I love my apartment!! Eli and Laura(management) are awesome 👏🏽 If I have a maintenance issue it’s taken care of in less than 48 hours! Maintenance staff is top notch! 👍🏽 The grounds are very clean, pretty and well maintained. I’m happy to call Country Club home!! 👏🏽😁

Living here has been great I haven’t had any issues. I have even here since 2022 at the very back and I honestly like the area and parking hasn’t been an issue. Thank you for the leasing staff, y’all go talk to Yesenia she’s been so helpful. Another thing I like is that the office staff always answers calls.

I have lived here in almost every floor plan they have and I love it here!!!! Elias and Laura are great!!!! I always feel at home here. I lost my apt in the fire a few years ago and they took such great care of all of us!!! They keep the property clean and pretty. I love that we have built in alarms. Truly a nice place to live

Overall could be a lot worse. No real bug problem, place is quiet. Only issue I ran into was the apartment I ended up getting had serious electrical issues and took a week to get it fixed after the move in date but I was compensated for the rent of that month from management. Also just wish there was assigned parking spaces and covered parking.

I have lived here for 2 years and can honestly say I have enjoyed living here. For the property to be more than 30 years old it is well kept. I also like that I am minutes from my job and favorite stores (Winco). All in all if my rent does not increase to much I will be renewing for another year.

I have lived here for 6 months and so far so good! I love how the property is always maintained I see maintenance in morning picking up trash from common areas. The staff is also very friendly they were very helpful when i first moved in.

I give country club a five Star . They is a great apartment complex and will work around to get you right an. I been staying here for 3 years and nothing really major ever happen over here, here it’s a safe friendly gated place for kids and family friendly. More and more I stay over here these past years they upgrade each apartment as of when attendant leave. I had three different floor plans they all were great , upgraded the right way . Everything is clean and nice . Also the manager of the apartment is the best his name Eli . He will actually come and work with you even if you have a problem are accident happen . He make sure the priority is always clean safe place. Hold time I was pregnant he help me and I just stay here and pay rent. They starting toeing but it’s great because you have extra cars park over here and the people that do stay have park a little too far so yes I’m glad toeing is over here . Keep the apartments even more safer . Come hurry and move over here it’s great for family and kids . People with a working life style . My house and car been safe for three years none never happen unlike some apartments. 🥰😘😍 manager over here is great

I left a bad review but I feel like Eli deserves more. Not going to lie I have had several issues (maintenance wise) since I moved in which I’m going on 2 months. All issues have been addressed and taken care of within 1-2 days. He’s quick to respond to any emergency calls even at 11pm. Only thing I would change is dump the dumpsters more often. There is a lot of residents the trash Piling up looks really bad. Brittney was my leasing agent and she did fantastic!! Thanks again for showing y’all care. Stay safe during this time

As a first time renter came by to Country Club and Yesenia was awesome! She very friendly and talkative. She share Al the information and explained everything I needed to know. I will be back because of her! She did awesome!!

I lived at this complex for about 3 years and developed friendships with the staff. They did upgrades to their fitness room/office that included a sauna and tanning bed (which I dont need but will be nice for those that do) plus they kept the fridge stocked with water. The complex was peaceful and i enjoyed hanging out poolside with my kids. The manager Eli always went above and beyond to help with anything he could even when times got tough for us. I would recommend this complex to anyone who really want a peaceful living experience.

Walking into the office made me very comfortable. The staff was very friendly, started with Ms. Laura, but afterwards Eli and Ms. Yesenia came and started to answer my questions. Walked and saw the gym! Something I have been looking for! I will be back! Thank you for all of y’all’s help! Made me feel like home.

This apartment complex is amazing. The office staff and beautiful assistant manger Laura are very helpful and kind. They go above and beyond for you especially Eli the manger. I have not had any problems and would recommend Country Club Apartments.

Been Living there for 4 plus years and it has been a great place to live. I would highly recommend the La Prada (Country Club) Apartments to anyone needing a nice and well kept place to live. Yes it is an older property but the staff both office and maintenance are just wonderful to work with.they have made many improvement over the past 4 years and I know there will be many more.I give it a 5 and thumbs up!

I have been here since 2016, had some bumps in the beginning. But with the new manager Eli and his assistant,things are getting better. I have never seen the office staff stay to make sure apts are move in ready. When I head out for work at 1am, the manager is still here fixing, cleaning or doing something to improve this place.n. Now if the residents would stop being nasty, and put their garbage in the actual dumpster, and not allow their company or live ins to use all the parking. This place would be wayyyy better.

I just want to give credit where it is deserved. The manager ( Elias Mata) his maintenance team ( Mr. Freddy) and the other team members of the Country Club community. Are great service providers and are hands-on. You call, and within a reasonable time, someone will address your issues. Elias will personally make sure his tenants are valued, acknowledged and safe. Ive been here for almost two years and it just keeps getting better.We now have keyless entry, thermostat control and soon, a fully accessible (anytime) work out facility. Bravo to his team!PJack

I have lived here since October of 2016. Most of the things everyone is complaining about I havent experienced. Country club has been good to me. I live next to the dog park area. No bugs in my apt. No bad smells. The only thing is they often have to shut the water off to work on it but its usually during business hours when people should be at work so that really wasnt a problem neither. Great place so far!

I am currently living here, been here since December so far so calm don’t have any issues, if I do office takes care of it right away, nice office staff everyone is friendly, the manager Elias, wants for everyone to feel comfortable while living here, he doesn’t hesitate when there is a problem!! I Lived around this are for 4 years now, Country Club is the place where I feel comfortable!

I just signed a second lease with thsee apartments. I have had no problems with this apartment complex except for the maintenance staff. After I put in a request of maintenance takes them forever to get to my request. But outher than that it is a really nice place to live.

Lived here for 2 years pay my stuff on time dont deal with the front office to much..my overall experience living here has been pretty good havent seen no roaches..some ants time to time..lived in A5 unit no major issues appliances work consistently parking never a problem..if something needs to be fixed someone usually shows up 24 48 hrs..some cons..maintenence will come n just bust in ur place no notice no heads up..if one apt in ur unit has an issue it usually affects all the other aptments..if someone smokes or cooks u will smell it in your vents..they seem to have to temporarily cut off the water twice a week for 5 hrs.. lot of cats all over the complex for some reason..feel the up keep could be better..trash cans are always overflowing n stank never had issue with any neighbors just the occasional baby mama baby daddy arguments outside..otherwise I have had a great living experience here

I love this apartment complex, my family and I have been living here for 3 years, and let me tell you, since the new manager Elias Mata took over there has not been not one issue, he makes everything run so smoothly, I would recommend this complex if you are looking for a calm and safe place for you and your family!
