    My partner and I moved here on a whim, hoping for the best, and are very pleased to say that we have loved living here! The 2 pools and the game room are great, parking is great, the complex itself is very safe and quiet, and we love the trash valet! The one complaint I have is that weve had a lot of appliance issues: our AC, washer, and dryer have broken so far in the 7 months weve been here. I would have given 4 stars HOWEVER wed put in a maintenance request and every time the maintenance staff comes immediately the next day, which we are VERY appreciative of! I would highly recommend this apartment!

    Camden is a great place to live. Clean and quiet and most issues that do come up are immediately taken care of. Big shout out to all the team members that makes this community great. Also a special shout out to Kaitlyn Dreamer who may be one of the best leasing consultants that we have ever worked with. Very professional, sweet, knowledgable and caring!

    We love our stay here. Its a great location and quiet neighborhood. Also the management team are very welcoming and professional. Shoutout to Kaitlyn from helping us since we moved here.     Camden Plazas management team is simply excellent! Having lived here for one and a half years, I can confidently say that Ive had nothing but a great experience.The team takes excellent care of the public areas such as the hallway, gym, office, and garage, ensuring that they are always clean and well-maintained. Even when a few bad residents threw used cups in the stairway and garage, the team cleaned it up quickly and efficiently, leaving no room for complaints.The management teams dedication to the property is evident through their constant upgrades to the public areas. New signs and facilities are regularly added, making it evident that they treat the place as their own. Their seriousness towards security is also commendable. Recently, there have been car and home break-ins in the surrounding areas, and unfortunately, we were one of the victims. However, the leasing office acted quickly and sent out a notice to all residents, informing us of the situation. They then added daytime and nighttime patrols and installed more security cameras to ensure everyones safety. I have friends who have faced similar incidents in other apartments or cities, but the management simply muted them and did nothing about it. Camden is definitely not one of those places.Communication is another strong suit of this team. I have had to ask them to hold my packages while I was on vacation, and I have also discussed lease renewals with them. In both cases, they were extremely professional and flexible, showing that they value their residents requests.The maintenance team is equally responsive, always coming as early as possible and ensuring that the job is done quickly and effectively. I have never had a single complaint but only appreciation for their work.Overall, thanks to the fantastic team at Camden Plaza, I now have a very positive impression of Camden. Their dedication to maintaining and improving the property, keeping residents informed and safe, and being responsive to our needs, is truly commendable. Great job!

    I wish I could remember his name :/ but my leasing agent was AMAZINGGG! He helped and answered every single question, trust me there was a lot asked! But one of my overall favorite and best tours I’ve ever had. Thank you so much for helping and ensuring all my questions were answered.

    Really love living here, very clean apartments, no issues with pests, great staff. Only complaint is they do 4 hour fire alarm testing once a year, which is pretty inconvenient, but they do give you a solid heads up for weeks in advance so you can easily make accommodations to not be there during this time. Other times their fire alarms have randomly go off for 5-15 minutes which is not ideal if you have pets like I do, but they recently fixed their alarms, so I dont think this will continue to be an issue. Overall, this is a very nice community with newly renovated apartments, and one of the best maintenance staffs Ive ever seen. Highly recommend.

    Plenty of parking spaces when visiting a friend or family member. They have two pools and both of them are nice. Gym has new equipment and is a good size for an apartment gym. They do need more charging ports for Tesla cars.

    I have been living at Camden plaza going on 2 years now & I have loved every moment of it . The property itself is beautiful , safe , and always clean . The leasing staff are amazing and quick to help . I really do enjoy living here , I couldn’t image going anywhere else !

    We lived here 2011 thru 2013. Great quiet location, the church got a little hectic around the holidays and some Sundays, but its organized and they have tons of security. The apartments are spacious, some of the biggest we have lived in, the appliances were good, and repair service was great.This spot is so close to everything, but still tucked away so that you arne bothered. Nights were quiet, relaxing, location felt real safe. Pool and grounds were just serene. I wish we had an inner facing unit next to pool with fountains.

