Maintenance team was a joy to have as our washer had lots of problems.We were told it was an easy fix.We enjoyed talking to Jose.Thank you!Yes.Now for management team. Do not get a lease here! So far they like to man handle older elder people until they are broken in their lease. They tell you its okay, but want to evict you fir the renovation and then charge 2500$ total to transfer. They do not keep to any promise and seem so money hungry for their apartments. I can assure you legal action can happen. We are only 3 months from our lease. But will never consider this again.

Move-in process with Hayley was super easy and smooth, and there was very good communication during it. On move-in day, I did my walk-through of the apartment, and it looked as if their housekeeping missed cleaning it after the last tenant. I brought this to the attention of Carlos the next morning and he took immediate action to get this corrected. I also put in a service request to get a valet trashcan because one was not provided at the time of move-in, and maintenance brought me one within a couple of hours which was super-fast. Thank you all for being very attentive to your tenants needs!

The office staff are hands down the friendliest people you will ever meet. They genuinely care about you and go out of their way to help you. The maintenance guys are also very nice and they handle things quick. The gym is big and they have a stair climber! The is really nice and from what Ive seen is always kept really clean. I love that we have a dog park, my dog doesnt have to be on a leash in there. My apartment is very nice, again, I love being on the third floor. The high ceiling is great. The granite in the kitchen is really nice.The events are really cool, theres always a good turn out. I really enjoyed the glow in the dark pool party. I had a little trouble with parking but its improved. I do recommend these apartments and I definitely feel like you get the most for your money.

Camden is such a great place to live! I have been here for around 10 months and honestly have had little to no issues. The apartment is in great shape, I never hear my neighbors, the complex is extremely pet friendly, and they keep the entire complex looking very sharp. The ladies up front in the office are some of the nicest people I have met in Houston. They will always greet you with a smile and I feel like they truly care how you are doing. If you treat them with the respect they deserve they will do whatever they came to make you feel welcome. All in all, this is a great place to live and I think it’s worth every cent I spend on this place.

The Camden Northpointe apartments are excellent. The office staff is incredibly friendly and does everything in their power to accommodate. Aline and Sarah are top notch, very personable and even hand deliver packages to your apartment! Im not sure how, but they also remember your name. every time I walk into the office I am greeted by my first name preceded by a friendly hello. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with these apartments and the office staff. The apartments are quiet, well maintained and I have had no issues with other tenants. The maintenance crew is also first class with their response times quick and their skillful problem solving abilities. The office staff communicates any changes or upcoming events with the tenants and has even taken measures to improve parking around the complex at the request of the tenants. Other apartment complexes should take note at the method of business conducted here. Camden has definitely struck gold with the personnel here and they should be recognized for their hard work and devotion to tenant satisfaction. I would highly recommend friends and colleagues to this complex.

Camden has been my home for nearly 6 years and I have loved every minute of it. The maintenance staff here are quick, friendly and efficient. Anytime I need anything Saul comes to the rescue immediately. The office staff is wonderful, and also very helpful. I have worked with Sarah on all my transfers and lease renewals and she is spectacular. She is patient, sweet, and accommodating. She goes above and beyond each time Ive resigned my lease to make the process a breeze. She is extremely responsive to an issues or concerns that have been brought up and handles them with urgency. I cannot say enough great things about Sarah. She is absolutely amazing and Camden is lucky to have her on their team.

Camden Northpointe is amazing! My husband and I relocated here from Delaware at the end of October. Moving across the country is very tumultuous...but the staff at Camden made the transition smooth. From the moment I walked in as a potential resident, to the day that I moved in, the staff has been extremely exceptional. Sarah, our leasing consultant, went out of her way to make-sure we had our apartment keys: we arrived after hours on a Sunday evening. Our leasing consultant, herself, was also moving that weekend - nonetheless, she went out her way to meet us at the gate so we could rest our heads in new our apartment home upon arrival. This is the type of staff that work for Camden - exceptional. They genuinely care about their residents and future residents. The maintenance staff are extremely efficient and promptly respond to request (within a very reasonable response time frame). The community is simply gorgeous: it reminds me of a resort. The pool, itself, is unlike most pools that I have seen. The grounds are always kept-up, the neighbors are diverse but are all respectful and friendly. The apartments look luxurious, but are affordable to the average household. My only complaint is that parking is tight after 8pm, but I have read the same comment about other upscale communities.

