    I moved in at the end of January 2025 and this community has been nothing short of amazing and exceeded all my expectations. From the first time I toured back in June 2024 through the entire application/move in process, Klia and the leasing staff have been incredible. She has never hesitated to answer any question and has been friendly and informative. For the first time in a long time, with the move and a new house, this finally feels like home.

    My husband and I just moved in this past weekend and I cannot say enough good things about this community. The office staff, Kaylee, Klia, and Ashley, are so friendly and responsive. The entire staff and community are the biggest unexpected blessing we could have asked for going through a move where we were unable to be there in person to see before we moved in, and everyone worked with us and communicated flawlessly. This is truly the best place to live!

    We live here and man what a blessing. The amenities are incredible. The house is a little smaller than what wed like but from the community to the amenities to the people, all that makes up for it. I already feel sad for the day that we have to move for buying a house.The admin ladies are stars. Carli is an absolute people person with a heart of gold, always treating our boy and being super kind. Klia is very professional and enthusiastic, patiently listening to peoples stories and even complaints and always responds kindly and gently. Ashley is ever present with a smile and greeting ready to make you feel welcomed. We dont see Maria much but when we do she is always kind and helpful working hard in the back office.There is something very special about this place, its staff and people. Im super grateful to have been given the opportunity to live here with my family.

    I just moved into Collection at Gruene and it is so wonderful. From the first time I toured with Karlee, throughout the application process with Karlee and Klia, to move-in day it has been an amazing experience. I was tired of living the apartment life and wanted something bigger, with a home vibe, quiet, but still near some life. I get all of that with Collection at Gruene. I am a 5 min bike ride and quick walk to Gruene. The community is so quiet and the neighborhoods are very friendly. I had several things that needed to get fixed when I moved in. It was too late on the Friday I moved in but Monday morning Mike was in my townhome getting every work order completed. He was so friendly and took his time to make sure everything was completed properly. The gym is stunning and has some amazing equipment in it. You can get a great workout. I had prayed a lot to make sure this was the right move for me and God definitely delivered when He guided me to Collection at Gruene. I am very thankful.

    First off I want to start by saying this community is super clean , and it feels like a neighborhood and not a townhouse community or your regular apartment complex community. The staff are so sweet , timely, and genuinely put in the effort to help the application and leasing process go super smoothly. Me and My spouse were looking for a good housing community that was big enough for us and preferably near my job, which we instantly checked off of our list the second we toured the home. It gives you the feel of a house without being a traditional home. Its well taken care of, properly managed, gated in, clean , new and very cozy. Plus its very first time renter friendly! They go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and well taken care of! Definitely will recommend to many others when they begin searching for a home / apartment! Big thank you to Ms. Klia and Ms. Karlee for all their hard work!

    First and foremost the office staff Karlee and Klia are fantastic! Being open on a Sunday when I came to tour near closing, they made me feel like I had all the time in the world to tour and ask questions, but of course wanted to be respectful of their time. From the moment I pulled into the area I knew I wanted this to be my home. The tour was exceptional as Karlee showed me all the options available for floor layouts! The grounds are always pristine and I can not get over how quiet it is here. It is so peaceful at night sitting on your porch or back private fenced yard enjoying time with loved ones! We are overjoyed to be apart of such a wonderful, safe, quiet, and beautiful neighborhood. The community members are kind, thoughtful, and always fun to talk to!

    I moved in December 1, 2023. The office staff are very friendly, always have a smile to offer, and are super timely with request, paperwork, and anything that needs resident attention. The maintenance crew are extremely quick, friendly, and provide quality service. The grounds are very well kept, and the amenities are gorgeous. I am renting a townhome, and it honestly feels like a small home. All the features are extremely updated and modern. All shopping is super close, and I love living right by Gruene, there is always something going on. I have already met several of my neighbors and it feels like we have a warm community here.

    We moved into The Collection at Gruene on May 10, 2024. The construction of our beautiful home took two months. Before moving here, we lived at another apartment complex. When we first saw the building of Collection at Gruene, we were intrigued. Its like living in a little town in a town home community. Everything from the street names to the garages to the pool, gym and game room. Opening the gate from my phone or telling Siri to do it for me is great. These are just a few of the perks. So whats the real perk? Its the staff. Especially Maria, the manager, whos so sweet, empathetic, caring and genuine. This community is her baby, and she takes pride in it. As for the maintenance crew, I know them very well as 2 of them worked at my previous complex, and they helped us get where we are today. This is the place if you want a little neighborhood feel. The place is amazing. I love it. No plans to go anywhere. :)

    Wonderful experience at Collection at Gruene! We stumbled on this development last year and my client moved in Mid-December. Everything from day 1 has exceeded our expectations. Friendly office staff (Klia & Maria) are very knowledgeable about the property and the timelines for other sections of the development. Actionable maintenance staff that has been very responsive to my clients needed updates/fixes. The amenities are beautiful and they provide a personal touch - every unit has their own address! Spacious floor plans and some with attached garages & driveways. It’s a great community and in a wonderful location. Best choice I have found if youre looking for an upgrade from the basic apartment style living.

    Living at the collection in Gruene has been amazing! From the first time you tour / walk in, immediately it’s a no brainer. The staff and team is awesome and they’re always looking to make your day and life easier and better in anyway they can. The units are all close knit, but individual to your own space, and all the amenities available to you make every week so wonderful.

    I’ve lived in a lot of apartment complexes and this one by far has already been the best! They are very attentive and the ladies in the front office are extremely nice and have great customer service. When I moved in I was a little upset about my yard situation and the lack of grass, by the next day they had landscapers out here laying grass and trimming my bush in my backyard and now I couldn’t be more happy with it. Not to mention my unit when I moved in was absolutely spotless and didn’t even look like someone had lived here before me. I would recommend this place to everyone!!
