I am a patient at MD Anderson and was in search of an alternative to staying at a hotel on an extended visit. I have a friend, who is also a MDA patient, who recommended that I speak to Michelle at Corporate Retreats. They highly recommended both her and the short term and long term options, that she had. So I did.I was needing and option for a future long term stay. She showed me a generous variety of options and price points in the area that I was interested in.Even though Michelle knew I was only window shopping for the future, she was very generous with her time and information about all of my options.A few months later, I contacted Michelle for availability to rent on a target date. She found me a perfect 1-bedroom at The Latitudes. It was fully equipped and furnished with everything that you need , including a washer and dryer, which is a major plus.I must say, that staying in that apartment helped with my recovery and well being during my treatment which lasted almost 4 months!I love the flexibility of after the initial 30 days of the rental period, continuing the lease as long as needed, with only a 10 day notice to them, when you are ready to leave, because treatment times vary.I have already contacted Michelle for another extended stay, based on all that I have mentioned above. I recommend that you do as well.Glenn R

My husband was a patient at MD Anderson and in searching for long term stay for radiation treatments we connected with Chetna at Corporate Retreats. Excellent communication and very service friendly. Latitude Medical Center Apt clean and secure location. Great shuttle service and amenities. Apartment clean and ready for 6 week stay. Would definitely consider again and recommend.

Corporate retreats was perfect for my short terms needs. It allowed the perfect flexibility of a minimum 30 day commitment with 10 day notice. They made it easy to move in and feel settled right away - not only was it fully furnished, but nicely decorated and full kitchen-ware. There was nothing I needed to get unlike some short term arrangements Ive done. Chetna was wonderful to work with and always responsive. The apartment itself was very spacious with a lot of natural light. I also enjoyed the rice village area which was perfeclty located for walking to restaurants, shops and nearby highways. I loved the apartment and would gladly rent again if I was staying in the area for at least 30 days.

We felt so fortunate to find CRI and the “Vantage - Medical Center” apartments. Sally Fontenay was our representative, and we couldn’t have asked for a better communication and follow through. She made the rental process very easy on short notice, then we found everything to be in great shape in a beautiful corner unit on the 20th floor! The building is so well located near the med center and the fantastic Hermann Park. Surprisingly affordable for our stay. Will definitely stay with them again!

Chetna from Corporate Retreats worked with me to find the perfect apartment close to the Med Center and Rice Village as I underwent treatment at MD Anderson. There was no issue too small for Chetna to address with the Rice Village Hanover and every little thing was dealt with promptly and politely.If I ever have to go back for an extended stay again (and fingers crossed that I dont every need to for medical reasons again), Chetna and Corporate Retreats would be my first call.

Corporate Retreats International, and in particular Chetna from their office, have been absolutely terrific to work with. They have a great set of properties, are super well organized, friendly, and responsive. The apartment I rented near Rice University was clean and nicely furnished and in a really nice area. When I had a minor issue with the faucet in the kitchen sink, they fixed it right away. They are quick to respond to emailed questions, and are easy to reach on the phone. I hope to be able to rent from them again on my next stay in Houston.

I ended up finding Corporate Retreats Intl. With the reference of a friend. and I worked with them for the first time. Chetna was our main contact within the company. As her being the front face ot the company,based on our experience, I can %100 confirm that The culture, the approaach, the follow ups, service of the company; the apartment they recommended to us, the compatibility of the apartment with our expectations were all 10/10. I told it to them and I am writing in this review: I am definitely staying with them the next time I am in Houston(If they would ave any availability) . Great service. great follow up. I would recommend you to give them a try for sure.Just talk to them and explain what you are looking for. I bet they will resolve it for you one way or the other.

We had a great experience renting with Corporate Retreats. We had a specific property in mind, and they were able to accommodate that, communicating clearly and promptly about availability.Likewise the booking process was very efficient and welcoming - quick responses to questions and fast turnaround time for dealing with documents. I remember that Michelle got in touch with me about the apartment becoming available for the time we needed it, and within a couple of hours we had already squared everything away.The apartment at One Hermann Place was beautiful and we found it comfortable for a several months stay. When a few items in the apartment needed some attention Corporate Retreats quickly offered to send someone by to address or replace those items any time we let them know about an issue.Most importantly, when I think of the visit what I remember the most is the quality time I got to spend with my parents and sister, and that my dad got the rest and rehabilitation he needed after his surgery. Thanks to Corporate Retreats and to the wonderful staff at One Hermann for making it a pleasant stay!

I needed a place to stay for 6 weeks while getting radiation treatments at MD Anderson. I didnt want a hotel where I had to pack up each Friday to go home to Louisiana for the weekends. I also didnt want to stay in an area that was in view of the hospitals but that was only a few miles away.I didnt want a reminder of the real reason I was in Houston. Michelle at Corporate Retreats found exactly what I was looking for. A beautiful fully furnished apartment that has a beautiful view of the lake was just what I needed. I have used this company to rent a furnished apartment several times and in total about 11 months in different locations. The apartments are always very nice in good safe locations. Every thing works and if somethings goes down they get it back up pronto. We have been getting treatments at MD Anderson and an apartment allows my wife time to recouperate much better than a hotel. They are wonderful.

