I have lived here for 5 years now and pleased to call it home. Super Spacious, quite and clean not to mention the majority of the people living here have been here for years and very safe and kid/pet friendly. The office ladies Christina and Nancy are very friendly and the Maintenance men are so friendly and prompt. I plan to live here for as long as I can afford it. Prices went up some but it was all due to Covid but its understandable. Proud to call Camino Real Apts my forever Home. Thanks Camino Real❤️🙏Its been over a year since I left my apartment and need to be honest I miss it very much. I made many friends at the complex and the lady that lived right next to me. Unfortunately she passed away peacefully in her apt. & Is Resting Eternal Heaven. I would still be living there if they didnt start charging us for the water which was not accurate amounts & many tenants moved for that reason. Plus they raised the rent to a ridiculous amount. They didnt take into consideration that I was never late in those 5 years and never complained about anything but honestly I had hoped to live there til it was my turn to go to Heaven. Dont have No regrets living there🙏❤️

I lived in these apartments from 2008 - 2012. Returning to El Paso I moved back into these apartments in 2022 to present. These are the best apartments Ive lived in. Management is great and the apartment grounds are very clean. Inside the apartments are spacious and clean. I love the floorplan because you can actually move your living room and bedroom around if you wanted a change. The maintenance crew are also fast and efficient. I could go on and on about these apartments. If youre looking for good apartments that are quiet, clean, and affordable, then look into the Camino Real Apartments. You wont be sorry!

I often leave Google Reviews,Especially when folks do things right! I moved in to Camino Real Apartments a little over a month ago. I lived here many years back before moving to Florida and would not live anywhere else when I came back to Texas. The reasons? The apartments are spacious and you can immediately see how they are well maintained and taken care of. Also, the grounds are beautifully kept, creating a wonderful environment in beautiful surroundings. I imagine the people responsible for these wonderful things are the management, which is comprised of two warm, welcoming and accommodating women, Cristina Whited and Nanci (whos last name I know but it is long and I do not want to butcher the spelling 😁) I had a small issue when I moved in and all I had to do was reach out and they sent a maintenance engineer to fix it right away! His name is Eddie, he courteous and was patient with me and answered all my questions. I LOVE this place! I am so glad they had an opening🙌 !! As I mentioned, I lived here quite a few years back so I need to mention, they seem to update the aesthetics of the apartments often. Thecountertops, tile and amenities were all different from when I lived here 7 years ago and are absolutely Beautiful!! All this coupled with the amazing staff are why I truly love this place!

Spacious apartments in a great and safe neighborhood. The office staff, handymen, all employees are sweet and helpful. Residents are respectful and nice. I simply love this property. Definitely feels like home.

A place to call home!!Positive environment and the people, is everything!! I and hubbys first time in ElPaso since March last year and we are glad that were in one of the best apartments. We moved from Camino Real last month after living there for 3.5 years and we miss the staff. The ladies in the office were so kind and willing to help and the maintenance crew were very responsive and cheerful workers. They all made our time there wonderful. A few more perks to living there is that it’s a short distance away from Fort Bliss, a walk away from Album (Eastwood) Park, and our church and schools. If we didn’t have to move, we would’ve happily extended our stay there.

What a beautiful place I found to call home. I relocated from Dallas to El Paso and thought it would be hard to find a place with curb appeal and service, but when I saw this place, I immediately had to go in and see if it was for me. From the first visit to the office to the last day turning in my keys, the staff at Camino Real made me fee special and welcomed. It was a great choice and I hated leaving, but am having a house built. Otherwise this would be my forever home.Each and every time I had a maintenance call or just needed to discuss any upcoming changes the wonderful management in the office took care of me immediately. They are skilled and genuine in the care and professional service of their residents. Boy, did I get lucky at Camino Real!!! The pool was always clean, the complex is safe and quiet, and the residents are all respectful of one another. An example of the office management and staff, Im sure. It was hard to leave, but if you need a place to call home, go see the management at Camino Real. They will forever have a special place in my heart.

The complex is beautiful with spacious homes. Everyone is friendly here from the staff to the residents. The apartment is quiet and comfortable and overall a great place to live!

Apartment hunting? I would definitely recommend living at the Camino Real Apartments. The complex is a quiet & friendly community with beautiful landscaping, hard working staff & spacious apartments that were easy to call home. If you’re looking for privacy & comfort I have no doubt you’ll find that here. We had the pleasure of living here for 2 1/2 years. In our time here we didn’t encounter any problems. The ladies at the front office and the maintenance staff were always on top of things.

Overall Atmosphere: Very nice, quiet, GREEN place to call home.The ladies in the Office are very nice.The community itself is pretty big. Its a safe place for children.Apartments: Huge sized, older build but well maintainedParking: Open, uncovered except for the town homes. First come first served, but I have rarely had any issues finding a spot.Landscaping: Maintained well, the grass is always well watered and trimmed. It is a magnet for the kids to come out and play in the evenings. Some people dont pick up after their dogs and that makes it a little untidy.Accessibility: 2 miles from the highway, walking distance to Albertsons and the local church. Album park is huge and is almost literally in our backyard.

I lived in Camino Real for four years and never had any issues. If something needed fixing it was taken care of quickly. The office management Christina and Nancy are the best! The grounds are kept nice. I relocated to San Antonio but if I ever have to move back to El Paso I will go back to Camino Real. Definitely worth five stars.

We looked long and hard for an apartment complex and this one beat them all! Very spacious and the outdoor space is amazing! Everything is clean and well maintained! There are 2 pools that are beautifully upkept as well! The staff is very friendly and fast to resolve any issues. Great community as well, everyone is friendly and pretty quiet.

We moved to Camino Real from Rochester, NY in August. We are so extremely happy with our beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom townhome.Here are some of the best things about Camino Real:- Super friendly, responsive and helpful staff. If something breaks, they fix it right away. Christina & Nancy in the office are gems.- Two pools and beautifully maintained grounds with plenty of trees.- Ample parking- Thick walls. We never hear our neighbors. The entire complex is very quiet and peaceful.- Close to Eastwood Park for walking or running. Close to airport and I-10. Albertsons groceries and Ace hardware a half-mile down the road.Love Camino Real!Michael and Catherine

It is a very nice place, they are very well maintained everywhere, you can see workers cleaning and arranging the pool, it is very well located, clean as is everything, the staff is very friendly and the apartments are very well located, they can have pets, I have seen several people walking their dogs
