    I moved to Corpus Christi July of last year and I had been staying with my brother until one day I decided it was time for me to move out. I work a lot and don’t have a lot of time to physically apartment search, searching online I came across this website with these reviews about how Danny Guerrero has helped many people find housing. I was a little skeptical at first but after looking at all the reviews I decided to take a chance and I called him. Danny was very pleasant, very informative, and very fast paced with finding me an apartment. I spoke to Danny yesterday and was approved for my new apartment today and I couldn’t be more happier. Thank you Danny for your help, your services are amazing. I would highly recommend anyone who is struggling to find their own place to call Danny ASAP! He is definitely a real one.

    Melissa was so helpful. I just moved from another state with so much to do on top of looking for a home. She made it so much easier and less stressful in searching for my apartment.     I would definitely recommend Melissa Martinez if you’re looking for an apartment here in CC. I was leaving an abusive marriage and told her I needed something FAST, and within one day she found me an apartment that was gated (safe) and affordable for my income. She truly cares about her customers and is very knowledgeable in her work. She won’t stop at the first one and will research many to find the best one that fits you. Give her a call!

    Melissa is awesome to work with! I contacted her on a Sunday about our needs and by Saturday she helped us find the perfect place! She was with us through the whole process, excellent with communication and extremely patient with my thousands of questions I asked. I highly recommend working with her!!Updated 5/21/20 - We used CC Lease Locators again after briefly moving out of the area. We had less than a week notice to find a place on Corpus Christi. I worked with Danny this time, and he went above and beyond for us. I talked with him around 1:30pm with our needs and by 3pm he had gone to the property we were interested in, took and sent pictures and a video walk through of the unit, and had us approved by 530pm that SAME day! He even put us in touch with an electricity provider and I had everything set up the next day so it was ready to go when we show up to get our keys. I will forever refer anyone I know to CC Lease Locators! They relieved so much stress for us, and pretty much did all of the legwork and we could not be more appreciative!

    My landlord decided to sell the house we’re in because the market is great for it right now. I needed a place fast and Danny Guerrero was exceptional in working hard to find us a place. It was a difficult task because we have 2 small dogs that need an enclosed patio or a small townhouse yard. He was very responsive always and worked late hours to help us out. He is a rockstar, I was so surprised how he was able to juggle our needs with his existing clients and customers.     Ich heise Karl Heinz. Mike was awesome 😎. He treated me with dignity even though I am a disabled veteran. When my vehicle broke down, he still enabled me to tour the entire property via Zoom. Because I couldnt fill out the application online due to my closed head injury, he helped me fill out my application over the phone even after hours. This guy works really hard to help people find what theyre looking for. Please ask for Mike the next time youre looking for an apartment in the Corpus Christi area because I promise you will be blessed beyond measure!!!!!

    Melissa did a fantastic job for me. As a recent transplant from Houston finding the appropriate place was challenging. After several calls to other locators Melissa stepped in and changed the game!Despite a few road bumps, including the property changing the move in rate last minute, she went above and beyond! She got everything handled and was accessible when I needed. Much better than the other locators in the area! If youre debating calling her just do it!
