I have been living here for two and a half years, and I just renewed for another year and a half. I really like these apartments, the people are calm and friendly. Desire is super nice and friendly… the girls in front of the desk, Allie and Deborah, are the best… ever since I got here… the maintenance is the same… especially Hugo… without them, Camden would not be what it is today! I know there are more people behind this, but my favorite squad is them, so I congratulate them publicly because they deserve it.

I love living here! The complex is clean and beautifully maintained. The management team is friendly, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile. The maintenance team is fantastic — requests are handled quickly, and any issues I’ve had were resolved with care and professionalism. For everything you get, I feel the price is really fair. I had issues with my online rental application at Camden, and it kept failing. When I went to the office in person, I was fortunate to meet leasing consultant Deborah Cody. She, along with the manager, patiently assisted me through each step of the application process and helped resolve all the issues. Thanks to her guidance, I was able to successfully complete my application. Deborah’s professionalism and patience made the whole experience so much smoother and more enjoyable. I truly appreciate her help and highly recommend her to anyone!

I’ve been here for nearly half a year and have been very satisfied with Camden. Only things holding me back from giving 5-stars is neighbors taking packages/not returning them if delivered to wrong unit, lack of parking spots for actual renters and not enough security runs and cameras in blind spots.

I and my family have lived at Camden Yorktown for almost 6+ years and we had incredible living experience. We have never regretted or frustrated with anything actually it was amazing, good neighbors, respected and quick service when we requested. Talking about school neighborhood, when you hear any Camden think about good schools close by and good communities as whole. Camden Yorktown is a great place to call “HOME”. The entire staff always greet you with a nice smile and are very helpful to people’s needs and at the same time staff are very quick to solve any problem that arises. The grounds and facilities team are very hard-working men kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24/7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I love the convenience of a pool during swimming season. I strongly recommend Camden Yorktown for anyone especially when you have kids attending school because school’s neighborhood are very good from middle school to high school otherwise Camden Yorktown is very good place to live and enjoy:😊.

Ive been here at Camden Yorktown for about two months now. So far were very happy with their maintenance and other services. Deborah at the leasing office is a darling !! Always hears our problems with patience and takes measures right away to solve it. Community is kept clean and maintained well. Only one downside that bothered us is that visitor parking is limited and sometimes its hard to get a spot for the guests. Otherwise the apartments are spacious compared to the price. Hopefully we can live here with peace in the coming few years...😊

We had a great experience at Camden Yorktown. All staff are extremely accommodating and genuinely care to help in any way they can without making it seem like youre a burden. We even had to cancel our lease early (sadly, because we really loved living here!) due to a job out of state and they kindly worked with us every step of the way. The pool is great, the gym is great, and the dog park is great. Would live here again if back in town! Definitely recommend.

I came here to write a review for Camden YT as I usually do after 5-6 months of moving in and am surprised on seeing such bad comments. Or maybe just thankful that I didnt had a bad experience as the others yet.For me, this place is Home. from day 1, any issues that we had were taken care of right away. I have an open view from my apartment which is another plus for me. Appliances are all great. Their maintenance throughout the project has been impressive. Yes, there certainly are stomping sounds but that is very much expected when living in the apartment. Unless you get stuck with a nagging neighbor who complains even when you walk from one room to another, this may be a great place for you too.

I stopped by to look at apartments with a friend here a few months back. The place looks great people were very friendly and helpful, can’t remember the lady’s name that helped us but she answered every question we had. Making an appointment was easy as they were able to text us rather than email or call since we were tight on time to communicate. The place looked clean and even met one of the guys that works fixing things he was pretty cool and knowledgeable. Great place overall my friend did end up taking an apartment.

Only great things to say about living here at the Camden Yorktown apartments for a year! The staff is both kind and professional ! The maintenance crew responds promptly! No request is too small! All are so helpful.I was very excited about the pet-friendly environment. I brought home a puppy last September and found the policies to be very reasonable. Doggie waste stations are all around the well-maintained grounds.Beautiful pool...great gym...and most all of the families are respectful and quiet. I read many Google reviews of dozens of apartment complexes in the area and Im happy to say the positive reviews for Camden Yorktown are spot-on!