    This was my first apartment when I moved to Houston and must I say the management team here cares about their residents.. at the time when there were a lot of break ins, the management team acted up upon installing more cameras and hiring security almost immediatly.. my car was one of the unfortunate cars to get broken into and Isaiah did a wonderful job of taking care of me. He even let me get a reserved spot by security without paying until I got my window fixed! I was shaken by the series of events and was able to break my lease renewal because of it.. fast forward 3 months later, I canceled my move out and decided to just get another unit here since my stay at Camden Plaza has improved. For the amenities that you get and convenience, it is well worth it! thanks Camden team!

    My husband works for the Camden company and one of the benefits is the vacation suite at select Camden locations. Weve stayed at the suite here twice and both times have been absolutely perfect. The suite and property are clean, safe, and BEAUTIFUL. Both times that we stayed have been holiday weekends so there wasnt much staff on duty, but that was no problem --- our suite was well prepared both times with snacks, towels, pillows, blankets, and even a little tub of Blue Bell ice cream. Everything was well organized and easy that weve never had any issues. I wish Camden ran hotels too because we honestly prefer Camdens service more than most hotels weve visited! Thank you so much for all you do!

    My husband and I moved to Houston a year and a half ago and needed to find an apartment quick. It was a stressful time and we quickly became overwhelmed with trying to find an apartment in such short notice. Once we visited Camden Plaza, we knew this was the right choice for us! The location is perfect, the units are nice, and the building is very well maintained. The staff is so helpful, welcoming, and attentive. Ericka, Hillary, Camille, Ashley, and the maintenance staff are all wonderful. I truly cant say enough great things about Camden Plaza and feel so lucky to have found this place! We may never leave!

    I just moved out of the Camden Plaza recently but I have nothing but good things to say about it. The amenities and location are a great value with what you pay for. The leasing office and the apartment maintenance crew are wonderful and friendly and keep you up to date with news and events. Work orders are done quickly and in a timely manner. Dogs and cats are allowed which was a plus for me. They have an Amazon locker for package deliveries, a gym, an office area, and many more amenities.If youre looking in the area, definitely stop by for a tour. Its walking distance from Edwards Cinema, Costco, numerous restaurants and other locations, and Lakewood Church. Never had a problem or complaint here with my stay. Highly recommended. Good luck!

    Living at Camden Plaza was an amazing experience. My top priorities when looking for a place to live were safety, pet friendliness, and supportive office staff... all of which were superb and second to none. Another bonus was my recently renovated loft that was very spacious, luxurious, and homey. The residents at Camden Plaza are all very friendly (my pup would agree). The staff and maintenance team are very responsive and caring. There are tons of restaurants, grocery stores, and other essential businesses nearby within walking distance. I have had the pleasure of meeting and interacting with Mandy and Nubia in the front office and I strongly suggest you stop by for a tour if you are looking for apartments in the Greenway area.

    I’ve only been living here for a few weeks now but I absolutely love it, I have lived in other Camden locations before and I gotta say Camden Plaza is my favorite. The place is super well maintained, beautiful and has a cozy atmosphere being a small community. The team who works here are really nice and helpful. Daniel Morriss helped me with moving in, I was living out of town and had to get the apartment without checking it in person, he was very helpful by sending me pictures and videos of the apartment I was interested in and provided me with top service that made my decision to move in easy. Everyone else in the leasing office is nice and always there to offer their help when needed. I only required services from the maintenance team twice and they were very quick to respond and very efficient.And it goes without saying that location is great.I definitely recommend this place.I will update this review in few months too.

    I came in to tour Camden Plaza and cannot say enough great things! Carrie showed me around the community. She and the entire staff are so friendly and accommodating. The communitys location is great - it is beautiful and well-kept. I love that they are so pet-friendly. I know my little yorkie Bo will love the bark park and the pet treat bar in the office! How cool is that?! You can tell they truly love what they do! I cant wait to call Camden Plaza my home!!

