Been living here for close to 6-months now in a 1-bedroom after moving to Houston for work in August. Can only say good things so far! Definitely came into my apartment with plenty of little things to fix (dryer machine, some loose bolts, a hornets nest outside, etc.), but what made Chandler Park stand out is their responsive maintenance team and helpful front office. Almost every issue Ive had is resolved very quickly, even when I cant be there during the day. Pests are kept fairly low, and yes, like any place, youll find a bug or cockroach here and there but thats the nature of being around NATURE! The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, very family orientated/safe with lots of kids, the nearby Ray Miller Park is a great way to get some greenspace, and even for a 1-bedroom, I feel like theres plenty of space and extra storage. Hope this review helps bring some positive realism to those trying to find a place to live in Houston!

I absolutely LOVE my apartment! I’ve been living here a little over 3 years. It was a rough start with the prior office staff, however the current staff are amazing. They actually care about my living conditions by immediately assisting to my needs and great with following up. I also appreciate how they maintain the premises and landscaping, and I especially love the quietness at all times. It brings me a lot of peace and I feel safe especially with my daughter.

This is Omar . I spent more than two years in my apartment, and it was one of the most beautiful places I have ever lived. Calmness, safety, services, cleanliness...the gym, and stunning landscapes. I’ve been living in the Chandler Park community for four years and counting. I must say the leasing office agents, property management, and maintenance team are very professional and make every encounter personable. I enjoy the amenities on the property, the cleanliness of the property, and the countless engaging functions they offer such as wine down evenings, summer activities for the children, and even the cookouts that allow us to meet other neighbors. Special thanks to Melanie in the front office for making sure my requests were handled on her off day!

We took a tour of the complex and 2/2 apartment last weekend and decided to lease there because it was exactly what we were looking for. The apartments have a good square footage and a nice layout for the price, and it includes alarm system which is really cool. They also had a nice special that I was able to take advantage of and the application process was super easy. Our leasing agent is Jose and he was great! Very friendly, professional, attentive, and enthusiastic. Cant wait to start the new year in our new apartment home! 😊

I am extremely pleased with Felipe’s customer service. I’ve had an ongoing issue and upon arrival he greeted me and right away assisted me with the problem. We are staying in Chandler Park since 2019 and it is one of the best apartment communities to stay in. Special shoutout to Damaris (Property Manager) and Esabella for helping us in internal transfer to another unit within community and accommodated our requests for changes multiple times. Damaris even provided us approval from management for transfer to another NALS community apartment.Pros:1. Location is very near to all essential services like groceries, car service stations, school, restaurants, garden etc.2. Community is very spacious and has ample amount of light after dark. We usually go for walk after dinner and never felt insecure even during late night walks in community.3. Maintenance team is super quick to respond and resolve issues. Never had any issue with maintenance team.4. Although community is old, apartments are very well maintained and had no major issues.5. Dedicated Volleyball court and kids garden.Cons:1. Visitor parking space is limited.2. Clubhouse is available only during office hours.

