Like to send a shout to our Citadel On Elgin manager (Rita) and maintenance man (Ivan). Because of the bad storm that hit a while ago causing a transformer to go out. Now we dont have electricity. And the elevators are out along with everything else that runs off electricity. Our caring manager Rita call electric company to check out status. She and the maintenance man Ivan went around checking on the residents making sure everyone was ok and safe. Ive never seen nor felt this much concern for residents. Thank you Jesus and Pastor Leslie Smith for hiring a great team here at Citadel On Elgin. We love and appreciate Rita and Ivan. 🙏🥰

I love living at The Citadel on Elgin! Love how neat and clean it is.If there are any problems, they are addressed immediately and performed efficiently. As far as Rita and Ivan are concerned, they are proactive and always ready to help! They are both kind, friendly and likeable...if fact I like both of them very much. Your company has two rock stars 🌟 here. In my opinion you made an excellent choice for having them running your beautiful property!!!

Moving is hard--everybody knows that! But, when you have an excellent apartment manager to help make the move smooth, kind, and efficient then life is good. Rita, the apartment manager at the Citadel on Elgin, is a helpful and welcoming introduction to my new home. From the time I walked in to apply to my approval and pending move-in, she has been patient with my questions, my calls, and my not quite getting everything right. She is always pleasant and willing to answer one more question. I am excited and grateful for her making the stress of moving easier and more relaxed.

To the owner of Citadel on Elgin, your property manager Rita is a Keeper!! Im in the process of finding & moving my elderly mother & stumbled across your property. Rita is a Gem. She has been very helpful in this stressful process. I pray that Citadel will be a blessing and a place that my mother will call her Home.

I have lived in my apartment since day one of the opening and I have had no problem. I love my manager Rita she is on point when I need something she gets it. I love the building and all the aspects of citadel on Elgin. Plan on being here for a long time Im home.