I moved in 3/29/17 and so far this place is Awesome! The Staff were so nice and even fed me lunch while I was filling out my application. The community is SO quiet. Its convenient to Beltway 8 and close to my job. So far I am happy being here and love the my apartment. They have a food truck that comes every Thursday to feed us (we pay) and its always something different. They always maintain the property and just a great place to live! Thank you Staff for always being nice and doing a great job! :-)

I have lived here a month and the leasing office ladies are very pleasant and tentative to your needs. The maintenance is very polite and quick to take care of any issues and help in any way they can. I never had to wait a day to have anything I request completed. The whole staff by far is great!

Had a defaulty fire alarm unit suddenly start sounding. Being hard wired, all the other alarms in apartment were sounding off at same time. Was able to contact support and Hugo was sent out and fixed issue for the evening by removing faulty unit. Then came back the next morning to install new unit. We are now back to peace and quiet here.

Although I am quite the hermit,I honestly enjoyed living here. I did have some noisy neighbors but it wasnt consistent. The majority of the community is rather considerate. The staff(including maintenance) were super nice and really helpful. Granted we did have car break-ins this year but Im glad that security is being improved on.Kinda bummed out that I have to move but such is life. Im definitely not switching from Camden apartments though.

Thank you for your service and dedication!!!Update: I will be honest, there are tires that are being stolen from vehicles in the community. I am blessed to say that I do have an attached garage to my unit. I have not had any problems with my neighbors.

I lived at Camden Yorktown for 8 years and loved every day I was there. The Office Management staff were always professional, polite and willing to help with any issues, which were resolved quickly. The Maintenance Team was exceptional, especially Hugo. He always responded to maintenance requests in a timely manner with a smile on his face. He is truly awesome! The only reason I left Camden is that I broke my right leg and wrist and, being 81years old, I am now unable to live alone. It was with a heavy heart that I had to leave my apartment at Camden Yorktown. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a nice place to call home.

I made a bunch of friends today! I began my day by talking with Jorge (who works in Maintenance) from my patio. What a nice and helpful young man. I called the office as he suggested and was greeted by Allie who was very pleasant and professional. I told her that I was visiting my son-in-law and attempting to help make his man cave feel more like home. Allie put in a work order for a handful of minor issues. I stressed that these were not emergencies and I expected someone to show up with a handful of washers, a light globe and a couple of tools in a day or two. To my delight, within a couple of hours, Leo from Maintenance came over and put a new globe in the bathroom, a brand new cordless window shade up in the bedroom, a brand new complete faucet in the kitchen and installed a brand new faucet on the bathroom sink. All with a smile! I called to speak with Dalia Hernandez (the manager) and gave her my info so that I could email the corporate office to tell them how awesome everyone is, including her. I think I must have taken up half an hour of her time bragging on her staff. 😎 I worked in property management for a great deal of my business career. I was highly impressed with every single person I interacted with today and would have been proud to have such an amazing, professional, polite and respectful group of people on my team when I worked at the corporate office of a management company. I am certain that the Camden Group is equally impressed with the fine employees that make the difference at Camden Yorktown! In my search for apartments, this place was the best overall. I looked over many apartment complex in Houston. Many looked nice but didnt have the best management or other issues. Other places werent as nice but cost more than Camden. Camden has great management, quick and timely maintenance staff, a beautiful pool and lounge area, and more.One comment about the staff: we had a water outage for a short time this week and I had low water pressure this morning. I commented on our apartment page that I had low water pressure and like a minute later, one of the staff followed up with me. Thats the level of commitment the staff at Camden Yorktown provide.The pictures on the website dont give this place enough credit. I was overwhelmed with joy and relieved by how nice this place was. Im glad to call this place my home.Ill likely update this review as time goes on. :)

I have had the privilege of living at the Yorktown apartment homes now for 2+ years. I can tell you it is clean, safe, perfectly located, and the staff is great. Repairs, if needed, are done quickly, and effectively most notably with brand new components, or items. The folks in maintenance are top notch. Its a great place to live. I am happy to call this complex my home.

