RANDY WAS GREAT!!!! I needed a second chance leasing but still wanted certain amenities...I thought I had to settle for a low rated apartment...One call to Creative Realty Apartment Locators and I had a listing with VERY NICE apartments within 15mins. That same day, I applied for one that had every amenity I desired. I was approved 3 days later. What I thought was impossible turnout to be a phone call away. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CREATIVE REALTY. A big help indeed.

John Caperton was great! A seasoned veteran of the Dallas rental market, he asked all the right questions and sent me a list of several properties that fit my needs perfectly. He had one property particularly in mind for me and I ended up choosing that property. He has zero vulture vibe as is seemingly a prerequisite in this industry. He responds promptly and thoroughly and he’s good for a few laughs along the way.

I had to move to an apartment in a somewhat time sensitive situation. My credit is. It awful ( much better now ) but I was having a very hard time finding the right complex and price. I reached and spoke to John on the phone as well as emails. Within a week I found the right location and complex and moved in.I have him all my criteria and he had a list for me to go look at. It was easy and fast, and I got in. Would have never thought about using a service but glad I did .

I would not use them, that Randal Newhouse gives off snoddy vibes. I thought I would need this place again, so I had reached out to him. He told me he couldnt help my situation (which is odd because I used them before with worse and newer issues 4 years ago). I responded back that I had my dates wrong. He ghosted me. I end up getting a LUXURY BRAND NEW in my name, with my credit and income which has increased 4 times the amount I was making 4 years ago. I despise people who look down on others and people like that have no business working with 2nd chance folk. My two cents.

Mr. Caperton and Creative Realty were the best thing that could have happened to us! With a young child, looking for an apartment and myself having a broken lease, I literally have been searching for months for a place that was safe for our child, affordable and would work with us. One day I was doing some searching on google and came across John Caperton and Creative Realty. I called him, he took all of our information and within a few hours had a list of properties that fit our budget, location, and requirements. We visited the properties this past Saturday, were approved, and are moving in this Saturday! Without the services they were able to provide who knows how long we would have been aimlessly searching. We are incredibly grateful for what he has done for our family, and will use him from here on out, whenever we decide to move again! Thanks Again, Nick and Kari

I have a broken lease on my record and as everyone knows it’s hard finding somewhere that will accept you. John sent me the perfect list with very nice places!! And as y’all know normally places that accept broken leases are raggedy and ran down. I applied to one of the places and got approved 4 days later !! Thank y’all so much, y’all helped me and my son find a new place to call home

I would highly recommend Creative Realty! I got the apartment list on 12/15/20 and approved with my new apt on 12/21/20, paying only $55.00 for app fee and no deposit. You cant get much better than that! Try them out, they will not disappoint!

I started to search for apts by myself and found some places to be out of range, so i decided to use a locator and i went through three locators including Creative Realty and turns out John with Creative provided the best list for my requirements and knew what i was looking for and made the process alot easier...very friendly and down to earth and im glad I used his services because not only did i find an amazing place but made it alot easier for me to narrow down my decision on this place or that place. I highly recommend this company and would use again if i ever decided to move.....*thinks* wonder if they do houses also :)

Ok, UPDATED!! You thought I was going to say something bad? Nope!!First of all, they do NOT have to have a rebate for ANYONE if they do not want to but they do. This company is offering a FREE service WITH a rebate. A REBATE! They do not have to do this but they do!Secondly, they do NOT have a list catered to every individuals needs directly in hand. This isnt Amazon.This company though.....Wow. Cater to needs huh?What I needed in a new apartment:1. Downstairs(Physical Disability, so I have to pay more)2. A lot of space for walking devices.3. Pet friendly(even though Service animal...I found out forcing pet-free apartments to take my SA ended badly. Lied to get us out, bc otherwise its against the law. Anyhow.4. Price.5. Amenities w/d..etc6. Descent area.7. Close to bus and store.8. 24/7 emergency maintenance (not every place has this)9. Administration, Security, Down Payment fees had to be flexible.10. Park close by.11. I NEEDED IT FAST FAST!! A WEEK!!Now...John Caperton had to find this for me and he did!! It took him about 28 hours to find me this....in the mean time he offered a list I could call. I was moved within the week.Finally, BE AWARE that it isnt up to the agents when you get your rebate. You get paid when they get paid.I am so appreciative that I was helped by Creative Realtys John Caperton. I wouldve been homeless!!To complain that a free service didnt pay me is.....WOW, FREAKIN INSANE to me!!Its FREE. That alone is amazing.Yes, Im a real client.
