Management is very friendly and easy to work with! The community is very quiet and friendly as well. Maintenance is awesome too they get things done in a timely manner. By far the best complex in Wichita Falls that I have rented from! -

I have lived here for 8 years and absolutely love it! The property manager (Elizabeth) and maintenance (Aaron) go above and beyond to make sure I am happy. Quiet neighborhood and neighbors. -

Lived in Crescent Plaza Apartments for over 2 years now. Our unit was well taken care of when we first moved in. The apartment complex is always very quiet and our neighbors are friendly and mature. Kickapoo Airport has never been too noisy and there are not any residents above being that they are single story buildings. We have never had issues with maintenance coming out whenever need be and they have always been very polite and professional. I have found though that rent is a little high for Wichita Falls when compared elsewhere. All things considered, this has been a great place to live. -

Manager is extremely friendly! Love how she handles the business part of things as well as caring for you personally. Nice apartments for sure along with good clean facilities.