I cant say enough good things about Camden Northpointe! I am nearing my second year here. My apartment looks and feels like a home with all the windows and natural light. The office staff and maintenance are second to none. The assistant manager worked tirelessly to find the perfect apartment for me. That work ethic continues with all of the staff to this day. All of my work requests are completed within a day or two. The apartment complex is gorgeous and very well maintained. They have a beautiful pool, well equipped fitness center, and are pet friendly. I highly recommend Camden Northpointe to anyone searching for an apartment home.

I love living at this Camden complex! Ive been with the company for over 3 years and must say this location has been the best. The maintenance staff doesnt hesitate on any request for sure they are prompt and immediate even within the hour depending on what time its submitted! My apartment is spacious, cozy, and quiet! Amenity package is great and the pool is open year round, you cant be disappointed with that!If youre considering this place, dont thick twice go and speak with Lherisse in the leasing office and she make sure you are taken care of and make your apartment hunting experience extra special and so worthwhile! Youll love her! ❤️

My husband and I have lived here for three years. We absolutely love this community!! The front office staff and maintenance crew are by far the best in customer service in all of the apartments we have ever lived in! The front office staff go above and beyond to make us feel welcomed in all the sweet things they do. All of the staff are courteous and polite and have a professional appearance and work ethic about them. We feel safe here and really appreciate the well kept and clean environment.

Deciding to move to Camden Northpointe was by far one of the easiest decisions I have ever made. From floor plans, to prices - we are pleased choosing Camden. Moving is stressful and nothing gives me more anxiety not knowing whom will my neighbors be or who will I have to deal with in the front office. We feel secure with 2 police officers on site, just makes me feel safe! From day one, when we walked into Camden, Gabriela welcomed us with a cheerful attitude (I was at a point of not walking in because the last two apartments the front office just didnt seem to care or show any kind of hospitality). I explained that our lease wasnt due for another 4 months but that I wanted to get a head start and wanted to price around and check out areas. Unlike other apartments, Gabriela showed us units available and prices for that time frame; for the 4 months she kept in contact. Might have been the only one that kept in contact with us. From day one Gabriela has answered all of my crazy questions and shown me units that I had already seen multiple times. Gabrielas professionalism, cheerful attitude, and awesome hospitality is what made us comfortable in making the decision to lease with Camden Northpointe. From what we have seen, Camden Northpointe takes care of their Residents and their Complex. Every week I get an email from Gabriela letting me know what all I will need before moving in. Ive lived in several complexes, by far Camden has been the only that has made me feel safe! Highly recommend living at Camden.

I have lived here for a little over 2 years now, and feel like I was so blessed to find this place. Gabriella has been a great representative for Camden, and has always been very helpful. The maintenance crew is great, friendly, and they get things fixed quick! Now that I have to move away for my job, I feel like it is almost impossible to find a place that is safe, clean, well kept, and managed well, and Camden Northpointe is all of that. I would recommend this place to anyone and will miss it here!

I have been living in Camden for one year. Fantastic place to live. New and very well maintained apartments. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The gym is open 24//7 and it is rarely crowded. Pool area is beautiful. Online portal is simply great to communicate with the neighbors.The entire staff always greets you with a smile and they have been very prompt in service calls. Thank you very much Gabriela Canas, a true professional, for your quick response time and efficient way of handling situations. I would highly recommend Camden Northpointe Apartments.

Just moved into my apartment. The community is clean, bright, peaceful so far. The amenities are really nice. There is only ONE thing that I wish it had....a play area for kids. I have 2 every other weekend and it would great if the community had a splash pad or something. I really like having internet and cable included with the rent, its way less than what I was paying at my previous place. Overall the place is great! I love my new apartment, my kitchen is amazing, the granite looks really nice. The staff here is the best Ive ever encountered out of any apartments Ive lived at. From the moment I walked into the office, everyone is incredibly nice and friendly. They make you feel at home!

I absolutely love living at Camden Northpointe. All of their staff is so kind and respectful, including their front office ladies and maintenance. Christy was the biggest help when we moved in! She answered all of my questions promptly and made sure we had everything we needed. Douglas in maintenance is amazing!!! Hes quickly fixed any repairs weve needed and has been so pleasant. They take wonderful care of the complex as well.

