The moment you walk into this property, you are greeted with open arms and are made to feel welcome right away. Simone, the property manager greeted me immediately and spoke to me and gave me the time to talk to her and her energy and professionalism is outstanding

Mrs. Simone was so helpful. My daughter moved in over the weekend, there was some hiccups but Mrs. Simone saved the day she was a great help and very kind and nice. I would recommend anyone to come here and become a resident.

Looking for an apartment before Christmas is never easy but with the help of the management and staff at Chisholm trl Apts a Christmas miracle happened. I was approved in a timely manner, the staffs professionalism was immaculate, they were very compassionate and made my move a smooth transition. I will forever be grateful for my experience with the staff and condition of my unit. I would recommend anyone to this family friendly complex with a sound,safe and stable environment.

Since new management it has been a complete turn around. All of my work orders has been responded to within 24 hours. The new staff is very understanding and they listen to the residents concerns. I have referred 2 people and will keep on ! Thank you Chisholm Trail new staff!! 😊😊

New Management is great the new office manager Mrs.Cynthia is phenomenally intellectual she is very consistent and proficient. As well as Mrs.CiCi shes fantastic with her job as well and this energy coincides with the brink of perfection.The Maintenance Team is very structural and keeps this habitat welcoming. The Porter is dynamic with astonishing cleaning visionary

New management took over 1 month ago.... I can see the difference when work order was put in. They was there within 24hrs to fix my problems. My a/c broke the Manger call back to let ne know she got the message. Maintenance was there the next morning to repair it. Never had this type of service from this complex. I been here for 2yrs... KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK 👍....

Good people new management and staff these apartments are already improving so polite and patient and clean them we appreciate you guys even maintenance I see them here every morning early cleaning everything I’m giving y’all 5 stars because you guys deserve it some people don’t understand that y’all are just making it better more comfortable and just a better place to live.
