    Lived at Camden Huntingdon for 18 months. The apartment complex itself had no safety issues. Maintenance requests were done on a timely manner. Complex is kept clean and tidy.Thelma was a great and helpful leasing agent. She helped answer any and all questions and took time to make sure everything was up to par and all communication was done correctly.Sarah was often rude and very abrasive when it came to getting any sort of questions answered. Any time there was a question that my roomate and I had, she would talk in a condescending tone and wouldn’t fully help find solutions to the problems. (Leaking wall, maintenance request delays, etc) Steer clear if possible. (Thelma and Kayla more helpful)

    We’ve lived here for a few months now and have to say that this is the best apartment complex we’ve lived in. I really do think it’s hidden gem in this area of Austin. The staff is super friendly, the maintenance people are always quick and understanding. The grounds are kept pretty clean. The lease was upfront about the charges, and are good services. Our last complex charged a fee to fetch amazon packages that you could not opt of, lol, so a lot better to have trash valet than that! I’ve seen people complain about sirens, but that is because the police station is quite literally down the street. Honestly, if I had one complaint is that sometimes the residents can be a little passive aggressive. It may just be different walks of life, but out of the 5 apartment complexes I’ve lived in since moving to Austin, Camden is stellar compared to complexes that tow visitors all the time, charge weird fees that no one uses, have amenities always shut down, a staff that doesn’t care, etc, Idk, I’ve just really enjoyed my time here and hope to continue be a resident for a long while.

    My experience with Camden Huntingdon has been great so far. I’m on a tight timeline to move and they’ve been extremely helpful and responsive. I did a tour virtually with Antwaun and an hour later decided to look at a different floor plan and he was so quick to help and do another tour for me. Antwaun has been awesome. He’s super responsive and was very quick to get everything together for me!

    Ive been at Camden for 5 months and I am so happy with my choice! I moved from out of state and wasnt able to see the apartments/ neighborhood in person but I was so happy when I moved in. The leasing agents are very helpful, timely and straight forward. Though the prices are higher than other apartments it is worth it! The space you get for the price is bigger footage than any other apartment in the area. As a woman I have never felt unsafe. The apartments are modern and clean! When i first moved you could tell the apartment was fresh and clean. The neighborhood it self is so beautiful and peaceful. They have plants, trees, and bushes everywhere and the sidewalks make a perfect way to take a small stroll. THE POOL IS GREAT! Its so spacious and pretty and always clean that catches great sun. As a young woman who is solo living the price is worth the size, safety, neighborhood, and location. Also their maintenance team is on top of it! They will fix something as small as a light bulb with in hours of your request and I appreciate that they are always updating/ fixing something in the apartments. It shows they are up keeping the apartments well. Even with all the storms I have not once had my power go out. PLUS they have everything I wanted included in the apartment washer and dryer, patio, big windows, big bath, neighborhood feel, and pretty pool. Its truly a relief to be in this neighborhood and Im not planning to leave anytime soon! Move here!

    TLDR; this is a fantastic apartment complex to live in if you need to stay in the North Austin area. Great staff, nice ammenities and priced extremeley well for what you get.Long Review:My wife and I rented at Camden Huntingdon for a little less than 2 years before moving out of the Austin area. We rented one of their Model C floorplans, which was a 1 bd, 1 bath w/ additional den. The floor plan was great for what we needed as I worked from home and wanted a dedicated office space.On the first day we met the team, we were met with friendly and diligent staff. There was no pressure to lease and they were very accomodating to our time and questions. After deciding to move in, the team was very good at keeping communications and ensuring that we had everything we needed.Throughout our lease, the apartment complex was great with maintenance. If you file a maintenance ticket, youll usually be seen the next day, if not the same day. The maintenance crew were extremely nice and quick with their work. The apartment was pretty nice with new appliances and modern finishes on the rest of unit. There were two main issues I would have to say about the unit was that we had a small ant issue during the Summer and the windows would occasionally leak during the Spring showers. Nothing major and wasnt easily addressed.The location is great for everyday living. You are no more than 15 minutes away from 2 HEBs and various restaurants and markets. The Domain is super close by and so is the Arboreteum. When traffic isnt horrific, downtown Austin is only 25 to 30 minutes away, although it can get bad, which isnt Camdens fault.Overall, if I could, I would rent here again for the staff and quality/price of the apartments. Many apartments I toured charged way more for what Camden offered.