I moved to this amazing community in April of 2019. My apartment is stylish and cozy with high molded ceilings. Residents go for morning and evening walks on the property every day. I find this to be a very peaceful and diverse community. The grounds are kept clean by the maintenance department. There is also a very nice park next door with a walking path and picnic areas. We have two very beautiful pools that look inviting and are always kept clean. Both pools have nice-sized grills and there is a small fridge to store your beverages. Let me not forget the dog park. I don’t have any pets, but I do enjoy sitting on my patio watching the pups play around in their park with their buddies. There is also a gym with all the latest equipment, and best of all is the Pilates and Yoga room! that is a separate room from the gym. This Pilates room is equipped with a large screen TV that is installed with guided yoga and Pilates exercises. Most of all my apartment is peaceful and up to date so that I am comfortable. I also have everything that I need within walking distance. The best features to me besides having an apartment with all the amenities that you love are the conveniences that surround the community. There’s the park next door, Star Bucks, Chick-fil-a, gym, ice cream shop and so much more.Through the years I have seen changes happen in the maintenance department for the better. They have an update portal to report issues and once the maintenance request has been completed an e-mail is sent to the resident confirming completion of the job along with a phone call from the lead maintenance checking to see if the job was satisfactory. That’s going the extra mile to ensure the residence that they care. Way to go CP Maintenance Dept.!!I’ve also seen changes within the office. The office staff, Ms. Melanie, and Management Staff Mrs. Damaris and Mrs. Latoria has always been professional, helpful, courteous, and respectful always. The management is fair and professional, and I can’t ask for anything more. Thank you, CP Management Team!The last thing I want to say to the readers of my review is to, Trust Your INSTINTS. I am saying this because If I would have relied on the reviews that I read to sway me as to where I choose to live…I would have not become a resident here, nor would I have the peace and enjoyment of this amazing community and all the goodness that surrounds it.This is a nice place to call home.

I would definitely recommend everyone to move here. when you come just to ask you can feel the atmosphere of peace and tranquility. the people who work there are wonderful. I was attended by a girl named Daysi who speaks my language and who has a lot of patience. she explained to me step by step everything she had to do. The manager of the lease also approached to ask if everything is alright. If I had any extra questions. You feel that they care about you and that you are treated with the respect you deserve. I love knowing that I am going to live in a place where the costumer is important.

My 1st visit to the property was great. I wanted to see every aspect of the property and its amenities; the staff were more than willing to accommodate me. Upon move-in I walked into a pristine clean home! Dog owners will love this place - a ton of room for your pet to run, play, and do their business! Parking has been wonderful unlike what Ive experienced at other apartments in the area over the years. Im extremely happy to call this place home for the next 13 months!

It’s been a wonderful time here but had to leave because we purchased a house. The service here has been absolutely phenomenal. From the first tour of the apartment to getting our keys, Luisa has gone out of her way to make sure my experience has gone smoothly. She has keep up in contact with me to ensure my unit was perfect, any issues we had were resolved, and that I was settling in well. Highly recommend Chandler Park if you’re looking in the Energy Corridor area! I looked into multiple apartment complexes and the staff here made this the easiest move in experience I’ve ever had. The complex is incredibly clean and very well maintained. Every time I call someone answers the phone and gets me an answer immediately. No waiting or leaving voicemails necessary!

Literally from the moment I walked in, me and my son were greeted with smiles! Looking for an apartment is so stressful and you want somewhere that you actually feel like you can call home. So many other places that I have toured I felt like I was just a number to help with a commission check. Touring with Courtney was the best! She was super sweet and helped me find the best place to call home! The prices are very competitive in the area and I love all of the amenities! So glad I took the time to stop by! I LOVE my new apartment!!

Let me start off by saying that Ive enjoyed my stay here overall. Community is very family oriented which results in residents that are not too sketchy. Maintenance is always quick to respond and fix issues in my personal experience and the leasing agents are always friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The only issue Ive had with this place are my noisy neighbors who live above me (small children running around and making a lot of noise well into the night), and my car recently being broken into. It was really disappointing to find out that the complex didnt have cameras despite receiving communication about management making moves to have some installed quite a few months prior. Otherwise, I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a generally quiet, updated living experience. Only reason why Im not renewing is because of a recent increase in rent.

I was visiting for mothers day. I noticed it was quiet & gated & the gates were fixed & doing their job. I am pleased. Also, the covered hallways to the doorway entries are well lit. Great idea. Cowboy hat off to the designer & architect. Easier & safer when expecting deliveries & guests. Safe & dry. Its a very clean place, too; however, one small bag of trash got loose sometime during our visit. It was forgotten & the wind left a small trail, but it will be cleared promptly by the staff when they arrive. No pics this time. Ill add them next time.

