I’ve lived here for about 3 years. The best thing about this place is office staff, Ashley, Tonya and Katie, great team. Very quick response to all maintenance requests and when it’s done a sure call from Tonya to inquire about the quality of work.Excellent location, great staff - highly recommend this place.

I’ve lived here for a few years and have had nothing but the best experience. Katie and the ladies that run the office have done such an amazing job. I’ve never had a single complaint for any aspect of this property. I really loved the pool area as it’s so peaceful, serene and clean all year round. Ashley, Katie, and their leasing team are some the most caring, efficient people I have ever dealt with living in an apartment complex. My experience living here for 4+ years was fantastic and I never had problems with maintenance/leasing at any time. I hated to leave here to move for a different job location, but knowing I would be welcomed back made me feel great about this team/apartment complex.

Ive lived here for years and have had nothing short of a great experience. I have had no issues with bugs, pests, maintenance, office staff, or neighbors. This is a quiet, comfortable spot that is hidden away from all the noise and commotion. The location is amazing. Its 10 mins from DFW international, 15 mins from the Cowboy/Rangers Stadiums, and 25 mins from Downtown Dallas and Fort Worth on either side. Additionally, there is easy access to the 360 and 183, gas stations, and several restaurants. All of which are less than 3 mins away. This has been the best apartment-living experience I have ever had.

CentreOaks - Quality place to live !!!I lived here for about 7 years and its simply awesome.Great front office staffs, especially Ashley the Manager and quick response to maintenance requests and when its performed with pure quality. That all you need to stay in an apartment. I highly recommend this plan as I think twice when I got to leave this place due to other priorities and ended staying here due to their service. I had an A/C problem and the compressor was change with a new one on the same day. Also I had a toilet seat issue and was replaced with an all new toilet by the same day too. Lot other maintenance requests were placed and all were professionally handled with quick turnaround.

I am a happy tenant with Centre Oaks Apartments! The management is absolutely wonderful, professional, and so nice. They have cool little events, bingo, treats, etc. for the tenants. The maintenance department is on top of it! They are prompt and professional. I am happy with my decision to stay another year!

Best thing about this place is the staff that manages the property. I have stayed in over 6 different states in USA on leased apartments and by far this beats all of them in my experience. Any maintenance request is completed in a days time maximum. Very helpful and courteous staff. Good facilities that include pool, basketball court , tennis court and workout gym with business center. Response to COVID and cleanliness in the property is taken seriously and executed in planned manner. Very close to TRE station so good access to commute. I highly recommend the property and wish you a good and happy stay here.

Personally I have not had a single issue living here. maintenance requests are always taken care of quickly and efficiently, no bs fees, everyone working the front office is nice, the area is safe and plenty of stores and good foods nearby. Honestly ill miss living here, so i will probably end up coming back at some point :) thank you centre oaks for making our apartment feel like a true home.

I love these apartments . We have been here for almost 3 years . This property is simply amazing . We moved here from New York but the Centre Oaks has made Fort Worth feel like home. They are a wonderful management team . They are very professional and friendly . Especially assistant general manager Alex my favorite person. She always had a welcoming warm smile and is always very friendly and helps right away for any problem. I also want to mention the maintenance team and Omar. He does a great job and he responds right away for any work order and gets the job done. It’s a great community to live in. I would definelty recommend it to my friends and family.

Staff-exceptionally professional, emails and maintenance requests have always been addressed within 24 hours or less. The maintenance team is very efficient, always knocks before entering, and takes good care of the grounds.Facilities-Nice pool, small workout room, and tennis and basketball court. I notice theyre usually empty but it doesnt seem to be a reflection of the upkeep. The laundry machines are reasonably priced at 1.50 a load and always have several machines available. I think there is also an accessible computer and printer near the workout room if you so need it. The apartment is nice for the price point, ours had new carpets and paint. We dont hear our neighbors through the walls, especially our neighbors with young children. Theres always available parking but you need to make it over a literal curb disguised as a speed bump to get to it. Not the complexes fault just a necessary evil to get crazy drivers to slow down.Safety, location and community- There are usually people out walking around the complex (from the complex) I like to sit on the porch and see the same people make laps.Most people keep to themselves, but there are community events if you want to participate. Lots of restaurants and such about a ten minute walk down the road. We accidentally left our keys in the door once and they and our car were still there in the morning, which was stressful but was a nice indicator of how safe the area is.Overall 10/10, would recommend to friends.

Lived here for a year and absolutely loved it!! The staff is very kind, friendly and responsible. Maintenance is always on top of everything. You will never have issues with any of them. The neighbors are very nice and welcoming. The apartments are very clean, also each apt has a built in alarm system, so that made me feel very safe living there. Only reason we moved out is to be closer to family (we were an hour away) otherwise we would have lived there for years! Highly recommend. You will absolutely love it aswell.