    We’ve lived at Camden Huntingdon for almost a year and will certainly renew our lease barring any ridiculous rent increase. The apartments are very well managed and maintained. The office staff is responsive to issues brought to them and have been communicative regarding issues or maintenance being done at the complex. Special shout out to Bryan and the maintenance team who always respond asap to issues and always get the issue resolved in a timely manner.A few downsides include silly fees like $25/month pet rent, $35 valet trash. Unfortunately, it seems fees like these are becoming unavoidable, at least in nicer apartments. The parking spaces are also way to small in some parts of the complex, although this is apparently due to regulations requiring x number of spaces to exist. There are a few other minor inconveniences that will likely exist at any apartment. Ultimately, we love living at Camden Huntingdon and have no plans to leave anytime soon

    These are hands down the BEST apartments Ive ever leased at! The staff, management, and maintenance team are all so great and really strive to make living here such a great experience.     Ive really enjoyed living at this community! The team at this property is always so pleasant and consistently go above and beyond. They always make me feel welcomed and do their best to make sure this feels like home! I know that I can always count on Conner at the front office to help with any questions/concerns! The maintenance team is also great. Work orders are completed quickly and Bryan and Velma are always so friendly.

    The office is amazing, Bryan in maintenance is the reason we have lived here for so long. He works very hard and does a good job. Alyssa in the front office is amazing as well. So kind and keeps everyone up to date. We have lived here since 2017 and only have positive things to say. Jenna in the district office is kind and hard working.     I lived in this apartment for 3 years and only had to leave because I moved to another state. The people at the leasing office and maintenance team is amazing. They respond to your issues or query on time with a lot of patience. The staff kept changing but they always maintained a culture of keeping the residents their priority. I also want to mention, there was an increase in crime around that area, but Camden kept their residents informed and tried to do every possible thing to make them feel safe. The apartments are nice and luxurious. It is a gated community, have a small gym and a nice pool.

    Ive been here my almost 7 years. I have had some maintenance issues and the team is top notch. If I have an issue, Bryan is the one who shows up. He has always been able to fix the issues I have had at my apartment. Simple things like outlet replacement to HVAC work, garage door troubleshooting, and Exterior gate maintenance, He and the team here has been able to fix whatever issues I have reported. The management team has changed, but the maintenance team has been steady.

    Ive lived at Camden Huntingdon for about a year and a half, and Ive had a review that Ive been meaning to post plus another great experience today so heres a 2-in-1:1) I just wanted to give a shout out to Bryan with Maintenance. He has helped me with multiple requests and each time has been pleasant, polite, timely, helpful, and informative. I’ve lived in other complexes where I dreaded having to submit a maintenance request, and I just wanted to express my gratitude!2) I recently lost my mail key, and Ive been turning my apartment upside down for days trying to find it, expecting it to be an expensive ordeal to replace. I emailed the office who responded promptly (they always do), and not only was it just a few dollars to replace, but it was ready super quickly and Connor even brought it to my door!All to say, the Camden staff is consistently awesome and are a huge part of while I continue to rent here! By far the best community staff Ive rented from, and Ive been renting in the Austin area for about 10 years now.

    After spending a week touring apartment complexes that I wasn’t impressed with, I was so excited when my mom discovered Camden apartments on Google. It seemed too good to be true, but after touring I found that there was nothing about this complex that I didn’t like! Not only was the complex absolutely gorgeous and newly renovated, but the employees in the leasing office were so kind and made the process of touring, applying, and signing the lease so easy! Conner made my mom and I feel so at home while touring and even took the time to help us with any questions we had while filling out the application! I was already in love with the Camden apartments, but his wonderful customer service really sealed the deal! I could not be more excited to call Camden home!

    Over the last 14 months I have lived at Camden Huntingdon. My experience here has been top notch Thanks to the staff. People in the office are friendly and welcoming, specifically Madison who always remembered who I was and was always quick to deal with issues. The maintenance staff here is second to none, every request large and small was completed within 24 hours. You can find Luxury apartments with a beautiful ground keeping and pool anywhere in Austin, but I promise you that you cant find a staff that will care about you like these people. Only reason Im moving is because Im moving in with my significant other and will find a place a bit closer to her work.

    Great place overall.Maintenance staff is amazing. They are quick to resolve any issues and are on top of regular maintenance like switching out air filters, batteries, etc.Things that can be better - Gates work maybe 70% of the time.Parking spots near some buildings are too compact.