    My wife and I have lived at Camden Plaza for 4 months now, and I can honestly say it has been the best apartment experience we have ever had. One week before we moved from Tennessee, a prior housing arrangement fell through and we were left scrambling for a place to stay once we got to Houston. I got back on the search and found Camden Plaza, which had great reviews and had a central location to most areas in Houston. By the next afternoon, I had signed a lease with Camden and was worry free. Camden Plaza continues to wow us today with fantastic amenities and exceptional management. A wonderful place to call home.

    I have lived at Camden Plaza for about a year and a half now. It is great! The office staff are wonderful, very friendly and definitely want to work with you to help you find the best apartment. The best part about Camden that I have never had at any other apartment is the social events. They are paired with a company that throws a little party once a month for residents, there are always TONS of residents at each one.It is also a great place for dogs. Im not sure of an actual percentage but I am pretty sure 75% of the people here have dogs and we all get to know each other. There is a cute dog run if you have an active puppy and you dont want to go all the way to the park after work.The gym is nice and they always update it with new equipment. Maintenance staff here is awesome too, any time I have had a problem they are here by the next day if not the day I request it and can always fix it immediately. I dont know how they always know exactly what part to bring to fix the problem, but they do and it is done within a few minutes.

    I’ve resided in Camden Plaza for over three years, and I’ve met the most amazing people ever! The staff is some of the nicest, most accommodating, hospitable, and serving staff I’ve ever seen. They host these community events that make it so fun to be around all of our neighbors. I’ve lived at a couple Camden properties and they are all pretty consistent. I love Camden and all the great people that come through there!

    Ive lived at Camden Plaza for almost a year and its been great! The community is always clean and well taken care of. The staff in the office (Heidi, Daniel, Madi & Carrie,) is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is so awesome, theyre quick to take care of your maintenance requests. Theres a Peloton bike in the cycling room that I love to use. The location is great. Its quiet and surrounded by great restaurants. Ive really enjoyed my stay and hope this review can help others find a home here at Camden Plaza.

    I love living at Camden Plaza. Security is priority to me and here I feel safe. The complex is always well lit and the gates always work. There’s an amazon package locker so I always get my deliveries. Maintenance is quick and reliable. The Camden front office team is excellent they’re always there to help. I love living in this community.

    Camden Plaza was rated #1 on the top best places to live in Houston for no reason. I have enjoyed my time here at this community, the warmth and support of all the office and maintenance staff is more than I could ask for. I enjoy how close it is to all the hype, great food, entertainment and pretty much anything and everything. It is nice to know that the staff is there for you when you need something and to know that you feel at home each night. I look forward to the many more memories to be had.

    After one year living in Camden Plaza, I recently decided to renew my lease for one more year. One of the biggest factors has been safety, how responsive the staff is to tenants needs and the upkeep of the building.1) Ive never had a security issue or felt unsafe while being here. Doors and gates all have proper entry mechanisms that try to prevent non-residents from entering.2) The staff has responded and acted fast to my service requests.3) The premises overall have always been kept clean and orderly.Carrie did a fantastic job in answering my questions promptly and communication was clear and efficient during the leasing process (both in new lease and transfer). Looking forward to one more year here.

    I cant say enough about Camden Plaza- I love it here!! We just moved here in October and its been a breath of fresh air. Ive never lived anywhere with faster maintenance - sometimes it has even been within the hour?! The office team/ maintenance staff are the BEST - youll never know if they had a bad day because everyone is always so friendly. The grounds are always extremely well attended, resident events are fun and a great way to meet the neighbors, and its very dog friendly. I usually never really use the amenities at apartments, but I found myself cancelling my gym membership because the Plaza gym has everything I need and a separate work out room if youre not using a machine. My crazy dog loves the dog park downstairs, and I cant wait to use the pool this summer! Lease here now! You wont regret it :)

    As someone who just moved to Houston in July, I had no idea what to expect. I came across Camden Plaza while researching possible apartments, and decided to take a look. Well, 2 months later, I couldnt be more pleased with my decision to live here. The location is amazing, the staff is incredible, and the apartments are superb and taken care of. The maintenance of them is second to none! They also take great pride in maintaining a secure and comfortable place to live for all of the tenants. Overall, its an amazing place to live!