Ive lived at Center Oaks for over 6 years and Im always super pleased with the office and maintenance staff. They are prompt and efficient, following up and making sure any issues are addressed quickly.The only other issues that are beyond their control is noise on occasion from the bordering business complex, at which the property management company believes it to be perfectly okay to have parking lot and building maintenance done past 1 AM (landscaping, striping, power washing, street sweeping, etc.).If youre a visitor to the property, definitely slow down! There are families who walk throughout the complex with their children, and if youre not going super slow, you will bottom-out your car on the speed bumps at the back of the property. I regularly alert delivery drivers of the speed bumps.

This apartment is a great place to live in, staffs are all great, place is nice, clean and quiet. Rooms are spacious. With several laundry areas as well as Gym and basketball, tennis court, and computer room where tenants can use at times when needed. Police and Fire station just across the street, feel safe and secure. Train station and bus going to DFW Airport, across the street, maintenance is great, within a day issues resolved. Have fun activities from time to time for all tenants for community building. Been in here for more than 12 years..

I have lived here for 1.5 years. Very nice apartment. Friendly professional staff and I never have caught them in a bad mood. The grounds are neat and clean. Maintenance responds very quickly. I moved from a house to this apartment and thought noise/crazy neighbors may be a problem but theyre not at all. Its actually on the quiet side in the building I live in. I would also recommend this place without hesitation. My only issue at present is their gym, its way too small. They also need free weights but they may not have them because again, the entire gym space is very small - maybe about 13 x 12. Gym has 2 treadmills, 1 elliptical, 1 bike and a Cable/Smith Machine - so if 5 people are in there, its packed tight. A fan is also needed to help circulate air. In other words, dont cancel your gym membership if you have one. I work out here on occasion but majority of the time I go to a local fitness club.

Susana has been AMAZING. Searching for apartments is usually a horrible experience but she has kept me updated every day through the application process and has been so helpful and friendly throughout. She did a walk-in tour for us and the community seems so safe and clean - we are so excited to move here especially since we can already tell how communicative the management team is!

Great apartments. Theres always room to improve i.e better appliances, not trying to kick people out if they havent paid in two days, more security [this is true theres random sketchy activity and even though the police roam around here security cameras would deter more]. Otherwise, the employees are professional, the rent is very reasonable and maintenance is always available. Theres more good than bad and the bad can easily be fixed. So far so good

I lived here for 2 years. This is a very lovely place. Some of the first floor apartments have roaches and all kinds of garden insects coming in. The management agreed to move us to a different unit as the roaches kept on coming. The units on the second floor are really nice.- compact houses- well responsive office staff- well responsive maintenance staff- clean and quiet surroundings- good amount of parking spaces

Outstanding management. Not a single complaint about any employee at Centre Oaks. Amazing property that’s always kept clean! Works orders get placed on time and done in a timely manner. Omar is great!!!! Nice and affordable apartments especially for this area. I would highly recommend living here or at the very least checking it out. All around amazing atmosphere to live

Peaceful and good Community. Leasing Staff are very friendly and Co-operative. The maintenance people are very responsive. The Rent of the apartment is reasonable. Dont have any issues of roaches and bugs so far. The covered parking is paid and there are very less spots of covered parking.

Great community!!! Ive lived in Century Oaks Apartments for over four years. Its nice to live in a community where you know youre going to be feeling safe and secure . Its a complex that is friendly and inviting especially since TRE train is just a short walk across the street and I love the fact that the train noise is not disturbing. Or the DFW airport is just around the corner about five minutes away. Hats off to the friendly office staff and wonderful maintenance staff for getting any maintenance issues addressed immediately. If youre into sports they also have a tennis court, basketball court, A swimming pool and a nice exercise area overlooking the pool. Oh and by the way the apartments are stunning, very spacious with several layout options.

I was a little worried, reviews not that great but this a beautifully landscaped complex. Quiet, nicest neighbors, couples walk strollers in the evenings, joggers n bikers on the calm streets. No bugs, responsive maintenance. Girls in office are nice. Never had a water issue. Have to say plumbing is loud, dont know why but 4 Mos n thats only issue and Im used to it. O the cabinets need updated. Otherwise perfect!

The service ETAs are really appreciable. I have been staying here from quite a long time and did not ever found that we ever had issues not getting resolved within timeline. Mostly it is within a day or so. The apartments are spacious and within reasonable price range.The staff will keep you engaged with different events and competitions year round which is a great way of connecting with each other.

Lived there for 4 years. This place is clean and amazing and Omar (maintenance) is awesome! If people complain about bugs they must be dirty. I only had a handful of bugs in 4 years and pest control took care of it no problem! Some of these other reviews are completely wrong. You arent paying HOA there so thats a flat out lie. The office staff is the best office staff I have seen. They dont always answer because they are usually pretty busy throughout the day but they will call you back if you leave a voicemail. They are professional and courteous. They do not lose packages. They take them, sign for them and you sign their book to pick it up. 4 years there and they never lost a delivered package. The hot water review is crap as well. They give you a notice WELL BEFORE there is any work on water services. If you lose hot water randomly, they get it fixed fast. I never lost hot water without notification and it never lasted more than a standard work day.