I cannot say more about this company and the place we stayed in. First off, we needed to host my parents in a city they had never been to, that we dont live in, for a celebration of life. The apartment was exactly as described, clean and modern. The view from the balcony of the medical center is fantastic and even the move in process was fast and simple. The price was spot on for what I would have paid in an Air bnb, but because it was a holiday weekend, even those were hard to come by. My mom, who doesnt do a lot outside of her neighborhood in Arizona felt comfortable and safe. She loved that the zoo was right there. I loved all the great food options nearby. Over all if I could give more stars, I would.

Im giving Corporate Retreats and the Amalfi Apartments 5 stars for these reasons:The CR staff were efficient, courteous, and perfectly kind in all our interactions. The facility maintenance people attended to issues immediately.The apartment was clean and attractive and had everything we needed to be comfortable and self-contained during our 2 month stay. Parking in the building is always available and convenient.The building is across the street from Hermann Park where we were able to walk a few miles every morning in a nice setting. A reliable and inexpensive shuttle runs from the complex to MD Anderson and its an easy 25 minute walk to the medical center.The building has a gym, pools, and a business center that are quite nice. Its also a quiet place to stay, which we appreciated. If we need to return to Houston for an extended stay we will not look elsewhere.

What an excellent experience we have had with Sally (and Michelle) at Corporate Retreats. Like many people needing short term rentals in this area, we needed a place to stay during medical treatment convenient to places like MD Anderson. The unit we rented from Corporate Retreats in Camden Vanderbilt was perfect for our needs. It was ground floor with a beautiful lake view. The community was quiet, gated, and the pool and gym amenities were well maintained. I especially appreciated having a nice place to take shaded walks on the paved walkways around the lakes. Grocery, restaurants, Starbucks and more were so convenient to access via a walking gate at the edge of the community. The unit itself was tastefully furnished with comfortable beds, soft linens and a well equipped kitchen.But, what really stands out for me is the service. From the first contact, they were so kind and accommodating. I had many questions prior to my arrival and they responded quickly each time. Sally even arranged for a covered parking spot at my request. Move in was easy; the apartment was very clean and exactly as described. Sally contacted me the day after move in to make sure we were happy. I reported a minor maintenance item and it was attended to quickly by the professional maintenance staff.I have to point out that we have rented short term housing in this area quite a number of times over the past year. This was, BY FAR, the best all around experience we have had. Having the flexibility of an open move out date with a 10 day notice was a bonus and especially helpful in a medical treatment situation. Many short term rentals require you to declare you departure date upon reservation. Im so glad I now have a go to for my future short term stay needs in Houston.

This is our second stay in Houston to see Dr, Dong Kim while visiting the Houston Medical Center. Deborah and her lovely staff, Doug, Michelle, and Sally, have been amazing both times. They go above and beyond to make your stay easy to book, have everything ready upon arrival. And once you are in the apartment, they answer the phone asap and take care of any issues. This time, they had this beautiful wool rug. Very high end. My husband was allergic and it made his feet itchy and red. They had a synthetic one here the next day. I highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about both the properties and the service from Corporate Retreats in Houston. I had a very short turnaround to find a place to stay while getting treatment at MDAnderson. Deborah picked us up within an hour of our inquiry and showed us several places that were all a perfect match for my needs. By the way, we stayed at Hanover Rice Village which was so easy...dozens of .restaurants and shops within short walking distance. And an easy Uber ride to and from treatment. I would highly recommend them.

From the point we met for the first time to touring the available apartments to the actual leasing and stay processes all the way to vacating the premises, Corporate Retreats has been by my side helping me out and making the process of getting my parents a temporary home away from home a breeze! I could not recommend this service enough. We were very happy with the Hannover Southhampton location in Rice Village.The apartment was in top shape when we arrived, beddings, towels, flatware, silverware all super clean and ready to go. The location was amazing. The building was amazing. The cleaning services that were available for a fee were timely, efficient, and put the apartment back together to its first day shape in less than an hour. Every interaction I had with this company and its employees was beyond helpful and satisfactory. That makes all the difference.Based on the prices of the empty apartments in the building, I thought the pricing was fair, as the furniture in the apartment was very good quality and it was a stark contrast to those depressingly sparsely decorated airbnbs I kept finding. Our apartment looked like a fabulous couple was letting us stay at their place while they went skiing somewhere for the holidays because they never really got to spend any time in their home anyway. It was that put together, and at the same time that clean and low mileage.Our stay was 4 weeks, so it was DEFINITELY worth every penny. Our apartment came with top of the line appliances, 24hr concierge as a part of the building services, convenient parking, free wifi, media / entertainment system.Plenty of towels and sheets, a kitchen full of all the appliances one can need and space for all the food and beverages we needed. Every appliance, every piece of furniture was clean and pristine. We felt so at home, we cleaned the place on the way out. Thats how much attached to it we got. You do the math!