On Thursdays, residents have a choice of purchasing food from some of the best food trucks in the area! During the hot and humid days of summer, you can cool off in the remarkably clean pool. When I want to shed those pounds after the holidays, I can always take advantage of the 24-hour work out area.Im glad I made the choice of living at Camden Yorktown Apartments!

Ive lived here for more than six years. The apartments are well built and maintenance is incredible. All my interactions with staff have been great. I love the office staff. There have been personnel changes over the years but everyone has been professional and caring. I think they do a pretty good job of keeping us informed and they schedule cool things on the property, like Food Truck Thursday.I cant say enough good things about the maintenance staff. The guys are knowledgeable and courteous. You can submit issues online or just drop by the office and let them know. The guys are usually there within the hour and the problem is solved.Parking on the property is limited. I have heard complaints where visitors have taken permit parking spaces but that will probably be an issue anywhere. Ive always had a garage so Ive not had to deal with the issue directly.The location between a commercial area and some nice residential subdivisions actually makes it a quiet area. It is 5 minutes to Beltway 8 and 6 minutes to US 290. The park and Ride at West Little York is a 10 minute drive in morning traffic. Shopping areas are plentiful within 15 minutes. There is a grocery store and drug store within a mile that you could walk to but the lack of sidewalks on West Little York makes it uninviting.Overall, its a great place to live.

My elderly mother moved from her home near Beaumont to be near my family. For several years, we had looked for an acceptable house nearby before she moved into Camden Yorktown. Since she had always owned a house, there were many concerns about her living in an apartment. She has been here about five months now, and I believe moving her to Camden Yorktown has been the best decision for our family. The apartment complex is quiet, clean, and well kept. The staff has been friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I worked primarily with Wandy in the office, who has been outstanding and always willing to help in any way she can. The maintenance team is excellent as well. They are quick to respond to any repairs or concerns, and are some of the most kind and friendly people I have met. Last week as Hurricane Harvey was arriving, my mothers car wouldnt start because it needed a new battery. I went by the office to see if anyone could help me. The rain had already begun, but Jugo came out with me immediately, and jump started my moms car. I was so appreciative and offered a small monetary gift, but he refused to take it and seemed genuinely happy to help us out. While we were there, another maintenance guy even came over to offer assistance.I would highly recommend Camden Yorktown, and am so glad we made the decision to make this home for my mom!

Sadly I just moved out of this place after 2 years, but my experience there was amazing. The leasing staff and maintenance team really care about there tenants and its definitely a community there. This place has absolutely spoiled me in what I expect from my next apartment. Service requests answered quickly, issues handled swiftly and the tenants and pets are cared for. Even with the issues I had during Harvey, this team and complex took care of me. I hate to go but they made one incredible impact on me. Miss you guys!

The apartment is quiet, the appliances are working well, location is convenient, pool area is beautiful, and we also enjoy the events hosted by the management office. The only downside is the parking is pretty packed and it is hard to find parking if we get home late from work.

We moved in with two dogs & moved out with two dogs, two kids, & over three years of memories that my husband and I will forever hold in our hearts. As a Camden employee, I could have lived at any of the Camden communities but we chose to stay here before we purchased our home. The close proximity of our kids’ daycare was a huge plus & having Kroger down the street was so convenient. We already miss maintenance & the pool. It’s been two months and my son still asks to “go home.” 😭 Thank you guys for everything!

The pool area is beautiful and the dog park would be oh so handy. If I had actually moved to Houston, this would be the first place I would choose!

I have lived in this community for 2-3 years now. And I would definitely recommend living here. When I need something, they immediately take care of it. No questions asked. They take care of the grounds and the trash pick up is fantastic. I also need to mention the staff. These people are amazing. One person, in particular, that stands out is Kaylee Smith. Ive had the pleasure of dealing with her on multiple occasions. She actually cares and takes the time to listen and follow through with her actions. When you meet someone that cares, you know it. And she cares. Its refreshing.