Ive lived here for 3 years and have had no real problems. This complex is very clean,the grounds is well maintained. I have not had any bug issues or issues with my appliances. The office ppl are always nice and professional. My only real issue with this complex is the MAIL.omg i have lost count how many times my packages have been lost or misplaced. I also hate the fact the rent increases 25-30 dollars each year( example:when i first moved in i was paying 689 plus water, now Im at 800 plus water). Anyway with that said great complex but now that Im at the 835 mark i might as well move up the street and get upgraded appliances and hardwood floors

I have lived at Centre Oaks for a little under a year. My lease renewal would have been November 5, 2017. I decided to transfer to a downstairs unit, so I transferred October 1, 2017 instead. The transition was so smooth. I had made the choice to move to Grand Prairie but didnt want to chance leaving a good experience for a potentially bad one. For the 11 months that I have been here, I have not had any issues. I have received more than excellent service from every staff member that I have encountered. Ashley, Alex, Alyssa, & Katie have shown me nothing but respect and concern for my comfort. Let me just say, Im a mess! From my tickiness, to my borderline OCD, they have never shown me any type of frustration, rudeness or condescension. Any time Ive had a maintenance request, which have all been minor things, the response time was quick; either same day or next day and that still was less than 24 hours. Omar came most of the time and he is always professional. Mili came a couple of times and she was great as well. Everyone on staff is very friendly. It is quiet. At my old unit I never heard any neighbors in their apartment. In my new unit, I hear people outside talking but it is not loud and obnoxious. Its simply people enjoying the weather and having a good time. Even the unit above me is pretty quiet. I hear a little walking from time to time but thats it. I feel safe here. I feel like I matter. They know me by name. They have events for the residents throughout the year. I will make one of them soon, I hope. In my own personal opinion, Ill admit theyre a little pricey, but I am a customer service person and sometimes, you cant always make it about money. You know the old saying, you get what you pay for. Service is key! I would rather pay a little extra for the awesome service I receive, and that was the deciding factor in my decision to stay. I know what I have, if I moved, no telling what I would have gotten! I read a lot more horrible reviews at other places than I did here. Were not perfect residents so why do we expect a perfect leasing team. Well, Ill tell you all this! The staff at Centre Oaks comes pretty darn close to perfect! Thank you Centre Oaks office and maintenance staff! Cant nobody tell me nothing about the staff here! (Incorrect language intended) You guys rock! Keep doing what youre doing! I love the office staff here.. They are very friendly and cooperative. They would understand our problems and try to solve them almost immediately. I would always count on Ashley and appreciate her responsiveness and her problem solving ability.Also Omar, the handy man does a great job!! He would fix the things in minutes. He is a expert in his profession.I would completely recommend these apartments.

I used to live here (2012-2014), and I really enjoyed it. The neighbors were quiet, and kept mostly to themselves. I really never had to speak with office staff because everything was always working. The amenities were nice and clean and love that it is close to the train station. The only thing I didnt like (why I knocked it down a star) was that the water bill was allocated. Our bill was not based on personal consumption but based on the number of rooms we had. The water bill for my 3br/2ba house has never been more than what I paid for water with a two bedroom apartment there.

This is a rebuttal to Pinky Raja, about David at Centre Oaks Management. I lived at Centre Oaks during the years David worked there. David was appointed as the recreation director for events at the complex. I was on the recreation committee, and every planned event sponsored by the complex. David ensured that all foods and music included something that catered towards the Indian population, Chinese, Black, White, and other domination of complex. I am a Black African American. For Pink Raja to write that David was prejudice toward Indians is not a fair or just comment. The time that David worked at the complex the Indian population was nearly a third and David rented most of the units to them. Theres always someone who is unhappy and trying to destroy another person.

I am reacting to the, derogatory, and, injurious statement (intentionally) directed to David (manager at Centre Oaks on Chimney Meadow) written by Pinky Raj (approximately two years ago). I was a resident at Centre Oaks for five years (I was, still, living there, when David came onto the Centre Oaks staff). My race is of East Indian origin (as well as a combination of Cuban, Irish, and, Black). I bring my background into view to make a, strong, point. Normally, people do not take to me, nor, do they, quickly, want to befriend me. When I met David,he immediately, extended his hand, and, introduced his self to me. He was warm, and, friendly. During the time, I lived at Centre Oaks, I became fond of David.. he was, always, concerned, informative, and, a pleasure to be around. At this point, I will make my, firm, statement known ..There is no way David could possibly be a racist. Pinky Raj has to be the racist, in this scenario. Pinky Raj has made a false accusation against the character, and, the person David is.

I have lived at Center Oaks Apartments for over a year and a half. The place is very quiet and safe, it is conveniently located near the Centreport train station. The staff is generally friendly, especially Alex, she is bilingual and has a professional and sincere treatment. Maintenance is always fast and efficient. The common areas are always clean and when there is any damage they fix it immediately. The 1-bedroom apartments are average in size but have enough space for a small family. There has always been hot water and on 2 occasions the power has gone out but it comes back on in a matter of hours. In general it is a good place to live. As a final comment, I like the beautiful trees that surround the area.
