I have lived in Creekside for almost three years. I really like this community and all the staff, especially Penny. She helped me a lot since I moved in. I also want to thank the manager Rachelle Lebrilla, who was still very nice and helped me with the relevant procedures when I was ready to move out. If I return to Plano, I will choose this apartment again.

Only been here a couple of months but love this complex. Penny is awesome!! We have had a couple of maintenance issues which were handle quickly and efficiently. Great green spaces for walking dogs and bonus access to the city of Plano trails right from out back yard.

I wanted to write a quick review about the maintenance team! I have lived at CAL for almost a year, and recently my garage door was making a terrible squeaking noise. I submitted a service request for this, and it was dealt with very timely. It ultimately required an external garage door company to come out to replace the spring (I think they were called Metro). The technician who came out was on time, very thorough, and went above and beyond getting everything taken care of. I appreciate CALs commitment to getting the necessary work done at a superior level!

I typically move from apartment complex annually because for some reason, it always feels like an adventure to live somewhere new. That being said, I have lived here for 3 years and I have loved everything about it!! Penny and her team are outstanding! Maintenance team is always on top of it as well (the few times I have needed them). I love how calm and quiet it is around here too. I am moving out next month, only because I need to be closer to work, but otherwise, I would have stayed here indefinitely. I will definitely miss this place and I thank the management for being caring and providing me with one of my best apartment living experiences!!

He was caring and let me take all the time I needed to view the properties without rushing me. He even showed me a hack of taking whole room pictures with one tap, on my phone. I have lived here on two separate occasions and both were very positive experiences. This complex is very ideal if you have a dog! There is a dog park across the street and the complex backs up to a long creekside trail (hence the name). There are two pools and a pretty decent gym as part of your rent. My specific unit had an attached garage with extra storage space and a fenced backyard. Penny and Rachelle have always been pleasant and able to help me out with any questions or issues I had during my leases. I only had to put in a couple of work orders over my time, and the maintenance team was always able to resolve things within a day. The location is very ideal as well! You have quick access to DNT and 121. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. I think these apartments are very great and more than fairly priced when you consider/factor in everything that you get. I would have continued to live here if I wasnt moving into a house!

December 2024 Update to my earlier review below.I moved from my apartment at Creekside. The move out process was easy and fair, no drama. From my first visit, to my final interaction the staff has always been kind, honest, and clear. Every interaction with all staff and Maintenance shows they really do care about residents having a good experience.Previous Review:II considered many apartments. I chose Creekside for the natural beauty of the trees, open space, and especially the Legacy Trail. I enjoy a great floorplan. Even though it has large windows, I still feel a sense of privacy and uncrowded space.Pricing was very attractive. The gym is great, for an apartment gym. Plenty of parking. It feels more like a townhouse complex than an apartment complex.The staff, Penny, truly listened to and cared about my apartment desires. Application and move-in process was super smooth. Maintenance requests were handled quickly, and with a sincere interest in my satisfaction.Simply stated, this is how things should be in renting an apartment but often are not. Great Job! Creekside Team.

We recently moved back to Texas. We lived in Creekside at Legacy 10 years ago and our experience was very good. It is a pretty safe area, great location, good rated schools, nice amenities, a dedicated leasing and maintenance team. For those reasons , we did not hesitate to return back to Creekside. A special mention to Penny. She has helped us at every step, making this whole process smoother. Her professionalism and promptness is worth noting. She will go above and beyond to help you find a place according to your needs and convenience.About Maintainance: When we moved in ,we had to place a few maintenance requests which were taken care of right away. Mike and his team will try their best to resolve any issues you may have. They are awesome.We look forward to continue having a great experience here as we had in the past and as up to now.

Penny Kowalewski is a great ambassador for Creekside Homes. I lived in the complex for a number of years and always found her to be knowledgeable and friendly. She was always willing to go above and beyond even just recently when I mistakenly put my old address on a package delivery. She retrieved the three packages and held them for me to pick up. Not everyone would be willing to assist me in this way.

Where do I even start? First, Penny, she helped determine the best floor plan for my family and I and made the process simple. Then when we moved in, if I ever had a question Penny was just an email away. Prompt and super easy to talk to. Penny also waves every time I see her and follows through on what she says she will do. (Make sure you ask for her!) Maintenance is also so great. I know if I submit requests it will be taken care of easily and without fail.We love our home and look forward to being here for quite some time!

Ive visited other properties whenever my lease is coming up on renewal for comparison, but havent found anything else that comes close. Its the most peaceful apartment/townhome living youll find in West Plano.

