Have been a resident for 4-5 years now, and many of the tenants have been here much longer. All of the residents are friendly and nice. The property is always clean, well maintained, and continually updated. Linda, the owner, is very involved with the property and always just a text or phone call away, and quick to fix a problem should the rare problem arise.Complex is fairly quiet, with people of all walks of life and professions living here. The pool is always a quiet spot to relax and unwind.The landscaping is well taken care of and kept up. It’s gated, secure, and I never worry about the safety of my apt or cars.Past and present career has taken me to every apartment complex in Paris, and I can honestly say you won’t find better place to rent.It’s easy to see why so many people move here and stay.

I stayed in these apartments at two different periods for a total of almost 3years. Quiet and clean. Great management, especially Linda. Very courteous and always reachable to resolve issues promptly.

After living there for several years, I can say the owners top priority is upkeep of the apartments and lawn areas. Any maintenance that comes up is always fixed quickly. The residents are friendly and quiet.

My boyfriend has lived here for 8 months, and myself and our 5 year old daughter moved in about two months ago. Overall it is a nice place. Private, gated community, everyone mostly keeps to themselves. They have a pool, which my daughter loved, but there doesnt seem to be very many kids here whatsoever, so keep that in mind if you consider renting. At least not elementary school aged, I had to create a bus stop for my daughter with the bus barn. The landlord seems nice, and maintenance is always quick and understanding. The assistant manager is amazing. We moved here from four states away, completely on our own, and shes just been awesome and very helpful. Helped us figure out school districts, daycares, etc. Its not a bad place to live, but if you have very small children maybe not because like I said it is a very quiet community, but otherwise it is nice. Very well kept, and feels safe.

When I first moved to Paris I rented a townhouse here (May of 2018). Was a fantastic experience, and is a great place to live in Paris. The staff is friendly, property is well maintained, and the units are excellent. If something was wrong, all you had to do alert them and it was handled immediately and correctly.Very quiet complex, great for anyone who works weird hours (night shift, plant work, early days, etc).10/10 would recommend to anyone who asked.