The number one thing that this community has is that you are greeted with happy and cheerful smile when you walk in the office or the maintenance team always ask if there is anything that you may need help with even if its a ride to the office on their cart. Weve enjoyed our stay at Camden Yorktown so far. There are events for residents at the clubhouse (last weekend was brunch and mimosas for example), a beautiful pool, and a fenced dog run. The apartments themselves are clean, and the walls arent too thin. Everyone is friendly from what Ive experienced.

The Camden Yorktown units are well maintained, have an excellent and courteous staff, and a great location – close to Beltway 8, 290, Hwy 6 and I-10. It is a newer property, with well-designed floorplans and decent closets and storage. If you need more storage, there are storage rooms available in every building and additional garages. We have been living in a two bedroom unit, the Brittany, but the prices have continued to rise, so we will be transferring into a 1 bedroom Normandy. The kitchen is very workable and the units feel spacious and open. The only downside has been the noise of A/C units outside the 1st floor bedrooms (right next to the window). The property is well maintained and the head of maintenance is excellent. With any luck, the pricing for apartments in Houston will level off and we will be able to continue to live here.

Ive lived here for a almost a year and a half my overall experience has been relatively good with Camden Yorktown. Below are some specifics.Pros:-The apartment itself is great! All appliances, HVAC, cabinetry, sinks, facuets, toilets, etc. are up to date and work very well.-Any maintenance requests you send in are resolved quickly.-The apartment grounds are kept in excellent shape, nearly perfect actually.-Relatively quiet place to live/sleep.-The on-site gym is good for an apartment gym. A decent set of free weights, four treadmills, three ellipticals, medicine balls, and various machines for the major muscle groups are present.-Office staff are friendly. Ive always been greeted kindly and feel welcome.-Good place to live if you work very close by. My work is about a mile down West Little York and the commute is very short. Saves on time and gas for sure!-Clientele that live here is good. Mostly families and young adults. I havent had any issues with crime or feeling unsafe walking around at night.Cons:-Expensive. Im living here because its close to work, but I realized that I could also be paying for a house with twice the square footage of my 2-bedroom apartment for slightly less than my monthly rent.-Pricing scheme is odd. Each individual unit is priced uniquely and these prices seem to go up and down depending on how their corporate office anticipates supply/demand. When my first lease was up, they offered me a renewal of about $300 more per month, which was ridiculous. I transferred to a different unit that had more square footage for only $50 more a month instead of renewing at that same unit. Why not just let me stay where I was originally for the extra $50/month? Doesnt make sense to me.-Extra fees add up quickly. $42/month for basic cable and $20/month for trash pick-up are mandatory. If you transfer to a different unit, theyll try to charge you an additional move-in fee because its a new unit.-Parking can suck sometimes. The east side of the complex is pretty bad, theres not enough parking for the amount of residents there, which causes them to have to park farther and farther away the later in the day it gets.-Traffic in front of the complex on West Little York can be terrible after work (5pm-7pm). Its not always terrible, but Ive noticed that it does happen at least a couple evenings out of an ordinary work week.-Large speed bumps get annoying!

This apartment complex is well placed, beautiful, and the staff, in particular Kayleigh, are Top Notch Quality.My only complaints are with the community of people living in the complex itself. The majority of them Ive interacted with are snobbish, self-centered, super loud (stomping on floors and slamming doors), leave the community grills on all night, and dont clean up after their pets (poor maintenance guys are out there in the heat cleaning it up for them)I would recommend any Camden establishment to anyone. I love living at this amazing apartment complex! I have received nothing but quick & friendly service. I very much enjoy the sleek and professional atmosphere of the complex along with the amenities. I work at NOV so its very convenient living 1 mile away.

Just moved here about month ago everything is great, it is clean and very well maintained has a good management and most of the stuff are nice and very helpful the only thing that i do not like in the community that there is no kids area however many families have kids here, I hope it would be considered soon.