After being here two weeks, I would rate this place as average. The materials used in the apartment are fine. The place seems to operate fine. My first maintenance call was handle within two hours. However, since then, any input I make on maintenance request gets ignored.Update: Today is Easter and the maintenance individual showed up and fixed my trash compactor. I have to say that impressed me. Thanks.Update on 8/1/2023 - After being here several months, this place has grown on me. If you are looking for a solid, quiet place to live, this is your place. Other people in the complex are nice and respective of you. Maintenance has been responsive. My dogs love this place and look forward to their walks everyday. I am in walking distance of a dog park, which is a big plus.

Leasing office was very clean and well put together as far as decor. The apartment complex is very quiet and has great amenities for me and my partner. The customer service was a 10/10 I always enjoy southern hospitality at its finest. The apartment that we were shown had a decent amount of space for me and my family to maneuver around in. And the price of rent for the apartments/townhomes are a respectable price for two working people.

Made scheduled visit to check out Creekside Legacy Apartments this past weekend. Met Penny and what a wonderful woman. She was professional, very pleasant, very thorough and truly an asset to Creekside. Penny took me on a tour of the property, showed me an actual unit similar to my interest, explained the application process in detail, and made me feel welcomed. The apartments are very nice, grounds well kept, nice pool and the club house is fabulous. Penny is a godsend and Iook forward to Creekside Legacy hopefully being my next apartment home.

Due to extended travel relocation, and transfer, I often come and go. I’m currently living in my fourth Creekside apartment. I’ve lived in other communities, but this is my favorite. Importantly, the complex is well managed. The landscape is pleasant, buildings are regularly maintained, and the communal areas are clean. The Leasing Agents (Cassy and Penny) are professional and efficient during the move-in process and remain helpful during the length of residency. The Assistant Manager (Hailey) treats residents as real people, as opposed to account numbers. The Manager (Rachelle) keeps things running smoothly and quickly handles problems that sometimes arise. She also promotes social activities that make the community more enjoyable. Even though I seldom participate it’s appreciated. The maintenance personnel respond to service requests in a timely manner and ensure the work is done correctly. The pest control must be working because I haven’t experienced any insect or rodent problems. The pools are frequently serviced, the gym is well-equipped, and the office/recreation room is immaculate.As one of the very few caveats, the “Fetch Package” delivery service is my least favorite. Possibly, the contract is a cooperate choice rather than local management’s. In my experience, the service completes basic deliveries but shows less effort in special handling, incidental or customer service matters. However, your mileage may vary.Direct access to Windhaven Park, walking trails, restaurants and shopping is convenient. Being close HEB, Kenny’s Burger Joint, Taverna Rosa, Mango Thai, Kenny’s East Coast Pizza, Whole Foods, and Cinemark really stack up. Creekside’s operation with the local surroundings bring about an awesome living experience. All things mentioned, at the end of the day, I’m happy to live here.

When we first moved to TX, Creekside is where we stayed. We did not tour the place in person and instead communicated with Penny online. She was great to work with and would highly recommend this place to other folks. Big pluses were attached garage, new gym, floor plans, and the biking trail right behind our unit. When there was an issue, maintenance staff usually arrived within a couple of hours. If we didn’t end up buying a house, we would’ve stayed at Creekside much longer!

I have been living at Creekside at Legacy for almost 5 years now and have really loved it. The location, the upkeep, the people, etc. are wonderful. Maintenance is fantastic and do a wonderful job. The ladies in the office are friendly, helpful, and have been there for years so they are very knowledgeable of the community. It’s a quiet little corner of Plano that’s still very accessible to get places. I love the walking trail it’s connected to as well! I’ve never been happier in an apartment complex than I have been at Creekside at Legacy.

My wife and I lived here for about two years. Penny helped us build our family at creekside. We loved every moment being so close to the trail was a nice and huge perk. My dog especially loved the easy walks and all the natural wild life. We only moved out due to purchasing our first home. If we ever need to go back to an apartment this is the only place we would move into!

Creekside at Legacy is a beautiful, quiet, safe and well maintained apartment community. The location, amenities, customer service, and maintenance are first class. We had minor issues in our apartment and they were professional, took care of the issue right away. Rent is priced right and a great value for what you get. We love that there is a biking trail steps away from our apartment and it’s situated close to lots of shops, markets and restaurants which is super convenient! The apartment also comes with a connected garage that made it feel like we’re living in an actual home. Our place was newly renovated, well designed, spacious, great floor plan, comes with a fireplace and high ceilings. Leasing process was made easy and seamless by Penny. She was amazing in getting us the perfect apartment while still living out of state. Payments are made on the online portal and forgot to add, they also offer trash pick up service (included in the rental price) which is a total perk! I can’t rave enough about this fabulous apartment complex and I’m so happy with our decision to move here. Can’t think of anything negative to say. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at Creekside. We really enjoy living here!!!

Its only been a few short days since I moved but Im already VERY impressed with my new home. Staff are friendly and prompt to respond. There were a few minor items I needed fixed and they had those items addressed within 2 hours of my notification!!The grounds are kept well and Im thrilled with the location, the trees, etc. on outside. FANTASTIC access to local parks and there is a path to legacy trail going FROM the apartment community. Modern updated fixtures in all rooms, ceiling fans. So far one of the best experiences Ive had with apartment living.