My fiance and I recently moved into our new apartment here at Camden Northpointe and love it. Sarah was a huge help with our transition from another Camden property and made it as seamless as possible. The only hiccup we had was the previous tenant of the unit obviously had a dog(s) because the whole carpet smelled like it. After letting them know they had a carpet cleaner come through and is much better. Extremely satisfied with the customer service and apartment.

I have been very happy living here!! my service requests are always addressed in a timely manner, management has TOO much patience and are so kind, the grounds are kept clean and my neighbors are nice. There is a Courtesy Officer that lives onsite and patrols the community and parking is very reasonable. I only wish the fitness center machines were updated! I am definitely planning to renew my lease as this is the most pleasant experience I’ve had in regards to apartment living.

I have been here 7 years now. I can tell you I have thoroughly enjoyed it! The apartments are far better than any around us with the crown molding, flooring, etc. The office staff has changed over the years but has always managed to stay sweet and kind. The maintenance crew if far above others! They take good care of us by getting things fixed as quickly as possible. It is amazing!! They are all polite and cordial to us. This has a pool and gym which is maintained on a regular basis. Many kudos to all of you!!

I LOVE LIVING HERE at Camden Northpointe! The manager and staff are so friendly and genuinely helpful! The apartment is clean and modern at every turn, with a nice view and set in a place with that village feel that Ive been looking for. This is such a lovely place to live, and the on-location maintenence people are always right there ready for whatever my concern might be. My kids and I love the gorgeous pool, and I cant imagine a better apartment experience than here.

Its hard to find honest reviews for any apartments anywhere, so Im writing this in hopes it helps potential renters out there! Ive lived here over a year now and I love it. If it wasnt for the rent increasing I would absolutely continue living here, but I just dont make enough money to make it work unfortunately. Here are some pros and cons. Keep in mind even with the cons Im rating this 4 stars.Pros:-Spacious and really gorgeous apartments. I didnt have a chance to tour the apartment in person before I moved but it looked as good in person as online (not always the case)-Great location. Right off of Hwy. 249 and just south of Grand Parkway. Can get anywhere super quick (great hospitals 10 mins away, IAH 20-25 mins and downtown 30-35 mins). Also, HEB, Kroger, Target, Walmart all super close-Pool and gym are both very nice and kept up well-Maintenance requests completed super quick and efficiently-Quiet neighborhood. I have seen others have noise complaints but they dont seem very frequent. Ive never had any issues with neighbors or noise in generalCons:-Ive had roach problems a few times. Each time maintenance has been quick to address it, though.-Guest parking. There are limited guest parking spots throughout the complex and they seem to fill up quickly. If you plan on having people over/entertaining frequently, guests may have to walk a bit to get to your apartment since there probably wont be any near your specific apartment.-Cost. I think the price is fair for what you get but you can certainly get cheaper options around here that are fairly comparable.Overall, if you can afford it, I would highly recommend living here! Again, if it wasnt for the cost I would be staying here. Every apartment is going to have some cons (no place is perfect), but I really think the benefits outweigh the negatives here

The experience I had living with Camden has been an inserting one. The start was rocky , due to unexpected events, but Camden being the swift team , made sure all the events work out in my favors. I never meet any team more determined to the community and their residents. The team will make it feel like home for instead , of some place where you just paying your month . I have been amazed of how wonderful its been for me staying at this complex. I been living here for about 7 months and I am still impressed with the staff and my apartment.

Our visit at Camden Northpointe Apartments was a great experience. Misty French showed us around the complex and walked us through the apartment we were considering. All of the staff was friendly and professional. They have very nice updated apartments, beautiful grounds with a pool, BBQ area, workout room with nice equipment and it is a gated community. My wife and I were so impressed with Camden, we rented the apartment that day. We look forward to living at Camden Northpointe. Thanks Misty, you were great!

I have lived at Camden Northpointe since 2017 and they have been 100% professional and responsive to my requests. Any apartment complex will go through period where something isnt functioning properly but the ladies here at Camden have handled everything to the best of their abilities with the resources they have. Ive enjoyed the fun little surprises like food trucks and shaved ice trucks and look forward to more surprises in the years to come.