    I’ve lived here for two months now and so far I am quite satisfied with living here! The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the amenities are quite nice and the apartments themselves are well finished, clean, and well maintained. The maintenance team is also quite quick. If you make a request for a repair they will usually have it done within the same day or next day. The price is also quite reasonable for the area and with rising costs in Austin, this is one of the few apartments complexes where you can get a one bedroom for around $1000 a month. The only downsides are that the gym is not the most well kept and I really question how often it is cleaned or maintained. I have also read a lot of reviews on here about crime and though I have not experienced any firsthand, there have been a couple of instances where I’ve seen homeless people wandering around the complex. There was even an instance where a homeless lady was “hanging out” in my breezeway one night...which was bizarre to say the least because this is a gated community. There has also been a mail box break-in since I’ve moved here, which is concerning. Overall I would recommend living here for the cost and what you get, but the building staff and other residents could do a better job with security and making sure that the pedestrian gates are closed. With crime unfortunately rising in Austin, it may be worth investing in a security gate for the outdoor mail room.Edit: I have lived here for 15 months, and my opinion of the apartment complex has not changed much, but I was very disappointed with how much my rent was increased when it came time to renew my lease. I understand that Austin is getting very expensive everywhere, but to raise my rent by nearly 20% is absolutely ridiculous. If you do decide to lease here, be aware that they will not care how much they raise your rent in the future. They only care about getting new tenants, not maintaining existing ones. Yes, I did decide to renew my lease here, but it’s only because there are not many other better options in the area to chose from.

    Brilliant Choice. We gave a lot of thought and put in a whole lot of research before finding and finalizing on this place as our place of stay. I have not regretted my decision even once.1) Prompt Maintenance. Hard working team who are polite, pleasing and very efficient. Special shout out to Brian and Kyle, who have been there to assist us on the maintenance issues.2) Clean complex.3) They fix issues and any complains very quickly.4) Every staff at the leasing office is extremely well informed and polite. The also do a great job. Samantha and Ryan have been the people we have interacted the most and they have been awesome.I have had no issues what so ever with Camden Huntingdon. Its been the best place to call home. I am really going to miss Camden Huntingdon and their staff.Infact I am also considering Camden properties once again, in the place that I am moving into.Thank you to everyone at Huntingdon!Best wishes

    This apartment complex was one of the best since Ive lived in Austin! I lived there for 5 years in building 13 and it was very quiet! The maintenance team was the best, Brian and Liz stayed on top of everything, and was easy to get in touch with and always handled the issue! The rent is a bit pricey but the complex is very quiet, clean, and dog friendly! Office management definitely changed over time, the first 3 years was definitely the best, Upon leaving, not so great but I definitely enjoyed my time here! would definitely recommend!

    I just moved to Austin from Houston a few weeks ago and choosing to live at Camden Huntingdon was by far the best decision I could have made. The entire office staff have been so welcoming and kind. The maintenance team is quick, efficient and always happy to help. Being such an overwhelming move, the Huntingdon team has turned it into a very pleasant and enjoyable transition. I love it here! The best part is I also get to work here as a leasing consultant, a great community to live in and work for.

    I love living here. The building is older, and it can show with peeling paint, flickering lights, and in the carpet. But none of that takes away from our experience. Theres a ton of space to walk a dog. Our neighbors are super cool. A lot of people say hello, even with masks on. But my wife and I love the staff most.Alyssa was super kind and caring to our kids. She got them excited about our living room closet by calling it a superhero cave. She let our puppy go crazy while providing treats. And she sent a staff video congratulating us on our new baby. Were moving out to have more space for the evolving team, but I promise wed stay for the cool people.This is the best apartment experience Ive had.