    Ive called Camden Plaza home for 4+ years. Its an updated, quiet, small complex. Central location and easy freeway access. Management has been on point, addressing concerns immediately. Ive always been a renter, and this has been by far the best complex Ive ever been. Rent is on the higher end, but its worth every penny. My only complaints would be the tiny gym, the guest parking situation and not being able to use a long distance number to get gate access.

After almost half a year, I am sure that we made a great decision and have loved every month here.     Camden Plaza is a great place to live, and I love it!!What a GREAT team - Jenna, Hillary, Sasha and the newest member Laura are extremely friendly and considerate. They pay attention to each resident and treat us like family. You can go into the office at any time and the ladies will know your name and apartment number without missing a beat.. They host events (free of charge) for us all the time. Don’t feel like cooking? No problem, they have food trucks come to us weekly. If you need maintenance, services are done the same day most of the time.You can’t beat the location, it’s close to town and very convenient. There are many shops, restaurants, and a movie theater within walking distance.It is a beautiful place and I am blessed to live in this great community.

    Camden Plaza is a great place to live. I moved here a little less than a year ago and have absolutely loved it. For starters, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They really take the time to get to know you and add a warm experience to the community by paying attention to the small thinks like checking in on you and giving birthday cards. The apartmentent complex has events which foster a neighborly community as well as being fun.The maintence staff are prompt and fix any problems as soon as that same day. The apartments are clean and open concept with nice accents like granite and wood like floors. The courtyard units are isolated from the noise of the city.The amenities are great. The pools are well kept and very relaxing. The fitness room contains all the basics and has classes of an evening.The location could not get much better it is close to stores and restaurants. It is close enough to get downtown quickly and it is right next to the highway for fast travel.All in all, its a great place to live and I am so lucky to have found it.

    One of the best places where Ive been privileged to reside!!! Camden Plaza welcomed me with a small meal in the fridge and gave occasional thank you gifts. Theyre a super convenient, clean, and quiet complex. They even have different food trucks on Wednesday. I really wish I could stay forever, but needed to move closer to work. You will love it when you move here!!!

    Ive lived here for almost 5 years now. Its been a mostly positive experience given the great location, courteous staff, wonderful maintenance team, and the 3 different units that have met my living needs at different stages in life. Its definitely not the same value it formerly was though. As with most places, expenses to live here have risen, but amenities and programming have not been offered to match the fees that have been tacked on over the years. There have also been a string of burglaries and vehicle break ins recently - we were on the news. It took collective outrage from several residents to get any positive changes on the matter. Apparently a couple units have also been used on air BnB for several months now too, which isnt exactly comforting amidst rising crime. Its a great place to live if youre lucky enough to not get robbed. Otherwise, its an expensive experience that gives you a false sense of security until you are.

    Best deal in the area! I have had the privilege of living here twice. I first lived here in May 2009 for one year. The apartment is great and safe. The staff is awesome. Location is key, centralized to everything and right off US 59. I can get to Rice Village, Midtown, Montrose and the Galleria within minutes. Washington Avenue is only about 10 minutes away. Lots of restaurants around to walk or ride your bike too. If youre a movie buff like me Edwards is a block over. Easy to catch a movie anytime and dont have to pay for the parking.Unfortunately I made the mistake of leaving after one year. I floated around for a bit and made the decision to come back in April 2015. The big difference between 2009 and 2015 was how many more apartments were built in the area. Its almost insane. I actually did a lot of research this time around and visited 8 complexes (all of them newer) between the Galleria and Montrose. After visiting all of them Camden Plaza was still my favorite. They had the best rate and in my opinion the best floor plans. Even better, when I visited, the place looked the exact same. They do an excellent job maintaining the complex. More restaurants have popped up. The staff is very friendly and always nice. I cant say enough about the place.

    Ive always loved living at Camden Plaza and recently came back after a few years away from Houston. The location is incredibly convenient. You can walk everywhere and the community itself offers so many awesome amenities! I love the fitness center and free classes. Gotta love Camden!