We stayed here for over 2 years. The location is excellent with walking distance to windhaven meadows park and trails and few minutes to expressway and tollways.Ample of open space around for kids and pets. We had some great neighbors there. The housing complex is well kept and well maintained. The maintenance staff is experienced and addresses the problem quickly. A special mention to Pedro.Staff at leasing office are prompt and helpful and I would like to mention Rachelle and Cathy for being supportive to our requests.....would highly recommend and we had a wonderful stay.

I lived here for 3 years and absolutely loved it. The location is prime! It’s a quiet, family-friendly complex where I felt very safe.The complex backs up into Legacy Trail and it’s close to nature and a huge park.I also felt like there was plenty of parking for guests.Maintenance was awesome. Anytime I submitted a request online it was completed within that same day or the next day. The office followed up with me via online survey to see if it was complete to my satisfaction. I learned that if I called the office for a maintenance request, it took weeks to complete. But submitting online directly to the Maintenance portal is the way to go.Kim is an awesome manager. She was always really responsive and kind. There are other office staff that I was not impressed with at all (unfriendly/unhelpful), but that didn’t ruin the experience.

We just moved in a couple of days ago. I am so happy with the unit I got! They replaced the whole floor to new materials!Upon move in, everything was so clean. I used washer and it was leaking and they came in 5 minutes to check after the call I made.Next morning, right away, they changed it to a new washer and its working great!I am so satisfied with this apartment so far!Also, you will be surprised to meet office agents (Penny, Cassy, Mark). They are so kind :)I am so much looking forward to living in this new home.

The apartment itself is very nice. The interior is well-kept, good quality carpet, high ceilings, big windows. The only issue in mine is the shelf scheme in the closet - the shelves are installed in a way there is no place for a dress or long coat/sweater to hang flat. The community is nice and quiet - only had an issue with sound a couple times and it was music played by contractors. The area of town is very nice. Close to The Shops at Legacy where you can find a ton of restaurants and entertainment. Maintenance is quick and goes above and beyond - I have seen them swiftly take care of solicitors who shouldnt have been on the property. The complex is not gated during the day, but management have finally started closing the gate at night. The outside area is well-kept and there is always ample parking. Very nice walking trail adjacent to the complex. However, issues include extra little charges everywhere: trash fee, package fee if you want packages delivered to the property, etc. The office also refused to accept delivery of my prescription medication because then we would have to for everyone, it was really inconvenient having to ship my packages to a different location. I have had rats nesting in my car engine because they live in the grassy areas on the property, but I never had a pest issue in my apartment. On the whole, I have enjoyed being a tenant here and would recommend the complex to a friend.

Creekside at Legacy is in a great location, with tons of shops and restaurants nearby. Very nice and miles long trail - good for walking, running, and biking and with a nice creek. Apartments grounds are kept well. Apartments are very nice laid out, with nice appliances. I do like the pools as well. Great staff!

Creekside at Legacy is a wonderful community to call home. Its in a great location, with excellent amenities and a quiet, well-maintained neighborhood. The apartments are spacious, nicely renovated, and well equipped. The easy access to walking paths and the Windhaven Meadows park and the two swimming pools have been some of our favorite features. The staff are also very friendly and helpful, and any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. We just moved to the area and are so glad to have found such a wonderful community!

It was truly an amazing experience living at Creekside at Legacy! We were in transition between houses, but we felt like we just stayed at another home not a typical apartment. The best part of living at Creekside was super friendly and knowledgeable sttaff. The on-site mechanics and maintenance team jump right on and resolve any issues asap. The admins are always thorough and super responsive; especially Cassy!Kudos to Creekside at Legacy team!!

Cassy at Creekside is super helpful and accommodating. I was able to tour the property over two days, the second with my husband and Cassy was more than willing to give us the overview twice. The grounds are the best well kept that we’ve seen so far and the community is quiet and close to Legacy. We just applied for a vacant apartment and hope that we get accepted.

We stayed here for nearly 2 years, no issues at all. Very friendly team in the office and best part is the maintenance and cleanliness. Amenities are really good and updated. Once there was a maintenance need during Sunday afternoon we called and it’s completed within 2 hours and cleaned the place perfectly. It’s a peaceful apartment, compared to other apartments in Plano area.

Love Creekside at Legacy. The apartments and community are lovely and the staff is exceptional. This is the first community that I’ve lived in that has a quick response time for maintenance requests. Everyone is friendly, helpful and efficient.

I live here and i enjoy everything. Its silent, its near the stonebriar mall & all the adventurous events of Frisco. The management is very fast and productive. The inside of my house is beautiful, spacious and comes with a garage.
