    I have lived here for a year, and yes it was rough when I first got here. But the office staff Araceli and Geneva are great. If I have any issues I just go down there and tell them and if I need any work done on my apartment, Avery, the maintenance guy fixes it. All I can say is that it has been improving since I have been here.Jennifer

    Araceli-manager is very nice and does a great job of addressing issues that are brought up by tenants, whether that be disturbances, billing, or maintenance requests. Shes very aware of things that need to get done, and shes very welcoming to anyone that has any concerns or questions!

    The office staff has changed every few months, but the lady who is there now, Olivia, is the best who has been there. My work orders are finally getting done, phones are finally being answered and she’s always attentive. Hoping she’s here to stay!

    This place is under new management and I am impressed. The apartments are in good order, the area is quiet, the tenants are friendly, and the management is highly professional and polite. Their maintenance man, Adolfo is incredible! He can get the job done well and quickly and he has a great spirit about him. This place is really shaping up. It has a neighborhood charm and a peaceful atmosphere. Definitely a great place to be. No, I was not given any deals to write this... Im serious. New management can really turn things around and this place is worth looking into if youre searching for a new home.

    I lived at Fairways Apartments 3 years ago. I enjoyed living here when Sandy was manager she kept everything under control and the apartment building well kept. I really liked the beautiful black appliances in the kitchen and the whole design of the apartment complex inside & out. They are designed very well. Its perfect for singles or a couple with a child or two.After Sandy left a new manager Janet arrived. She was friendly but not organized enough to run an apartment complex primarily consisting of urban people. They begin to accept HUD which brought loud, unruly tenants and the police/ambulance came frequently to this location due to fights and drama.There is an onsite washteria but most of the machines dont work or the machine works improperly. Maintenance does a poor job cleaning the washteria or the apartment complex. Trash is everywhere. There is a pool but it is not filtered with clorine and no one over-seeing to watch who comes & goes at the pool. Most of the hispanics who do not live there come and take over the pool so yhe original tenants cant enjoy it. The mailboxes are in a great location and well organized except postal services sometimes deliver larger packages in the office and the close at various times. Management could be alot better. This place has always had a bad rep for poor management.

    Staff is friendly and helpful, making the experience wonderful. Nicely re-established, pretty and clean. Spacious units and pet/family friendly. Great place to live at a very affordable cost.