The interiors are pristine and the exterior looks great and is well maintained. I recently had a fairly major maintenance request, and Misty at the leasing office made sure it was handled quickly and with no fuss. Definitely would recommend this complex.

Ive been waiting until weve lived here for a few months to leave a review. Honestly, I love it here. Yes, there are some issues throughout the community but none of which the complex can control. For instance, the valet trash runs Sun-Thurs. We all have plenty of time to have it picked up, but there are several who leave it by the dumpster. The maintenance staff are the sweetest people, and resolve any service requests in less than a day. However, they cant be expected to clean up after everyone. They try their best to maintain the complex, and they do an amazing job. My neighbors are considerate, and I have no major complaints. Thank you to Megan and Sarah, for getting my boyfriend, our two dogs, and I settled in our new home.

Ive been living here for over 3 years now. Very nice place to live, maintenance has been prompt in the event when something was needed to be taken care of. This is a whole lot closer on where parents live at since theyre a lot older now. In 2019, with my retirement being eminent at that time. This gave me a chance to get away from a previous apartment complex that I had lived at for 27 years due to some very bad stuff that was going on in that area. At the time when I retired in 2020, I didnt want to be hanging around over there since some moments happened during my 38 year career.

They always ask about me and my family. I know that we are not just residents, but family too. They have provided a very safe living environment. I have recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so. I am relocating an am sad that I wont see them on a regular basis, but will always have fond memories.

This is my first apartment and I really like it after living here for 3 years. My neighbors are quiet and respectful and I feel like the walls have pretty good insulation. The staff is very kind and prompt and the manager is diligent. Theyre both quick to reach out and/or respond. The maintenance crew is always very quick and responsive. Theyve helped me multiple times and its always resolved withing a day. Its a clean and pretty environment. The apartments look nice.I dont really have any complaints. Theres your typical apartment vehicle break-ins but not much else. They have working cameras and theres a police station right across the highway.You dont get to choose your ISP or cable but to me the speed is fast enough (I do competitive gaming and its never caused latency issues). Were currently in the process of switching from ATT to Comcast which is... better because ATTs infrastructure is terrible.All-in-all, I would definitely recommend it. The amenities are nice, theres a nice little fitness center with WiFi, they host little events all the time with free food. The apartments look good and not grody. Its a nice place to live.

This is by far the best place Ive lived! I just renewed my lease with Camden because I cannot see myself renting from anywhere else. The rent is cheap for what all you get! Its a beautiful apartment and the staff is amazing. Every time I have a question or need anything, Reagon, Lisa, and Gabriela always go above and beyond to ensure that I am well taken care of! And a huge shoutout to the maintenance team for being professional and extremely courteous when I need anything fixed. The entire experience at Camden Northpointe has been phenomenal and I highly recommend this complex to anyone in the market!

My wife and I have lived here for almost 3 years now. This is by far the best community that we have lived at. The team in the leasing office are incredible. Christy and Sarah have always made themselves available to answer any question, help us with transferring within the community or maintenance requests. All concerns are answered promptly. They are constantly maintaining the grounds and looking for ways to improve our quality of life! We will always recommend Camden and suggest that you ask for Christy or Sarah!

Great place to live. The staff is very friendly, and addresses any issue immediately. If I put in for maintenance they come out that day, or at most the next day. The appearance outside is just as nice inside, and the lawn is always well kept for the dogs. This is the first apartment Ive lived at in years that I didnt have a complaint within the first week. Also, thirsty Thursdays(free beer or soda) is the best.

I cant tell you enough how much I enjoy living at Camden. I have lived in apartments all of my life and have never received the red carpet treatment like I do at Camden. They offer some kind of get together or social gathering all the time. The employees remember my name and even my kiddos names. It really feels like Im living with family. A special shout out to Lisa the manager for going above and beyond when there is a complaint. She really wants to make your apartment feel like home! This is a top rate community and one of the best ones around the Houston/Spring/Tomball area! You wont be disappointed!