    Ive been living here since the beginning of last year and its been a great experience. I came from living at a complex off Rundberg that was just awful. The rent here is a bit pricier than I was looking to pay, but once I toured it I really loved the look of the apartments and the staff was so nice (I toured with Shelby) I went for it. Im very happy I did.The staff has always been prompt and nice, whether I contact by phone or email. I once thought I would be late on paying rent by a few days and Shelby was understanding and kind, explained the policy, and was reassuring to me, as I was quite anxious. I really appreciated that.Maintenance here is a dream, especially compared to my last place. My last complex took two weeks to get my AC fixed in the middle of summer! Camden Huntington responds to my maintenance requests within 24 hours. Today I had an emergency maintenance request and not exaggerating, he was here within 5 minutes. No one wants to call about an embarrassing plumbing issue, but the maintenance person who responded was so nice, came masked, and continued to communicate each step with me as he worked. This experience is whats promoting me to write this review. Shout-out to Javier Ayala, you are an awesome maintenance technician!There are of course, some cons, but no complex is going to be perfect. I know some residents have had issues with thefts of packages or things from their cars. I have never had anything stolen, including packages. I have even had things sit at my door for hours (by mistake, missed it arriving) and nothing has been taken. I will also admit I can hear my neighbors fairly easily. However, it has never been enough to truly bother me or too late at night. I also live on the ground floor, so I do hear stomping. But I dont fault the complex for that one, I think its to be expected living on the ground floor.The only reason Im moving is because I am moving in with my boyfriend and we are looking at houses instead. Otherwise I would stay. If I did stay, my rent would be raised by about 150 dollars which to me, seems a bit steep. But if I wasnt moving in with someone else, I would definitely pay it and stay because I know I really enjoy living here.I would recommend this complex to anyone! I actually have recommended this complex to multiple friends, but the price is a bit too high for most of them or they found other things closer to their workplaces.Thanks Camden for a great living experience! I know Ill be happy here until April when I leave.

    My favourite apartment complex Ive lived at! All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The maintenance staff are absolute top notch (I once put a request to have a lightbulb replaced and a team member was at my apartment within 15 minutes!). The apartments themselves are absolutely beautiful and spacious for a great price, and the pool is one of my favourite hang out spots. The complex is constantly improving itself on a daily basis and I am so happy to call this place my home.

    EXCELLENT!!!!! Madison, Bryan, Juliana, Ryan, Kyle, Samantha, and Darian, Isidro, and Velma are fantastic! The service is excellent! The office staff is extremely welcoming and professional. Worth every penny! Secure, friendly, and clean community. Great hospitality! Strongly recommend living here! Great amenities, and the area is quiet, our family will not be leaving any time soon! Maintenance is always on point; takes care of any issues within 24 hours, if not sooner, and are always friendly. My wife and I will be renewing our lease for years to come!!!

    I want to give extensive praise to Bryan, Vilma, and Javier!My AC unit has been having problems- not cooling- for the last month or so. Of course, it would stop working after hours when it was dark, so poor Vilma and Javier (on different occasions- different nights) had to fight with the unit using flashlights! I was also impressed by how quickly they responded and got to me since it was after hours. Both of them could always get it working again, somehow, saving the day when this has been the hottest June in ATX history! They understood the urgency of the situation.Finally last week I heard a loud growling noise when the unit tried to turn on. It was its final breath. Bryan got on the case, working hard to salvage the unit, but finally decided it was time to pull the plug. Bryan then set me up with a fabulous portable air conditioner so that I could be comfortable until the new unit was installed. I have lived here for 9 years, but have trusted the maintenance team since day one when I moved in. I feel comfortable with all of them being in my apartment, even at night when it’s dark out. I love waving to the crew when I’m out walking my Service Dog, Sam, around the clean and dog friendly complex that the crew takes such pride in keeping nice. Well, I’ve kept you long enough! I’m going to go lay on the couch in my perfectly cooled apartment with my pup.

    I just wanted to write a review about Camden Huntington and my experience. My Daughter is looking to move into an apartment in the Camden Huntington complex. The Complex was nice and well maintained. The maintenance workers seemed very nice as we walked in and were greeted by them and the leasing staff. We toured with Alyssa Reynolds who was super helpful. Being a worried mother, I had tons of questions and wanted them answered to a T. Alyssa was there for us with any questions we had. I think between my daughter and I we must have called her 20 times, but she was happy to answer any questions we had and quick to respond to any emails we sent as well. she is an amazing worker and loved meeting with her!

    Local camden team has been so supportive and professional during our stay for last 1 and half years. Specially Bryan, anytime we have any emergency issue or regular maintenance, does not matter day and night, he helps us out. Amazing!