    Ive been a resident here for a year and a half now and absolutely love this place. Everything (worth going to) in the city is ten minutes away. The community is small and therefore, residents receive more attention to their needs. The staff is absolutely amazing - cant say enough. They go beyond the call of duty to ensure your comfort. Ive been living in apartments all my life and this is by far my best experience. The maintenance service fixes things the same day you request it - sometimes within an hour. These guys know what theyre doing. Apartment designs are contemporary with tall ceilings, wooden floors, granite, and an open design. The residents that Ive met here so far are young professionals and very decent people. The rent is on the higher end in the market but well worth it in my view. The only negative that I can think of is perhaps the guest parking. I have dozens of friends that come visit now and then and were only allowed two guest cars in the lot - had a friend got towed once also but it was my friends fault. If you follow the rules then no issue but Im left with the desire to be able to accommodate more people. Other than that, the place is very quite - amenities are decent (but not extraordinary) - and residents are well mannered, educated people. All in all, Id highly recommend taking a look at this place if youre looking for a centralized location in town, and want a quite small community of young professionals, a nicely designed and well lit apartment, and an excellent and reliable staff to take care of you.Best of luck,-Haider

    Another reason I am proud to live and work at Camden: My husband and I had guests over the night before Thanksgiving and 30 minutes before the office closed. We had a problem with the AC, and after calling the office they had the maintenance supervisor take care of it immediately. This was greatly appreciated, especially before the holidays! Thanks to Camden Plaza and the maintenance team for taking care of this so quickly.

    What makes this place stand out is that the management really does care. In the past year, theyve installed a virtual workout system, added Amazon lockers, and are constantly upgrading an already awesome apartment. Need repairs? Maintenance staff has always addressed any issue, from paint touch ups to installing new AC filters, within a few hours. This place is the best.

    Mandy and her fellow staff members made my move to Houston so much easier by being incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns that I had! I had to move to Houston during the pandemic for my new job and Mandy helped made the whole process much smoother. She is very quick to answer questions and address any concerns you might have. The community itself is very nicely kept, quiet and safe. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to move to Houston!

    Location:I have walked to the movies, Chipotle, Starbs, and Thai Cottage regularly since moving here. Theres a church next door if thats your thing. Costco (and their cheaper gasoline) is just a couple blocks away. Im a ten minute drive from where I work in the med center, with route options for both the highway or a more relaxed drive down the regular roads instead. Downtown is about the same distance, which is great for my boyfriend who works there.The units:Renovated fairly recently. I LOVE the gray tone cabinets, stainless steel fixtures, countertops, and the appliances. I especially love my fridge with the slidey bottom drawer freezer. And if you live on the first floor, you dont have to deal with carpet. This is a big plus in my book. Also, my closet situation is great. One for me, and a separate one for my boyfriend. Ive lived in three separate units since I first moved in here, and they all maximize the use of square footage per floor plan.Staff:The maintenance team is thorough, quick to respond, and makes dealing with hassles as pleasant as possible. From minor leaks to changing air filters to alleviating an electrical lighting issue, theyve done it all. One in particular - I believe his name is Marco - is one of those happy people whose good mood is infectious.The assistant manager, Nubia M., is warm, courteous, and really has a way with people. My boyfriend and I were exploring our options with Nubia at lease renewal time, and she worked with both of us for a win-win-win situation. We ended up in a unit that is much better suited to our living needs, and better for our financial needs as well. Nubias patience as she talked and emailed through all of the options with us deserves its own paragraph, honestly.One of the leasing consultants, Carrie K., also deserves a mention. She is personable and professional. Carrie went above and beyond in attempting to assist me in locating a misdelivered package. In the end, the package was recovered. She also notices the little things (like complimenting my patio decor, which can be seen from the office). Not that that is a requirement of the job by any means, but its definitely a quality that makes you feel more like a community and less like just a place to live in.Amenities:I use the gym regularly, about 3-4 times a week. Its on the smaller end, but the equipment is good for the moderate exercise I do (stair master, rowing machine, elliptical, tread mill, weights, etc.). The size is actually a plus in my book, but to each their own. The gym also has a room with one of those mirror walls, several bikes, a peloton, and a couple punching bags. When I quit kickboxing classes for time/moneys sake, I could still use our local punching bags to work up a good sweat. Yoga mats, medicine balls, and those bouncy ball things are also available. Pre-COVID, they also provided water, some snacks, and towels. Im hoping all of that makes a comeback one day, but even without it, the gym is good for your everyday workouts.We have two pools, and grills beside one of them. Lets just say that I live there on sunny days, and both are well maintained.Theres also a club room with a pool table, kitchen, a few tables, a tv, and a couch set up. I dont use it much, but it did come in handy as a place to escape to when working on my grad school assignments. Pre-COVID, some residents would actually do informal get togethers there for things like the Superbowl.The BarkPark is also available. Pre-COVID, a doggie costume contest was the highlight of my Halloweens. I dont even have a dog, but I love that we have a BarkPark.The community is gated, which is a major reason I moved here initially. I was new to Houston and wanted a community that felt safe for a single 20s girl, and this fit the bill. I even made friends with my neighbor! (:One of my favorite things about living here is looking forward to the food trucks that come by our parking garage on Wednesday nights. Its fantastic to have food that close, and to be able to try something new so easily.

