Highly recommended. Peaceful community. Management is friendly and professional. They made whole move-in and move-out process smooth. Unlike other apartment management they dont find ways to take your security deposit.

I lived here for a year. It wasn’t always perfect but no place is. I just appreciated when I had issues/concerns the office was always understanding and listened well. They always did what they could to hear me out. Thank ya’ll.

Amber, Miranda, and Abby are just amazing they help me out with all issues that I have and they are sweet about everything. I hardly ever have any issues with my apartment they keep them pretty well maintained. I lived here for 5 years total and Im still here.

It was such a delight residing at Chandler Creek for the year my daughter and I were there. We lived in building 9, on the 3rd floor. There was a $15 discount for staying on the 3rd floor which was very helpful being a single mom. It’s a gated community and the staff is amazing - including the office staff as well as maintenance crew. Whenever I had a maintenance request, it was completed the next business day! There is ample parking and you nor your visitors need a parking sticker or specified spot. Pest control is often and I had no issues with pests whatsoever. The only reason we moved is because of our expanding family, otherwise I’d be signing a lease renewal today instead of handing in my keys. I greatly appreciate Chandler Creek Apartments for such a great place to live.

My little one and I really enjoyed living at Chandler Creek. If it wasnt for the school we would not have moved. Maintance was there the same day or the next depending when the work order was put in, well done guys. Great working A/C every room stayed cool during the summer. But the MOST IMPORTANT COMPLEMENT: NO BUGS!!!!!!!

The management staff here is phenomenal. They are all very friendly, compassionate and professional. Maintenance has superceded any expectations Ive ever had of living in an apartment. They work fast and get the job done the first time. They are all friendly, and helpful, and personable. My wheelchair tire slipped off the rim and James with their maintenance team stopped everything and spent half an hour to help me with my chair. The community is peaceful and quiet. In my three years living here Ive never had an issue at all here .

Super easy application process. The apartment is definitely more bang for your buck. Its super clean! The maintenance guys did a fantastic job of getting this place ready. We waited for months to get into Chandler Creek but it was worth it! Perfect balance of quality and affordability. The office gals are also super nice and helpful.

Lived here for 3 years, lovedddd this place! This place has integrity. Clean units, friendly neighbors, great area, safe, pest free, maintenance was diligent and staff is lovely! One of the best apartments I’ve lived in. The unit I resided had the prettiest sunset views over old settlers. Very cozy and well-run place to call home. So far can’t find another apartment that competes

Excellent property to call home. The office management treats you like family and is always happy to converse with you and handle any issues that may arise regarding your apartment. Maintenance staff is just as friendly. One of the best apartments I’ve lived at. Also great that they are dog friendly and have a small dog park that I was able to use any time I needed.

I have lived in three different apartment homes here and Ive absolutely loved it. It is an amazing place to live, great location, office and maintenance are top notch! I would recommend to anyone wanting to live in Round Rock. The women in the office are extremely helpful, work orders get completed within 24-48 business hours, the landscaping is always clean and the complex itself is peaceful and quiet. Cant say enough about this place! Belco Equities Management is an amazing management company and I am so grateful for the ability to lease here.

I lived here for two and a half years, and only left because I bought a house. The management and maintenance staff are fantastic. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and competently. The front office staff learned my name and my husbands name immediately and knew which unit we lived in off the top of their heads. Every question Ive asked has been answered thoroughly and quickly. They always communicate things happening in the complex.The rent is reasonable, no pet rent (which is so difficult to avoid in this area), and there are families living here. Ive always felt safe here, and the gate does not break frequently like many other apartments. There are parcel lockers for deliveries, so you dont need to rush home to pick up your package before the front office closes. The units themselves are not luxury, i.e. no granite counter tops or fancy appliances, but everything is clean and functional. In the 2.5 years I lived there, I heard my neighbors speak or noise from their TVs through my walls exactly 3 times, and only for a brief moment each time. I lived on the third floor, so I cant speak to how much you can hear people walking around above you.This apartment complex is very conveniently located, can be rented for a good price, and you can get a dedicated covered parking space for $25/month which is 100% worth it if you can afford it. I would absolutely recommend living here.

I have lived here for 2 years , I love this apartment . Management is amazing , they do seasonal maintenance and any request I put in is complete in a timely matter . The amenities are nice as well and they throw resident appreciation parties.rent prices have gone up but I think what I pay and the quality of the apartment match.Im only leaving because i want a duplex so i can have a private back yard and garage.

I loved my apartment, I moved just because my neighbors were complaining a lot about my daughter, she was 7 yrs old last year, and us being noisy, so they made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, even though they made noise all the time and I was ok with that, Amber and all the office staff were great, maintenance also, my kids and I miss living there. I always recommend this property.

I ended up not living here but I did want to say that when I was trying to get a place here at first everyone in the office was so helpful and patient. I had talked to Leanne, Rachel, and Amber all very kind people, quick to answer emails and phone calls I never once had to leave a voicemail, they would pick up the phone after a few rings. Which is saying a lot since it’s so hard getting ahold of anyone especially during this pandemic. The apartment complex itself was very clean and the gates actually worked. If I could afford this place there’s no doubt I would be happy living there.

Ive been here for about 6mths now. I have have never had any issues. Office staff is always friendly and very helpful. Night time is quiet I dont hear a bunch of commotion at night. My kids love the playground.

In my life, I have lived in a couple of different countries and nine different States--which means I have lived in a LOT of apartments. I have never known a better group of front office, maintenance, cleaning staff, and even subcontractors than here at Chandler Creek Apartments.Today, Jamil, a member of the maintenance team, saw me loading my big red wagon with bags of recycling. Can I take that for you? he asked. It looks like it might start raining pretty hard.Jamils offer surprised me, but his kindness did not. Ive been living here for about eight years now, and this kind of graciousness is not unusual. I trust everyone here to do their very best to make me feel that when I drive through their gates, I am home; with people I like and trust.

My mother lived there for over a year and the staff is so courteous and accommodating.... Amber, Jamel and the others really get what customer service is all about... Every interaction I ever had with the leasing office staff was pleasant and professional, as they always tackle every issue/request with care and urgency.... Great staff!

I was living at Arrington apts in Roundrock, TX that are suppose to be luxury apartments and they were the worst apartments Ive ever lived in. Chandler Creek may not have most updated appliances and luxury other apartments have but the community is very safe and quite. Also I cant hear my neighbors next to me and under me as I did at Arrington Apts. Staff so far has been great.