I’ve lived on this property for 2 years, I really enjoy my home, when I have a maintenance issue, they’re right on it. the assistant manger Ms Lytoria Smith is the friendliest that they’ve had since I’ve been here, and Ms Damaris Zubiarrain the manager, the two are the “Best”, they listens to my complaints, and they are very approachable, and they took care the matter that I had in the past. These are great apartments. I recently moved out after having lived there for six years and never had a single issue with the staff. Their maintenance staff provides great service. The problems I ever reported got either fixed the same day or within 48 hours. Residents here are also really nice, no one ever messes up with anyone.In the six years I lived there, I believe I only got 4 incidents via email that had occurred within the complex. I never felt this was an unsafe place, there were a couple of times I accidentally left my apartment unlocked and nothing happened (Granted I lived on the third floor).The rent price is fairly competitive and perhaps cheaper than most apartment complexes on Eldridge Pkwy. but you are in the Energy Corridor area so expect to pay a bit of a premium.The amenities are good, they have a small-to-medium size gym with some of the most common workout machines. They have a playground area and two swimming pools. There is also a gathering room that people can use to have birthday parties or other things.Something to keep in mind is that Chandler Park has an agreement with AT&T and you can only use either U-Verse or satellite service here so if you have Comcast service, you will not be able to transfer over. This may not be a big issue for most people but is something to know about.Overall, I had a great experience living here. This was my first time living in an apartment complex so at the beginning I was a bit scared as I did not know what to expect but things quickly changed. I think if I hadnt bought a house this year, I wouldve renewed my lease again. You have everything within walking distance, a pub to hang out, Kroger, LA Fitness, lots of restaurants, and the list goes on and on.

Great location! Minutes away from day care & Kroger’s. The entrance is very neat & so is the complex. One of the few complexes that still have a hot tub!The apartments looked so nice. I personally like their light-colored theme & the built in TV Space so I don’t need to mount the TV. Also, spacious closets. The staff are nice and professional, Marlise was very friendly and helpful.

I love this apartment. I have not had any significant issues with the apartment. I feel safe, mantience is pretty good. Theyve been fairly prompt answering any issues within 48 hours and when I did have an emergent issue when the office was closed I had a maintenance worker there within 20 minutes. While I was here property owners did switch and I have not had any issues with the new staff. Everyone is very kind and attentive when you come into the office. The only downside I have with the property is that there is random prices of trash around the grounds(water bottle, pop tart wrapper, shoe string, and other small things of this nature).

10/2019 - The grounds and the unit I moved into are amazing! I saw my floorplan and immediately fell in love. Luisa and Alana were also a huge help, and worked with me through all of the hiccups that inevitably happen when youre moving. I dont regret my decision to move here whatsoever, and Id recommend this place over and over.Update 11/13/20 - I’ve renewed my lease and still love it here. My only complaint now is the lack of adequate visitor parking, which I find to be completely unnecessary since parking is never an issue here for anybody. I see a sea of empty spaces for me all the time, but guests have to search high and low? I don’t want my guests to have to park outside of the complex just to see me after 5pm (which is when they fill), but money or whatever means more than that, I guess. I’d suggest getting rid of the policy or adding more visitor spots in more places. My vote is on getting rid of it though.

Love living here! Great location, friendly and helpful staff and the best amenities around! There are two great sized pools, an extra large hot tub, fitness center and Yoga studio, sand volleyball that gets used quite often and a huge dog park area. Anytime weve had maintenance issues, staff is on it to get it resolved asap. Our apartment is a good size, very quiet, plenty of natural sunlight, LOVE the over sized tub which makes for relaxing bath time, plus we get the hottest water around, its like our own personal hot tub. We always recommend Chandler to anyone looking in or around the area, no one can beat it for the price!