    Final Update: I moved out to get a house with a backyard. Previously 5 stars, Ive removed a star because move out cleaning process is deceptive and expensive. They charge a non-negotiable $90 cleaning fee (1 bedroom) but unless you do a deep clean yourself at move out, you will be charged extra. It is a shame this final experience is bad considering how good it was living there.UPDATE: Two years in and everything is great! Maintenance is quick and efficient. It is a great place to live!Ive lived here for just over a year now. The management, specifically Madison, is phenomenal! They are receptive to questions and suggestions for improvements. The prices are the best Ive found in Austin as well!My experience with the maintenance team has really enhanced my experience as well. They are extremely fast responders and I generally have my service requests fulfilled the day I make them. Brian has helped me out with AC troubles twice and I am always astounded by how fast he responds and fixes the issue.The area is perfect; not too crowded, a number of shops restaurants are within a 10 minute drive, and there are two parks close by. Not to mention how beautiful the property is during certain seasons.I highly recommend this as a place to live and hope my experience has helped you decide!

    I love living here. My neighbors are nice, the staff are lovely and very helpful. This is a very family friendly community. It is very hard to replicate the environment here at Camden Huntingdon because there are so many things right about this place.One thing Id like to point out that I didnt really like at first is the trash valet but after a while, its definitely a good convenience to have. I highly recommend this community to anyone who is interested. Ive lived here for a year now and love every bit of it.

    Best experience I could ask for re: apartment living. The staff here are professional, courteous, and really care about their residents. Rachel and the rest of the team do their job very well and treat their residents like humans instead of numbers. The property is kept very nice. No roudy neighbors, everyone has been respectful.     My husband and I have lived here for 3 years, and plan on being here for at least another year. We love it here! The rent is a little high, but they really take care of their residents. Our cabinets and appliances are top-notch. We NEVER have any bug problems, even living on the first floor. If we see anything, they send pest control out right away and the problem is taken care of. I dont have any dogs myself, but as an animal lover, I really appreciate their policy that all breeds are welcome. I have an indoor cat that loves to sit in our big windows and watch the squirrels and birds. We love that the landscaping is so lush and green. Plus, its walking distance to a park and to a trail leading to Walnut Creek. My only complaint is the high rent, especially when I see that they are not able to fill all of their units despite the housing crisis. That tells me that they are charging too much.

    I was looking for an apartment close to where my new job would be and I had been looking a several other places in the surrounding area before checking out Camden Huntingdon. When I arrived, Katie McCoy helped me see what options I had available and have me tours of the property options I had to best help make my decision that fit my needs. Katie was extremely personable, warm, and friendly. She assured me that I could take the time I need to ensure I made the best decision for me. After I decided to live at Camden Huntingdon, Katie continued to be one of my main points of contact for anything that I found amiss in my apartment. She, as well as the entire staff, continued to provide excellent service without any hesitation, and always took the necessary measure that looked out for the resident’s best interests, health, and safety.

    I absolutely love living here. The apartments are very well maintained and modern. The staff here are incredible. I would like to give a special shout out to Bryan the Maintenance guy. On multiple occasions he has dropped everything he was doing to help me unload my truck or help me lift things into the bed of my truck.     I have officially lived in Camden Huntington for three months, and most every issue/concern Ive had have been addressed. Not only this, but the staff goes above and beyond to ensure you are welcome and happy!I toured many communities, but as soon as Madison took me around and answered my questions, I knew this was home. (My FIRST home since moving to Texas at that!) Madison took me on the tour and has taken care of my every request and question. She, along with the rest of the staff, is always super friendly and helpful! Darian, a previous leasing agent, even gave me a few supplies to prepare for an interview. She gave me a fabulous pep talk, and took her time with me to ease my worries. Every property has their issues, but I am super impressed with the way the staff handles each concern that is brought up to them!Kyle, Brian, and Vilma are the ROCKSTAR maintenance staff. They have had to deal with every annoying request Ive put in - from leaky showers to shaky washing machines to even hanging up new shelves in my laundry room. This staff does NOT fail me.The property is fantastic. The pool is lovely with stainless steel grills available to the whole community! The gym is great and super accessible. The floorplans are amazingly open with TONS of storage space. I barely hear my neighbors through the walls and I live next door to a rowdy dog. Valet trash pick-up is SO convenient and something I cannot live without!I do have some complaints, but the ones that cant be taken care of by the staff are few. The parking spots are a bit cramped and sometimes finding a spot is difficult (at least near building 2). Living next door to the leasing office is also a bit noisy especially as summer is nearing. People can get a bit rowdy at the pool, but if this will be a bother to you, I suggest you look for a unit further away. Easy fix. Camden Huntingdon Apartments is a really wonderful community, and I am super happy I decided to move here!

