Had the best experience with Ms. Wendy. I believe she is the manager handling everything in this beautiful building. From start to finish, she was very helpful, professional, and kind. She was doing multiple tasks at once and still handled my situation with a smile. Thank you to staff members like Ms. Wendy.

City View Lofts is an incredible place! The community is vibrant, and the amenities are fantastic. A special shoutout to Wendy, the community manager, whose dedication and friendly attitude make a huge difference. She truly goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. Im so close to giving City View 5 stars – the only problem here for me, and its a big one working often from home – is the internet provider (DSL from the 90s).Ive lived here for 2+ years and while I dont make much use of the amenities, the location is great with the best views of downtown, the building is historic and unique, and though things do break on occasion – its an old building – theyre promptly fixed. If you go to Astros or Dynamos games, its the perfect spot. And with EaDo continuing to grow, theres plenty of walkable shops, restaurants and bars.Hopefully well have internet from this era soon – theres a chance of Comcast or Verizon 5G – and I can update to 5 stars.

I love living at City View! Its an awesome location, the community is tight knit and neighbors frequently look out for you. The building is historic and the property still has the warehouse/industrial feel which is gorgeous. I love the layout of my apartment (especially the bathroom and the size of my bedroom) and get lots of natural sunlight during the day. The walls are also not paper thin like most places so I rarely hear my neighbors which is a HUGE plus!Wendy, the property manager, is amazing at what she does and takes very great care of her residents! Shes extremely personable and has been the best property manager I have had since moving to Houston 4 years ago. My dog loves her equally as much and always stops by Wendys desk for a hug on our way out for a bathroom break or walk.

As a new resident at city view lofts i have to say this place is extremely unique and i enjoy living here. Starting with Wendy, the property manager, she is amazing at her job and makes this place run as smooth as possible. The location is great and the building itself has a lot of character unlike any other. The residents are all very nice! It was difficult looking for a very industrial loft but this one took the lead! Very safe and would recommend applying to this place.

Living here for a few months has been an absolute delight! Zero complaints – not a single issue with neighbors, and let me tell you, Wendy, the manager, is nothing short of amazing (and she didn’t ask for this shout-out, but she deserves it)! The place runs like a well-oiled machine under her care. The location is fantastic, especially if you’re an Astros fan – no need to break the bank on $80 parking. Plenty of places within walking distance or a quick Uber ride away. The cherry on top is the concierge service in the amenities – it’s a lifesaver, from groceries to assistance when you’re away. Highly recommend this place!

City View Lofts is a great place to live because of its location and its less than 90 units (Im counting the new section of City View Lofts). I rarely saw and heard residents. The downside is that the windows are not doubled pane so you can hear the traffic; especially if youre on the first floor facing N Chenevert Street. The windows are not energy efficient. The new building has upgraded windows. I also love that the units are equipped with a walk in shower and jacuzzi! The ceiling in the units are a rare site; they have a curve to it and the color makes it look kinda rustic which I love. Theres rooftop access for residents with a breath taking view of Downtown Houston. The Property Manager, Wendy, is definitely a good property manager because she communicates efficiently, cares for the residents, and she maintains the property well.

Amazing downtown living location, beautiful vintage architecture, friendly staff, AMAZING view of the city that is sure to impress your friends that visit. The local coffee factory provided some of the best smells ever !

I am a new resident to City View lofts and I must say Wendy is awesome! I already enjoy living here and the residents are nice. The building has lots of cameras so I feel much safe knowing not just anyone and enter the building. Its located at a great location; I would recommend City View to anyone.

City View has by far been my favorite place to live. The building is beautiful, quiet, and taken care of with pride. Wendy does a great job of keeping everything running smoothly and has always been a huge help. If youre looking to move to Downtown Houston, there is no better place to live!!

Been at City View Lofts for a few months and only have great things to say. Amenities are great and location is perfect for working in downtown as well as being a few blocks from Minute Maid. Wendy is amazing and very accomodating; really an excellent property manager. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I recently toured City View Lofts. I met with Wendy who was extremely kind and helpful. The property is beautiful and looked well maintained for an older historical building. I was very impressed with both Wendy and the tour. This will be a lovely place to live and Im glad I came by.

Absolutely beautiful lofts with lots of character. Cool location with the baseball stadium one block away and a brewery directly behind it! Nice people running the place and nice residents.