Wonderful wonderful wonderful! The staff here is INCREDIBLE and I adore living here. The entire complex is pristine, from the pool to the garden tubs in the units. The maintenance staff is unobtrusive and thorough, and they handle any and every problem you might have, even silly things like the dishwasher coming off the tracks or a door squeaking (yes, Ive had both those issues corrected!). Everything is handled with precision and care.The office staff, especially the Assistant Manager Reagon Rucker, is always willing to answer my questions about apartment living in general - this is the first place Ive lived, and I couldnt be happier!My favorite part about my entire experience is how quiet it is here. I own a business and run it largely from home, so the calm is incredibly important to me. The most noise I ever hear is the lawn being mowed on Friday mornings (and lets be honest, that sound is absolutely soothing).Its super great to have two courtesy officers in the complex! They will come out whenever you need them; I often get home very late and occasionally Ive asked them to come walk me to my apartment, and theyve always done it with a smile. There is also a round-the-clock answering service so someone is always there if you have an emergency. Im not sure what else I can say; I love this place! Unfortunately I am moving in a few weeks for personal reasons, but I will be back as soon as I possibly can.

Pool is beautiful with 2 commercial grills for outdoor cooking with friends and family!Dog park is a large area with a fun dog community. Great place to raise a family and/or start a life!3rd floors have STUNNING vaulted ceilings!! All units come standard GORGEOUS Granite. NEW carpet and FRESH paint.You will not find a better place to live!

Brittney Got us our new place today Best experience ever. Have went somewhere else and treated us bad and just unwelcoming and today was the day. We came in the morning and right now at 4 pm im moving all my things over.. Apartments are great love them !! Pool is huge and has all the accessories for legs chest all the dumbbells set. Ive lived @ Camden Northpointe for 14 months now. I moved from Ohio and leased the apartment sight unseen and never had any regrets the apartment was pristine, staff has been A+. I love all the social activities and events!! Maintenance is the best I woke up to no hot water last thanksgiving morning and had someone out within 45minutes on a holiday I will likely only move when I decide to purchase a house but for now Im content here at Camden Northpointe!

The first 2 months of the year I looked at several Apartments from Cypress, Spring to Tomball. The Camden properties were the ones I kept going back to. Camden Northpointe has filled all may needs at an affordable price. The property is well maintained and dog friendly. Any maintenance issues, as simple as a light out, are addressed immediately. The staff are very friendly and community minded.

Great Apt nneighborhood! I feel very safe. The Camden Office has two very nice representatives who are excellent workers, who have effectively provided me with the right information for me as a new resident. These Apts are really beautiful, and secure!!I am very happy to be here!!

BEST place to live, we have nee here almost 3 years and we absolutely love it.The management and the maintenance team are amazing, very cordial, friendly, they go above and beyond and really care about us, the residents.We do not feel like we live in an apartment community, we feel at home. They make sure to makes us feel really appreciated with the parties and events that they organize for us, they see treat us in a way that makes us feel like the people that just live here and pay rent.They take care of us and if we ever have a problem, the maintenance team is right over to take care of it.We are very happy here.Thank you for all you do for us.Zoraida & Ashley Prestridge

This is an amazing community! Everything is exceptional from management, to the staff, the maintenance department to the social events they plan. Grounds are very well groomed and the pool is accommodating for both adults and children. The few times I had maintenance issues the staff was prompt and fixed the problem immediately! I cant say enough good things about this place!

Yes, I first met Oscar Viteri who showed me the premises and a couple of apartments, I got satisfied and decided to move-in, and then Carlos Cantu finalized the process, and yesterday he helped me thru all the paperwork. He connected me with Chirp access. I’m happy with the whole process and will be moving my belongings this coming Monday May 8.

This has to be one of the first and ONLY apartment complexes where the manager is TOP TIER!! I have to give Oscar and this dream team kudos!First let me say they literally take care of their veterans and then some because I was going to be possibly deploying and Oscar actually informed me what options were available to us veterans which I actually didnt know. I dont know anyone who would have went above and beyond to help out be properly informing me in what I would need to do if I had to move out do to a deployment.Covid-19 hit very hard and I know a lot of people felt the pinch I need you all to understand how Oscar operates anything to help his community out he did just that and his team were on top of it!! Some people may not have known about Texas Rent Relief but on our community board he put that information out there to help everyone as best as he could. Also there were other rental assistant option made available to us as well.No your NOT going to always have everything work smoothly but I can assure as person who is very big on customer service the management team all the way to the maintenance crew are the very best!!The maintenance crew LOL! I think they are magicians or something its like they just know exactly what the service requests will be and these men have it fixed before you can say holy moly!!Keep up the great work I can certainly tell you Ill be staying here for the foreseeable future#teamnorthpointe

I have lived at Cameden Northpointe for a while almost a year now, and after living in various different cities, and complexes I have to say the staff here has it together. Whenever I have had a question, need, or concern the staff here have always gone above and beyond to meet and exceed the request. I have even toured other Camden locations in the greater Houston area, before moving here, and can safely say that they take the most care, and concern that I have seen in a complex yet. Keep up the great work.