    I have lived here over a year, and have lived in both a London (1-1) and an Amsterdam (studio) floor plan.Camden Plaza, is small enough that you dont have to make a huge trek to get to the office, mail box, or out an exit gate. I also like its proximity to restaurants, a movie theater, and bus routes.The only con is that if you come home late during the week the parking garage is usually full, and you have to park on the top level.

    Ive been here four years and its the best apt Ive ever lived in. Its in walking distance to restaurants/entertainment and easy access to the highway. The maintenance crew keeps the place in tip top shape and any issues inside the apt are promptly taken care of, even in the middle of the night. The front office staff also quick to take action on any issues and very friendly.

    What an Oasis and perfect location . From restaurants , grocery stores shopping , ease of getting on freeways centrally located in the inner loop of Houston. The staff is professional and so proficient in servicing any needs you may have. The gym is great with equipment you would be using at a membership gym but included with your residence. The floor to ceiling windows was a bonus along with the flex room , and 1 and 1/2 baths. The island kitchen is beautiful. Whether you are transitioning or long term , It is easy to make it home.

    Moved from Denver four months ago due to a company relocation non rejectable proposal. I know what you think but Houston has a lot to offer. I am used to live in big cities but it is always a hassle to look for a new place, I have to say that Camden Plaza HBR exceed my expectations. In my opinion the key is the people; from the leasing agency representatives, administration, maintenance and my neighbors are great, I had a minor accident practing sports 8 weeks ago and everyone helped me and been nice with me in their own way. Expats, new people to Houston if you are looking for a newer or nicer place with a community flavor while enyoing your privacy and good amenities this is your place.     My wife and I have been living here for over the past 6 months and dont have anything but great things to say about this place! The common areas are always clean, maintenance issues are resolved quickly, and the office staff are amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of and they really get to know you. We hope to call this our home for a long time.

    To start, this apartment complex has all of the standard annoying things that every chain apartment complex has liiiiiike:1. you not only are required to pay for cable (even when you dont have a TV *cough*like me*cough*) but you get stuck using whatever their cable provider is2. you get one gate/garage key which is annoying because you need it when walking in/out of the building or to the dog run but you also need it to get into the garage. it costs $50 to get another one...which is non-refundable3. the guest parking is extremely strict because you only get two passes for guests to park in the garage and they have to have the pass in their car which means a) you can only have 2 friends come visit at a time and b) at least once your friend will leave without giving the pass backBUT, everything else about this place is better than other chain apartment complexes, liiiike:1. best dog run EVER, and well-kept2. cleanest hallways Ive seen in an inner-loop apartment complex this size3. super convenient location to go east or west on 59 and dry-cleaning/coffee/food/groceries are all within .75 miles4. Fitness center is really clean and all the machines work5. Management is actually helpful and respond to your requests/complaintsOverall:Its expensive - every place in that area is, the facilities are kept very clean because they have very strict rules, and they nickle-and-dime you on stupid things - but every place does the same thing, and the management is actually helpful. So it gets 4 stars.
