This community is very well-maintained. It has a warm community feeling that other properties do not have. The leasing agent, Caden, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He answered every question I had during our tour and after. He gave me information about their specials and promotions. He also drove us to multiple units so I could get a feel for the entire community layout and see available unit locations. He gave personal experience information as well as the need to knows. I cannot wait to move in!

My fiancée and I love our new townhome at Collection. The community is very safe for nightly strolls and the staff is very accommodating to our needs. Our leasing agent Caden has been excellent, and has contributed to the overall welcoming feeling the community has provided thus far.

We just moved here a few weeks ago and I can’t even begin to tell you how much we love it here! Everyone and everything is amazing. It’s so quiet and peaceful here. Neighbors are friendly! I’m so pleased we chose to move here.

This is such a beautiful community. The location is convenient and easy access to the interstate. I love the idea of getting a home feeling without having to spend so much on the upkeep and going through the hassle of finding a good place, and these days, a good mortgage. The floor plans are nicely thought out and the amenities are amazing. The team is really nice and go out of your way to make you feel special. I will definitely be considering moving in.

WOW! I don’t typically write reviews, but my experience touring these homes was above and beyond.We ended up not needing a rental between homes, but if we ever do, we know exactly where to go.We initially fell in love with the overall community feel and homes with private driveways, but also with Tracie and her team. Every employee there made us feel so welcomed. They were courteous, professional, and helpful taking the time to ensure we found the best floor plan for our needs.Knowing you can lease a BRAND NEW home that nobody’s lived in before? You can’t beat that!!Beautiful amenities, pool, clubhouse, etc. 5 stars all around!!

Now that I am almost fully settled in I love everything! My backyard , the gym, and the beautiful pool. I am so happy that I took the leap to move here and get a 2 bedroom house. It doesnt feel small at all! I went from the country to the city life.

I fell in love with the A2 style townhome and the adorable bay window that it has in the upstairs bedroom! Perfect nook for relaxing and reading books or writing in my journal. We love the clubhouse to hang out and play shuffleboard and sitting by the firepit and pool.

Love the gated community, great floor plan and all of the amenities. Clean fitness center and all new equipment. Can’t wait for some good weather to jump in the pool.
