My experience working with Corey Murphy was indeed a one stop shop!! literally !! I randomly walked into this office and Was ready to sign my lease in less than one hour!! I love how he kept in constant communication with me and with the leasing office to ensure that my move in was stressless. He definitely treated my situation with great importance. My only regret is that I didn’t find Corey sooner to assist with my search lol thanks again for all of your help and I would definitely give a 10 out of 10 definitely recommend!

Bobbi Wusong at Citywide helpped me find the best apt! It was close to work, in my price budget, and had all the amenities I asked for. She truly went above and beyond with the service she provided me!!!! She answered my calls and text messages day and night never left me hanging. She communicated with the apartment management for me so I was not distracted from my job she even went through great opticals helping me get all the paperwork I needed. I worked with Christy to find my new apartment. She was very professional and had a large list of apartment options to look through when I arrived. She crafted the list based on my preferences and we narrowed the list down to three beautiful options that had everything I was looking for. This is my first time ever working with an apartment locator. During this recent apartment shopping experience- I’ve had the pleasure of working with Mr. Nathan Thomas. From the first time speaking with Nathan he asked me probing questions to determine what I was looking for in an apartment, what side of town I preferred and what my monthly budget was. During the entire conversation- he listened to me, answered my questions, showed passion and excitement to help me. He immediately knew of some great locations that he believed would meet my needs. Mr. Nathan stayed within communication with me. I also would like to point out- he truly does his research on the properties- he sells the complex with excitement- he gives all details- apartment name, location, amenities, floor location level, square foot, specific name of floor plan, unit numbers available- monthly rent fee as well as amount of deposit / fees due when submitting application! Mr. Nathan was a huge help and took away so much stress of me having to shop around on my own. Every single location he presented to me- met my needs. Mr. Nathan is very professional, great communication, goes above and beyond, shows dedication and passion. I did not know such thing existed, I drove by them, walked in, and met directly with Savanah who made me feel as if she was getting an apartment for herself, my criteria is tough to meet; yet, she made other recommendations, made a few calls, and then Mrs. Susan came and helped me with the letter from my employer and other information that she provided me. After picking what I liked, Savanah went to the complex with me and she did all the talking as if she was my own attorney. Such an amazing service, a loving home to find you the right home with your own terms and criteria. Spending 1 hour in their office provided me with a beautiful home for 13 months. My wife and I worked with Citywide agent Mark Hernandez in order to find a new apartment. We were looking to upsize, but also needed to stay within a pretty specific budget and had a fairly long list of desired features in a future home. We are very nice people, but we were being quite particular in this search!In the weeks and months leading up to our actual viewing of units, Mark was incredibly thorough and attentive in helping us to set a time line and pinpoint strategies for effective advanced scouting; Mark himself did some really helpful pre-scouting for us. When it came time to actually look at units, Mark had identified a number of strong perspective units that fit most if not all of our specifications.While touring units with us, Mark seamlessly acted as an advocate for us, pointing out things to look out for and asking questions of property managers that never would have occurred to us. Mark was charming and polite, but very clear and firm with the property managers. With Mark shepherding us through the process, it felt like there would be zero chance that we would make a bad decision.We ended up looking at multiple options, but it turned out to be a very brief hunt- after one weekend of exploring options, we went back and signed a lease at the very first place Mark showed us. We have been settled in to our lovely new apartment for over a month now and as excited as we were to live here, we are even happier than we thought we would be- it is a PERFECT fit.Marks knowledge of the local market, attention to detail, and considerate service made this apartment search an absolute breeze- it was actually fun! We needed helping finding a house that accepted more than 2 dogs and a pitbull puppy. Nancy was awesome at helping us with everything we needed! & even after we signed the lease agreement, she picked up the keys for us, and also got the landlord in touch with us straight away when the water heater wasnt working correctly for us! Her customer service is great and she always making sure everything is getting handle even after her job is done! I recommend her 100%. My roommate and I went in Saturday to see what Ms. Claire could do. She took are bought and call two places one was not available but the second one was. She took us over there right away and we was able to move in the same day. She check on us to make sure that the leasing office was taking care of us. I would say that If you have some idea of what it would cost to live in Austin with a clear mind frame of what you could get for the price your asking for. She would be able to help you out with no problem and very quickly.

Recently my girlfriend and I were looking for a new apartment in the north Austin area. We found close to 20 different complexes and tried to contact them all, but only managed to get in touch with 3 or 4, and while the rent rates on their websites were within our budget, they turned out to be old and outdated. We decided to give Citywide Realty a call. Brooke, one of the agents there, contacted the other places that wouldnt respond to our voice mails or emails, and came up with a list of properties in the area we were interested in. We met her a few days later and toured the 2 places we were most interested in. We signed the lease, and moved in a few weeks later. The service was free and all we had to do was write Citywide Realty and Brooke on our lease, as to who helped us find the property. We also received a move-in gift which included grocery bag with a few kitchen items inside.Overall, they did a great job finding us a new apartment. They saved me a few hours of sitting on the phone, and all of that was free. Honestly, what else could you ask for.
