I just wish they had washer and dryer connections, although they do have laundry facilities on site. I definitely recommend this location.

I recently tour a 1x1 apartment model and was greeted as soon as I walked in! Monica was who attended me she asked all the questions i was ready to ask, she was quick an ready with all the proper paperwork ready for me to apply!!! I liked how clean the property looked and that it’s a gated community I look forward to moving forward with my process.

Monica was great. I mean absolutely GREAT ⭐️ I added another star so she got a 6 star review from me. She made getting approved and moving in so easy. She followed up with me every step and stayed on top of everything. She was super friendly as well as everyone else in the office. I loved working with Monica and I’m going to enjoy living here.

I lived in this complex from 2016 until 2022. 6 years in two different units. All I can say to anyone thinking of moving on here is DONT. RUN away from here. This place is infested with rats as big as small dogs. Roaches no matter how much you clean and spray will never get rid of them. The office manager never exterminates or tries in any way to eliminate these rats and bugs. So disgusting.The place is old and decrepit.Theres no modern amenities.There is no high speed Internet access or free Wi-Fi. Thats just a lie to lure people in.Just like the sparkling pool to cool off in. The pool doesnt even open anymore because its so toxic and the one year it did open it was so packed with people it looked like a can of sardines. Just a bunch of sweaty over weight cholos wearing t shirts and shorts in the water. Pissing and sweating all bunched up and packed in like Vienna sausage.And noisy as hell.Theres no washer dryer hookups in any unit and the laundry rooms are so disgusting I wouldnt wash dirty socks in there. When they were even working. Always one or two machines sitting full of dirty water stinking to like filth .Weve gone days without hot water. The AC breaks down all the time. The managers and office employees are rude and dont care about their residents.They pack more and more people into small apartments and the noise is unimaginable .I paid my rent on time and in full every month without fail yet they wanted to evict me because some loser who wasnt even a resident said my dog snapped at him. Theyre was a huge party on the lawn between the buildings very late and very noisy with so many people drunk and loud into the early morning. No security to break up this loud nuisance or to speak up for the residents.Do not move in here.Do yourself a favor and find somewhere with modern amenities and well kept units that are updated and not so old and dilapidated. This place looks like what it is. A slum. A barrio.Find a plane thats quiet and where the management cares about the residents enough to keep the place clean and peaceful. This is not that place.

I have lived here for a little over a year. My apartment has large rooms and lots of closet space. Definitely something I wanted. The property grounds are always beautifully kept and I do not ever see any trash laying around. Whenever I need to call maintenance, they are usually here the same day. I have lived in other places in the past and management and maintenance are not as responsive as here. No complaints. I plan to renew m lease this year.

Diego was amazing , he gave me all of the information I was looking for and made sure I was taken care of with a new place to call home. I went in and the Rep told me she would be with me in a min her name was Dionisia. She was handling 2 other cust. So she made sure I was ok while still helping other cust. Asked if I wanted to take a tour of a model apt so I did she explained everything through. She made me want to live there. Great cust service. She handled all the people in the office at once and answered the phone. Give her a raise. I almost offered her a job as a sales rep where I work. Great job Dionisia. I just found her card.

Its so sad to read a review talking bad about casa verde when I been a resident for 2 years, and I have seen my neightbors apt and its so nasty as hell food all over dishes everywhere clothes in piles everywhere so dont complain about rodants and roaches if you can keep your apartment clean.I have just good things to say about everything in general from inside office to outside staff. They always curious come in a good matter of time for my work order. So come n visit casa verde and your always welcome.