    Ive been living here for about 3 months now and my AC broke down at least 4 times and I found 6 cockroaches in the apartment on day 2. I definitely expected better for the price Im paying. Maintenance and Camden staff are trying their best to be helpful but the buildings are old and the ACs just dont work that well.Update: the new community manager (Candice) reached out to me and Im getting a new AC unit since mine isnt cooling. Candice was super helpful and really cares about the residents.

    The manager Rachel is very genuine and shows a true genuine care for making sure the residents are comfortable. So my experience the first month has been great with the office staff. To me the office staff and manager are what makes a big difference at an apartment complex.

She even went out of her way to put a package inside my apartment for me that was delivered early while I was out of town.     Love this place so much! My apartment is so spacious and it just feels like home. The entire team in the office makes you feel so welcome he second you walk in and have been quick to take care of my needs. Alyssa went above and beyond taking care of me and made my move process seamless and even checked in on me after my move. Off to a great start!

    I retired in March 2020 -- the week the Covid-19 shutdown was mandated in California. Our Texas departure date kept getting pushed out. Due to moving company challenges, the actual move-in date changed three times.I found Camden Huntingdon online and based on the website photos decided to call. I spoke with Rachel who immediately got me. She sent photos of an apartment with the same layout as ours. She took photos of the entrance to our apartment, the patio and the view from the patio.The movers ETA was sooner than we thought and Rachel and her team came through for us once again. Our son lives in the area and we wanted him to be able to pick up our keys. Rachel arranged for a Facetime call for us and our son, I emailed our permission, and he picked up the keys the next day.Never have I worked with a management team as professional, warm and welcoming as this one. Never have I lived in an older community (its 20 years old) as well maintained as Camden Huntingdon! The attention to detail and to our needs is unequaled. Thank you, Camden Huntingdon team!

    The agents and maintenance staff here are excellent! If I put in a maintenance request, it always gets resolved within 24 hours. The online portals are easy to use and simplify submitting requests and keeping track of rent/utilities. The community is pretty quiet, and although the complex is right off of metric, I dont hear a lot of street noise either. Internet/cable are required add ons, but it keeps me from having to pay more than one bill for the same services I would want anyway!

Even though their service is good, the way they handle theft related incidents is more of reactive manner than a proactive basis. There are several burglary attempts and other theft incidents which is causing concern for the safety of the people living there.Update: 20 Feb 2020Increasing 1 Star due to the speediness in resolving User requests. Maintenance team and Leasing team are working on their toes to get the jobs done. Thanks for fixing the Gym weighing scale issue which was there for sometime.

    I have lived at camden Huntingdon for about a year now and it has been one of the best apartments I have lived in. Madison has been a wonderful help through the leasing process and is always so friendly and helpful whenever myself or my brother has any questions. The staff always provides a warm welcome when entering the office and is helpful in every way possible. They all respond very quickly to any of the needs we may have.

    Camden Huntingdon has been my home for over 5 years now and I wouldnt live anywhere else in North Austin! Every time I have ever had any service requests Bryan and his team are there to fix them quickly, correctly with a genuine smile on their face. Bryan is so friendly and welcoming! The location of Huntingdon is top notch; close to everything you not only need but want. Grocery stores, post office, The Domain, restaurants, public library and Walnut Creek Park are just a few of my frequent stops. Now, I will tell you that I am indeed an employee of Camden however please know that I truly think the world of this community and staff. If you dont believe me, just schedule a tour to find out for yourself! :)

    Ive lived here for 19 months. The the management and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. I love the location and easy access to major roadways. It is a dog friendly place but I do wish the complex had a dog park. Most of the dog owners keep their 4-legged friends on leash but for some reason not everyone picks up after their dog even when there are places to dispose of dog waste in various places stationed throughout the complex. All of the units have updated appliances, countertops, and cabinets. I do wish the technology package and valet waste services were optional and not automatically added on to your rent. I would like to have the choice to opt out. I personally think it is silly and a waste of money to have a valet trash service and although I have no issue with the Internet and cable provider, I would have like to have made my own decision about it instead of it being made for me.