Chandler Apartments is a nice community to live on Eldridge Pkwy - Energy Corridor with near by daily needs stores. It is really a happening place. Latoria from leasing team helped a lot starting from leasing process and throughout the stay. I would recommend this community if looking for safe and a pleasant stay👍

Apartment: I paid $871 for a 1x1, second floor. The size and amenities for the price is great, and I dont feel cheated. The majority of the appliances worked, never could hear my neighbors through the walls, and never had a bug issue. Maintenance are nice people, but I had issues for months with my alarm system. The dish washer was broken when I first moved in but they fixed that in a day. They are always prompt.Social: They offer a few social events, but I only ever attended a few. Mostly families here that are quiet and stick to themselves. They have a few nice bars in the area due to being the Energy Corridor, but people are generally older than me. I think Ill be moving into town just to be around a younger crowd.Parking: I lived near the back so never had a parking issue.Safety: I never felt in any danger. I think a car was broken into once or twice, but the gated community and good area really prevented this from being a constant worry for me.Traffic: Its about ten minutes to either highway. But in the weekdays during traffic hours...it takes almost 30 minutes to go East on I-10. If thats where youll be driving...prepare yourself to wait in traffic. This is the second of the major reasons Im moving out of here.In general I recommend this apartment complex to you. Its a nice place to live and in a nice area. Easy access to groceries and shopping. A nice trail for running/walking just a few minutes away. A park a walk away for kids. An LA Fitness just around the corner. If youre a newlywed or have young kids I definitely recommend it to you. If youre a bit younger, then I would only recommend it if you have a lot of friends in the area, otherwise youll probably end up driving to meet them elsewhere a lot.

Excellent staff member but not all, Alana, and Damaris are super nice in this office, I was out of water during hurricane Uri and Alana went above and beyond to provide me with some water she was a lifesaver. I cant thank her enough for her excellent customer service. Also, Damaris, shes such an amazing and caring employee, I was shivering out waiting to pick up my document when some rudeness staff member came out from nowhere to tell me we are close without caring about how long I was standing in the cold weather. But Damaris came to my rescue, thank you, Damaris, for your excellent and professional customer service appreciate you.

I just wanted to say thank you to jahmilyah and property mangner working very hard to to get my application process. Overall the experience was awesome from the begining to the end. Unfornately the application was cancel because i wasnot able to contact agency on time. I have finally was able to contact them to get the issue resolve. Me and my family decide to move in october. I hoping chandler will have availbilty during that time. The apartments are very spacious and upgraded and clean and well maintain. Chandler apartments been here close to 20 years im amazed how great they look. I highly recommend this place, they satff are honest, hardworking and patient.

This is my 1st time since the Covid that I have entered the office an I must say it was very refreshing to have someone great you with lots of joy, I really want to thank the young lady Carolina in the office she was so kind an helpful with guiding me through our portal that I have never used since I moved in to the property. I choose to sign a lease immediately because of the architecture of the property, the affordable pricing, the ladies in the office. I just moved from Miami. The condom is amazing, and the staff at the lease office is so friendly and knowledgeable. Mrs Cinthya was great and she waited 2 weeks for a document I was missing. The amenities are awesome with huge pools and bbq area. I love it!

Thanks to LaToya and staff for the great support and kindness. The staff took the time to inform me of the area schools, amenities and benefits of the area. The apartments are large and updated. The prices are reasonable. The area is beautiful. The grounds are well kept. The apartments are in a great school district, the apartments are located next door to a nice park with walking trails, close to Target, Walgreens, Kroger, LA Fitness, day cares, various restaurants, the Fort Bend Church, and the Westheimer Strip; only one-two exits from Katy, Texas & minutes from Sugarland, Texas. Special thanks to LaToya and the staff for being so kind and helpful with the transition for my family and I. I would advise anyone relocating to the Energy Corridor to look into Chandler Park Apartments. We truly look forward to the upcoming gym renovations. Once again, thank you LaToya and staff for the patience and advise. Its truly a comfortable feeling to meet such nice people when relocating to an area as large as Houston.
