I recently went to the property to see how it looked after moving to Austin. I was a little skeptical About the property due to the reviews that was left on Google, but after meeting with Makayla Kristy and Garrett and seeing the maintenance team really really busy I realized that they were trying to turn a new stone. CAF management is the new property team that is managing the complex. The old property manager team is no longer there. That is why the name has been changed because the owners were not happy with the way things were being handled. And on top of all of that, you cannot deny the nature and scenery that’s around you location is prime. Everything you need is around you so I would definitely give them an opportunity to visit the property and see how they have turned things around. Don’t go off the reviews go off managing team that is handling the property now. God bless!!
