I have 2 apartments with Cielo Vista for over two years and it is a great value as well as the staff Deb and Valerie, are always very nice and helpful. I don’t know why there are any bad reviews about this place, I guess some people are impossible to please. Anytime I had a maintenance problem it’s handled promptly. I am gone a lot on business and they have gone out of their way to help me if I needed it. Fir the price, this is a great place to live.

Been here since 2011Office staff is always so friendly and eager to helpDebbie is a breath of fresh air and always making me laugh ! Wonderful property manager!Angel and Martin always fixing stuff !Oh oh and did I say pet friendly?!Nice and cool in summertime and warm in wintertime 😀

I just recently got approved to move in and would like to thank Anna for navigating me through this whole process . She was professional, attentive and very respectful. It was a pleasure working with her and would highly recommend her services to the next person who’s looking for housing . I was desperately looking for an apartment given I had only a week or so to get out of where I was staying due to a separation.... I came across Cielo Vista Apartments spoke to Miss Debbie and Miss Isabel (manager/landlord) they helped me so much!! Very welcoming & great people, worked with me on paying the initial rent and were super flexible to my possibilities at the time. The apartments are super nice, spacious & remodeled! I had a 1bdr & loved it! Very quiet & peaceful area! Close to everything! No vandalism & respectful neighbors! The prices are great! I loved it and if I’m no longer there is due to family issues or I wouldn’t have moved out! It was my first apartment on my own & planning on moving back there in the next year or so. Highly Recommended! 🥇

My mother, aunt and I were desperately searching for an apartment when we came across these ones last year. The ladies in the office were very nice. We got a no deposit special so it was a no brainer. The apartment was very nice, floor was just remodeled and carpets were super clean. Never had an issue. We moved out about two months ago, after our 6 month lease because we ended up renting a house. But if we have to rent an apartment again, we would definitely go come back.Had an issue with the last bills, but we were able to resolve it with their help. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with everything.

Lived in these apartments for about a year and a half and had absolutely zero issues. There is monthly pest control services so there was no issues with bugs. The neighborhood was amazing, very quiet and friendly very close to many restaurants, malls, etc. The staff is extremely helpful, and attentive. They really made my wife and I feel at home. Highly recommend these apartments. They are beautiful comfortable and very affordable.

My mother lived here for six months and she loved it. The rooms are clean and staff is very attentive and courtious always working with her and making thing easy. Whenever she had and issue it was addressed very quickly. She had to move out of town if now she would still be there. My thanks to Isabel Franco and all the staff for taking care of her in her stay at her unit. Cielo Vista Apartments is really the place to rent at. Thank you guys.

Been here about five months now. I dont see what these reviewers are talking about. If youre a light sleeper then you might have a problem. The issues Ive brought up to management have been handled in a timely manner. No matter how much I trust a place, I always ask for a receipt to cover my back. Havent heard a party going on unless its the weekend.

These apartments are not bad at all i have washer and drier in my apt. Stop complaining and if you can fix it fix. I have no complaints. Remember if you live in trash than you are trash. Help where you can and you can make it better. If you do not like it here move and stop complying you get what you do nothing and you get nothing

We currently are living there and the staff has been super helpful with everything. The front desk ladies are super nice when I go in to pay bills or ask questions. We havent had a single problem

Iv been here for 6 months, before I moved in,I called spoke to someone,they explained what I needed and when a apartment would be available,I came in they have great customer service,everyone in the office is very nice and welcoming, so I’m not sure where the bad reviews are coming from, Neighborhood Is quite,it’s in a great location and you can’t be the price, I have no issues with bed bugs or roaches, they Come in and do pest control so also no sure where that’s coming from,as long as you follow the rules they place you won’t have any issues, Maintenance Comes when I need to,I haven’t been to the pool but overall I recommend this place very highly.i love it here.

I have been living in the apartments for 12 years and always have excellent service.I can only say thank you.I am very sorry to leave here...not in the most comfortable wayQuiet neighborhood.