When they say that want to make your living experience excellent, they really mean it. I was looking to buy a TV and completely forgot to get my Entertainment Center measurements while being at the store, I gave Lisa a call and she was so nice to go and check them. I normally will wait at least a year before writing a review so that Ive had time to properly evaluate things. Well its almost been a year now and I can say this complex has by far provided the best experience out of all the places I have lived. Granted yes this is an apartment complex and yes it is subject to a corporate structure so some things do take time to work themselves through the chain of command and the staff really does understand alot of the gripes we have but they can be limited to what can and cant be done sometimes. Its not their fault. Personally I have had no issues since moving in here and the staff has always been receptive to suggestions as well as listened to my complaints as well. They have gone above and beyond my expectations and been willing to work with me on things that end up beneficial for both of us which is very rare in the world of apartments. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place to move to, and look forward to my second year here.

I am so sad to be moving towns because this complex has just been a complete joy to live at. All of the appliances are new and nice, everything is well kept, the staff is super helpful and friendly and are always quick to try and fix problems, and its a beautiful place to live. This is a great complex. Staff is very helpful. Maintenance staff is the best. Prompt, courteous, and willing to go above and beyond. I moved in just as they switched to xfinity from ATT. And I never had any issues with cable or internet the entire time. And we never lost power during snowmageddon 2/2021. I only moved because I have family in SA and NB that I want to be closer to.

I must ask what Camden thinks they are doing for their customers concerning an overpriced Tech package? Given an option I would choose neither comcast/ att as both are too high in current negotiated packages. You should be aiming to offer us $75 or lower and CABLE MUST BE OPTIONAL. The only benefit to comcast is faster internet for streaming, in particular 4K. Otherwise lets be honest here what is $72 a year savings? Your packages and bulk service negotiation are NOT a benefit to your customers. XFinity intro rate is $55 for 12mo, yes I realize its an intro rate but $95? Att is currently $70 bundled and $40 /12 mo just internet. What theives are you talking to for our tech package?Original Review: Great staff. Kept clean. Convenient location.Recycling and trash could be a little better managed. Either with bigger receptacles or more frequent pick ups. I see tons of trash in the recycle bin, but hey ignorance is bliss. Maybe a list of items that can be recycled should be on the bin and frquent communication would help.The required technology package is a real pain point. AT&T Uverse internet up to 45mbps and Cable at a premium price. This is the reason I docked one star.At minimum from what Ive seen market competitive rates we pay $360 to $600 more a year on the base level cable and internet here. Management gives flimsy or no response to the complaint. I keep wondering if it could be a cost savings kept by Camden or they struggle to negotiate. When I moved here I negotiated my rate down to $65 a month net/cable. Now the Tech Pack is $100+. At time of this review AT&T offers stand alone internet $50 a month 75mbps, being that a lot do not use cable these days. This is the $600, noted above. I will revise if/when this is rectified.

This apartment complex is the most safe, friendly and centrally located apartment I have ever lived in.Even at night this complex does not seem sketchy. This complex is located on the south side of Tomball, TX.The staff know me by name when I walk into the office. Misty, Aline, and Sarah are super friendly. If I stop by the office for a package, before I ask for assistance, Aline, says, I have your package!Sarah, lives and works in this complex. She knows that this complex is legit, so she lives here as well.Misty, is a wonderful manager. She is always willing to help, every time I have asked her help with something is has been extremely approachable.If you need a place to live in Northwest Houston, choose Camden Northpointe because it close to downtown Tomball on the north side, vintage park on the south side and about 30 minutes away from downtown Houston. Not to mention it is also located in Tomball Independent School District which is a superb district.
