solid you cant hear anything within or around you. Its hard to tell if you even have neighbors next to you or above. Another important thing is that Ive noticed there is security that is always on the premises and even two HPD officers at night. No one can come up to your floor unless you approve with concierge and they will personally call you every time to confirm. They also call you every time you have food deliveries or packages and ask if you would like them to arrange for valet to bring it up to you. I feel like Im living at a 5 star Hotel. It doesnt get any better than this!

I relocated to Houston in August after living in Manhattan for 22 years. Crimson was the first and last property I needed to see to decide this would be my next home. The condominium quality finishes are well executed and thought out. My favorite part of my apartment is the size of the kitchen and the outdoor space. The neighborhood is very convenient and walkable which is great because I have a dog. She also loves the two onsite dog runs and the outside dog spa. The courtyard and amenities are unlike I’ve seen in other buildings. The staff have been very accommodating. I highly recommend living at The Crimson.

I took a tour and saw apartments on the seventh and ninth floor everything was immaculate and pristine, There was so much natural light coming in through the windows that there is no need for Artificial illumination during the day. I LOVE this place! The interiors are absolutely gorgeous and the amenities are unbeatable. The sunset view at the pool is my favorite part! Also very convenient to take my dog in and out to the dog park. Best place to live in Houston!
