From the very beginning, our experience with Citizen House-Bergstrom has been fantastic! The application and move-in process were smooth and quick, thanks to Kim’s phenomenal assistance. She provided us with all the information we needed to make the transition seamless and was an excellent tour guide, walking us through every detail of the property.A thoughtful touch that stood out was the adorable “Welcome Home” bag we received after moving in—it wasn’t necessary, but it was definitely appreciated! On top of that, the team provided us with helpful resources, including mover and furniture recommendations, as well as all the necessary links and emails to get settled in easily.The floor plan, amenities, and overall quality of the apartment feel well worth the price. Whenever we’ve had questions, Kim has been incredibly responsive and helpful. Even when Kim wasn’t available, the front office staff provided excellent customer service, ensuring our needs were met promptly.We’re excited to be residents here and can’t wait to make this our home! Thank you to the entire team at Citizen House-Bergstrom for such a welcoming and positive experience.

My girlfriend and I toured Citizen House in December 2024 with Kim and wanted to move in that day. Beautiful brand new apartments with fantastic amenities. We applied through the affordable housing program; Kim and the Citizen House team were very helpful and easy to contact to walk us through any challenges or concerns we faced. We originally had a move in date set for middle of January but had to push that back to early February. Citizen House was very understanding, accommodating and aided us every step of the way. Move in went smooth and everything from getting set up with our resident portal, getting keys to submitting some minor maintenance requests was super easy and stress free. We really enjoy the property, the leasing agents and everything in between. Thank you again Kim for helping us get set up!

This is the best leasing office I have ever worked with. They’re vastly friendly before and after signing the lease. They’re accommodating and truly want to help you find the perfect home.I worked with NENA but EVERYONE working there is amazing. The complex is also extremely well kept which is a huge plus!

I want to give a huge shoutout to Nena for all her help through the whole process! She did great on the tour and helping us throughout the application phase and even after we moved in! We love our apartment and the complex. The maintenance team is very courteous and mindful of our pets. We definitely made the right choice by living here! Brand new place and very beautiful complex.

This property is awesome, its quiet, well located for quick travel (right by the airport) and management was amazing! Super helpful throughout the move in process and they streamlined everything for us. Communication was top notch and that’s always the number 1 thing I look for from management! Shout out to Diamond, Sara & Nena for all their help.Chris with Maintenance is awesome. Came in a timely matter and fixed all the small issues we were having in no time! Super helpful and really nice fella.

——2nd update——They handled it. They moved the neighbors out. It’s been peace & quiet since. 5 stars, cause they did it. I gotta hand it to them.Update- I’m making a corporate complaint and tried filing a noise complaint but because it’s during the day. No official report can be made. I’m attempting to attach videos and it won’t allow me.I’m giving the community one stars, for a few reasons.First being, I’ve been here a little over two months since they’ve opened and the internet has gone out a total of four times. We were on of the first residents here. We aren’t allowed to get internet with another carrier because spectrum internet is offered as part of your lease. Unless you pay for an additional T-Mobile hot spot or something like that. So with spectrum, you’re automatically just assigned a password and then we all share a network. Which seems, counter productive. The thing that bugs me most, is we aren’t eligible for credits during the time our internet is out.Second reason, there are zero garages or storage offered on the property.Lastly, I have a ghastly neighbor whose Great Dane barks all day and night when his owners aren’t home. Whats worse, is they’re actually greystar employees so it’s not really allowed for an honest conversation. And because of that, we’ve had a strained relationship with our neighbor(who are also greystar emoloyees). Which is what’s more frustrating because you would think they’d care of have a bigger sense of pride connected to that. So he just howls all day. This has been going on for two months. And there’s this sense of denial for them when it comes to all the noise from their dog, so when approached it’s not received well.I love Chris, Sara, Nena and Diamond so I do feel a small sense of guilt leaving this review. However, the internet going in and out constantly and the neighbor with a Great Dane that just won’t stop, makes me feel like 4 would be an honest review since the other issues can’t be resolved.

Just blindly moved across the country to ATX about a month ago and CHB is the perfect landing spot for me. Did a Facetime tour with Nena and shes been incredibly helpful from the prospective resident to paid tenant process, and then some! Tour with her if you can! She even answered the phone and made sure I could move in okay after my flight had been delayed and I wouldnt arrive until after the leasing office closed. Highly recommend this place, its quiet and beautiful and the maintenance staff goes above and beyond (shout out to Chris).

Were happy to call Citizen House Bergstrom our soon to be new home!The community is brand-new with gorgeous, luxury apartments with everything you need to instantly feel at home.Nena gave us a tour of the apartment complex, and she was nothing but kind and welcoming to us. She took the time to hear out all our concerns and answer all our questions, and she was very helpful throughout the application process.I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a new home!

If you are looking for a new apartment in Austin, this is your place! It close enough to downtown, yet far enough for peace and quiet, along with nature views. Everyone in the leasing office has been friendly and very helpful. The apartments are beautifully designed as well!

This community is so beautiful and Sara was AMAZING in helping us find the perfect home with a great deal. My boyfriend and I signed a lease with her the next day! The staff was super sweet and accommodating. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

While we have been nervous about our move to Austin, one person here has made the difference in making us comfortable and welcome, Sara. She got to know us personally and while this property is far from both mine and my spouses job location, this leasing agent made the extra few mile commute worth it. Beautiful property, if you come here ask for Sara. (she knows all the places to go)

The day I toured I had 11 other properties to look at. Nena was by far the best leasing agent I toured with at any of the other communities I visited. She got to know me and what I was looking for in a new home! Nena was so professional and warm the entire time I was there. Between the aesthetic of the community and Nenas pleasant demeanor I felt at peace. Thank you for making my experience so enjoyable!