    I lived here for about 3 years. This location has great staff and wonderful maintenance that help you with any issues. I liked the valet trash. Office staff is awesome and plan cool events for the the residents. Only bummer was parking at times. I always felt safe and in a good area close to a lot of conveniences.

Nevertheless, thats only a small part of it, the community over all is fantastic!My wife and me have thoroughly enjoyed living here. The only reason we moved out last week is because I had to move to another city due to a job transfer!It’s been the toughest decision for my wife as she simply loved this place to call home!I share her sentiments!The move out process was painful only because we felt bad to leave!!! But the process was extremely smooth and simple!We miss Huntingdon alot & shall fondly remember it!- Highly recommended 👍🏼Cheers guys!

The office staff are always friendly, especially Alyssa Reynolds who is always ready to assist. Only semi-compaint is the parking spots in front of my building are very cramped.

    Ive been here for two years and so far the experience has been mostly positive. Maintenance staff is very nice with their turnaround time being within a few hours (unless it was posted at the end of the day, which in that case would be first thing in the morning). Management staff is friendly as well and willing to help. The apartments themselves are kept in very good condition.There are still some downsides. The apartment floors are on the thin side, so if you have an obese neighbor or children upstairs, you will definitely hear a lot of noise. I had to take some of my pictures off the walls because my obese neighbor kept stomping all over his apt and slamming furniture around causing the walls to shake. They have been making improvements to the structures, but I havent seen much difference in the flooring.Also, if anyone smokes weed above or next to you, you will smell it. Smells seep through the walls easily and can be really strong. For this, I recommend cinnamon or some kind of spicy air freshener.Pricing is still pretty high for this complex (right now a 1br is about 960-1,100 base price), and the fees dont help. You have a mandatory TWC service fee (I think its 80) that includes cable and internet that youre stuck with, and while the service has made some improvements, it still isnt great. There is a special going on where you can get a digital box free for a year that I highly recommend if you have a flatscreen, otherwise youre going to get shitty air cable with limited channels. Other fees include valet trash (30) and monthly pet rental feels PER pet on top of a deposit per pet that are very expensive. Also, there is a fee that will be taken out of your deposit for cleaning after you vacate thats not thoroughly discussed when getting your lease set up (I was told Id get all of mine back, so I was misinformed).Overall the experience is great, but the additional fees, especially the TWC service, are pushing me and other residents to look elsewhere for housing.

    Ive been living at the Huntingdon Apartments for the past 2 + years and I couldnt be more impressed by the professionalism this staff has on the commitment to making sure that the residents are well taken cared for. If you have any issues either big or small, the maintenance will respond within 24hrs. The front office are always in a cheerful mode and will always try to make sure any complaints are handled with urgency. The neighbors are kind and I feel that this is a SAFE area to walk in and outside the grounds. If you have a dog, you have a beautiful park called Walnut Creek which is a 6 minute walk from the apartment and under the Metric bridge, the city has recently finished a cement walk/bike path that leads you directly to Walnut Creek or if you head west, itll take you to Mopac/Taco Deli. If you have children, this is a great place. If you are a avid mountain biker, Walnut has trails that are well maintained and a bliss of heaven. Walnut is a great park that has a playground and several trails. At Huntingdon, the swimming pool is shallow but good enough to stay cool from the blistering sun. Although @ 3.5 ft in depth, its perfect for adults and children. The pool is cleared of leaves every morning. The grounds are well kept from the front to back, using Texas native plants. The garbage valet is an extra cost but is a great add on especially when I forget to take out the trash after sun down. Always factor that into your monthly cost, its not FREE but I do personally like it. Although I love AT&T Uverse, the Time Warner package is a great deal and will add some savings. The location is superior. Youre only 5 to 8 minutes away from the Domain, 183, Mopac and IH35 from any direction. I see that this apartment only has 2.8 stars on Google so Im hoping my review will give you a new perspective. As an Austinite for 30 plus year, this apartment has the best value, location and staff that I have ever experienced.

    I visited only the office and one available apartment, I am not a resident.Pro:- relative save and gated area- location is very good- a lot of qualified staff members- Camden cares about the residents, maybe the main reason that speaks for Camden- new and modern fitness room (small but nice)Cons:- received no brochure with all fees, service charges and other useful information, main reason why I didnt apply- buildings are not new anymore- electronic devices maybe a little bit old- expensive to rent, it is possible to find slightly cheaper options with similar amenities- valet trash and internet packet are mandatory, no free provider choice
