    I love this place. Its been my home since I moved in San Antonio 2 years ago. The staff are always great, Bonnie, Ryan and especially Arlene is a very attentive and efficient person. Spacious apartmwnta. Maintenace works good. The pool is cleaned regularly. The apartments are comfortable. The dog park is great. Parking spots are a complicated matter, but I ve never had any issues with towing. Cleaning of common areas could be improved. And I wished they had a playground or any space designed for kids. Its a great place to live, overall.

    Maintenance review: Our dryer had stoped heating all of a sudden and prevented us from getting laundry done. Kevin came in and located the issue quickly, grabbed the part from their maintenance room and fixed it right away! Thanks Kevin! We really appreciate your help.

    I’ve had a wonderful experience with Arlene Cardona, as the manager of Citadel at Westpoint. She is always professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the well-being of the residents. Anytime I’ve had a question or maintenance request, Mrs. Cardona addressed it promptly and efficiently. Mrs. Cardona goes above and beyond to ensure the community feels welcoming and well-maintained. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and approachable in property management, and I truly appreciate her efforts. Highly recommend living here under Arlene Cardona’s management!

    Honestly a really nice place. The only issue you might have is parking can get tight but i just paid for a garage. The people in the office like Ryan, Arlene, and bonnie have all been incredibly nice to me. Havent had any issues with roaches or mice. Work orders are handled in a timely manor. Overall for the price i pay i think it is 100 percent worth it!

    I am a new resident and I have loved the experience of moving in. The staff to include Ryan, Arlene, Boonie and Ray have made the move so smooth. They are nice and caring to their residents. The apartments themselves are beautiful and such a great area to live in.

    I moved here from out of town and I love the area! The apartments are beautiful. The staff are great people and make you feel welcomed. I had the pleasure of meeting Ryan, Bonnie, Ray and Arlene. The staff answer the phone quick and help you with whatever you need! I’d highly recommend you come and check out the apartments.

    Big shout out to Arlene for being so helpful! I have just recently moved in, and I couldnt be happier!Firstly, I visited this place multiple times before I decided to move in. Arlene showed me all the options available within my budget, and when I finally made the decision to move to this place, she helped me with all my questions!The place looks very good and comfortable walking aroundThe only thing is that at night, it might be hard to park near your building, but I personally have no issues taking long walks. 😅

    I have been living here for the past year and love it! The office staff cares about their residents and property! The resident events are fun and informational, the pool is clean, and the staff does their best to ensure rules and guidelines are followed. I have experienced great communication, and friendly service, and have no complaints! I have renewed my lease and am happy to call this place home!

    Recently moved in and the process was easy peasy. Ryan and Arlene were fantastic, and aided me throughout the whole move in. Close to tons of shops and easy access. Maintenance is super efficient. 5 Star complex.

    Ryan was amazing, I showed up thinking I had an appointment and I didn’t and he still took the time out to give me the information I needed as well as give me a tour of the amenities offered as well as an apartment which I fell in love with.     I just moved into Citadel at Westpoint the move in process was quick and easy , the staff are awesome especially Elizabeth Hawk the property manager she was courteous and accommodating I would definitely recommend this community to friends and family. The area is beautiful and the location is exceptional. Hope to be your neighbor soon.

    They have a fantastic staff that has continually assisted regardless of the situation or time restraints. I love the apartment and location to a decent gym on the premises. By far one of the better experiences I have had with an apartment staff in the United States. 5 star facility all around.

    We are current residents and have loved our time here. We upgraded to a townhome and renewed our lease for another year and are absolutely happy with the service from the leasing ladies. Special thanks to Brittany for always making sure we are taken care of! I hope the staff plans on being here for a while because they have been a pleasure to work with.Maintenance orders are completed fairly fast and maintenance guys have all been friendly and efficient.Thanks for making us happy residents!

    This place is great! Super welcoming staff, great facilities, and very helpful whenever I swing by! The parcel service is really awesome and I love the pool! AND - when I was in a bind and couldnt find a pet sitter to do really short-notice sitting, they came and checked in on my cats for me while I was gone! Im still a relatively new resident but I couldnt be happier with my new apartment. Thanks Suzanna and Citadel people!

    Me and my fiancé love it here, it’s genuinely so nice and kept up with, people at the front are always so nice and willing to help us with our problems. we have so many amenities i wouldn’t imagine having ever moving into my first apartment (coffee bar, pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen with grills, sinks, and tables- 24/7 gym, outdoor common area between each building, etc.) moving here away from my home has been hard but moving to this location specifically has definitely made it easier

    I have lived & owned two homes in my life. As I have gotten older, I have chose to live in an apartment. I am so glad that I came to Citadel @ Westpointe. I enjoy living here & I have not had to call maintenance on many calls, but I want it to be known…they are very prompt & efficient in getting any work order taken care of. The office keeps up with what is going on and they do not hesitate to accommodate I’m the best way they know how. I am truly happy here and I would refer this residence to family & friends…in a heart beat.

    Mickie is hands down the best person there! She gave me a great tour, and let me know all of my options. She was so informative and helpful. If you are ever looking in this area, get with mickie and she’ll make sure you have everything you need!

    I took a tour of the property and a few apartments. I fell in love with everything!! I plan to move in as soon as my current lease expires in November. My son will be getting his own apartment here as well. We are just counting down to November.

    My husband and I used to live and absolutely loved it. We went from moving in an apartment then moved into one of the townhomes. Management was extremely kind. If it wasn’t for my job being far away, we would have loved to stay.

    During the move in process Citadel was in transition to PEM management. The property manager - Elizabeth, displayed true professionalism trying to put pieces back together with our application. She exceeded expectations and was very attentive in resolving the puzzle left behind by previous ownership. The office is responsive and maintenance is actively present in the upkeep of the property. PEM also took on pressure washing the breezeways which I have yet to see any other apartment complex do. Valet trash does create messy hallways however PEM came on and is making a difference. Thanks for the smooth welcome!

    I LOVE IT HERE! I just moved here from Houston and had no idea what area to move to but I made the right decision! The apartment community as well as the staff are very pleasant! I couldn’t ask for a better first home for my family in San Antonio!

    Awesome officr staff,Annissa, Tiffany and Amber are super helpful and friendly. Enjoyed living here for a full year. They respond quick to any maintenance requests and the maintance guy is very polite.

    Love that it is such an involved community. I work on the road & am away from home alot so I rely on the community posts to see whats going on. Very helpful. I also appreciate the privacy & cleanliness.Concerned neighbors is also a plus. All around, I am just very pleased.

The staff here is so kind and pleasant to deal with,the complex looks so nice and is a joy to come home to everyday.Any time I have company they always admire this place .
